The meeting point is located at the small roundabout between the beach bar Chiringuito Coqueluche and Hotel H10 Costa Adeje Palace. Near to the beach, you will find two spacious parking lots. We recommend to arrive 15 minutes before the meeting time.

We completely understand how frustrating last-minute changes can be, especially when it is the last day of your holiday. We know how valuable that time is. In this case, the activity could not take place due to adverse and particularly challenging weather conditions - intense winds and abundant Calima haze. The safety of our guests is always our absolute priority. When the weather does not allow us to operate safely and provide the quality of experience we aim to deliver, we always attempt to reschedule or are required, unfortunately, to cancel.. Sometimes directly on the meeteing point with the client, othertimes and mostly with time margin and accurate information about the current situation. At the same time, and always with the best intentions, we would like to mention that weather-dependent experiences can be affected at any time. For this reason, whenever possible, we recommend to booking this type of activity leaving a small time margin (1-2 days) in case rescheduling becomes necessary. The platform’s official messaging channel, which is the recommended and binding communication method for all booking-related matters, ensures transparency and protection for both parties in case of any dispute. Through this channel, we got in touch with you for the first time one day in advance, informing about weather conditions and offering several alternatives eg.: change of day and/or time; cancellation on our side with the corresponding notification to the platform TRIP ADVISOR (so you no need to do nothing else); different contact options - same as the ones from your TRIP ADVISOR ticket (contact phone number, official chat). Throughout the process, we did our best to keep you informed as early as possible via the official channel, especially ahead of the scheduled and rescheduled time slots and according to the latest weather updates. We understand that, as it was your last day of vacation, you did not have flexibility to reschedule to other day, however we mutually agreed to keep the reservation open and change your flight to afternoon hour if the weather conditions allow us to fly safely. We are truly sorry if you felt that you had to keep checking your email during your vacation. That was never our intention. Our sole goal was to ensure you received the information on time, at least within an hour, so you could arrive without rushing, meet us, and fly paragliding. But and what actually occured, we were processing your cancellation refund while you enjoyed your last afternoon watching the sunset in Calima, Tenerife. It is disappointing for us to receive a 1-star rating when we followed the established safety and communication procedures, but we fully respect your perspective and regret that the comunication process did not meet your expectations. I flew with Enrique and was picked up by Karina. The flight itself was scenic and enjoyable. Enrique has over 20 years of paragliding experience, and I felt safe during the flight. However, the overall experience did not fully meet my personal expectations. For more introverted people or guests who are not interested in photos, videos, or an entertainment-focused flight, this experience may be less suitable. Despite clearly stating several times that I did not want to pose for pictures and preferred to quietly enjoy the view, I was repeatedly encouraged to do so. I was also asked to hold the paraglider myself even after expressing that I felt uncomfortable, particularly as instructions were given in English and were not always easy to understand due to the wind. After I mentioned this, Enrique took over again. Enrique came across as an experienced and capable pilot. However, I believe the experience would benefit from placing more emphasis on respecting individual guest preferences. Recommendation: I would recommend this provider mainly to people who enjoy a lively, interactive flight with a strong focus on photos and videos. Those looking for a calm and quiet experience should make this very clear in advance or consider a different provider.
