Low Dunk

Bavo_D, Apr 2026

Ticket was rather expensive and got a seat on the highest level next to the wall, with limited knee space, wasn't even exiting to see the game from such a hight with a limited view. Not for me anymore, felt a bit scammed.

Response from Host, Apr 2026

Hi Bavo, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the view and comfort of your seats didn’t meet your expectations. The tickets you purchased were in the Upper Baseline category, which is located in the upper level behind the basket. This section is higher up in the arena but it is correctly aligned with the category selected at the time of booking. Your tickets were delivered successfully with full entry instructions, and the seat location matched the category description shown on the product page. We understand that seating preferences vary, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback helps us continue improving clarity around seating categories for future travellers. — Sports Where I Am Team
