fun morning run with our host Ryu and friend. we had a good time running around the Imperial Palace grounds and the local neighborhood, including Tokyo Station. the activity seems newly created and doesn't have specifics locked in yet. for example it happened to be an unexpectedly sunny and hot morning, but there were no places or vending machines around the palace area, one of the guys ran off to get water for us but later we found water fountains near the palace entrance. its more of a fun "run with friends", rather than an actual tour. to make it great, i would recommend setting expectations and if its to be a tour rather than just a fun run, have specific sights to talk about every Km or so. But the guides were young and fun to run with!
