On paragliding flights, the mountain temperature prevails, so dress in comfortable clothes and bring a sweater or jacket in case it is cool. It is essential to come with sports shoes.
▷Do you recommended taking anti-seasick medication?
Near public transportation
The paragliding flight is normally very stable and the passengers do not feel any adversity or dizziness. However some days, to stay longer in flight, it is necessary to make turns that allow us to stay inside the thermals. If you are excessively prone to seasickness, you can take the medication you would take if you were traveling by car.

It was my first time going on a paragliding flight and it was absolutely amazing! I was very excited, but the team contacted me one day before, provided all the necessary information, and made me feel safe and well-prepared. They were very friendly and I even got some insider beach tips for my stay on Tenerife. The flight with Alex was incredible! He took lots of beautiful pictures and videos – a must-have and wonderful memories. Brilliant experience with Overfly Tenerife! Inès and Alex were fantastic, and the hotel pick-up and drop-off made everything super easy. Alex was clearly very experienced and explained everything clearly, so the whole flight felt smooth and safe. The views were amazing, but the best part was the feeling of being lifted by the wind — unforgettable. Tip: if you’re prone to motion sickness, consider taking a tablet beforehand. Highly recommended!
