What To Expect

Begin your experience meeting your guide at the meeting point. Bring a bathing suit, towel, and wet shoes, such as flip flops, and if you wish, swimming goggles.

On arrival at the jet ski base, meet your guide and small group of no more than eight people. Your tour is limited to a maximum of four jet skis, with one or two riders on each. You can choose to ride a single jet ski or a double jet ski for two, swapping places during the ride if you require.

After a safety briefing and instructions on driving your jet ski, don the provided life vest. All safety equipment is supplied, and the tour is suitable for all skill levels. A boat and fully qualified guide will travel with you throughout the trip, and photos of the best moments will be available for download (additional cost) afterward.

Hop aboard your jet ski, and head out onto the Atlantic escorted by a professional guide. Pick up speed as you make your way along Tenerife’s spectacular coast, feeling the wind in your hair as you zip across the waves, past cliffs and beaches.

Watch for dolphins and even whales in their natural habitat. With luck, you might spot some of these incredible mammals, as they're known to visit the local waters from time to time.

Come to a halt to enjoy an optional swim, and after about two hours, ride back to the departure jetty. Leave your jet ski and say goodbye to your guide here where you started.

Fun if you like 2 hours on a jet ski

Fun to playa on jet skis but wouldn't really call this a safari, more of a manic drive up the coast. 2 hours is to long to be on a jet ski especially in the very choppy sea. We were broken after the experience. Guide kept going on really far ahead and wasn't available to help. Also didn't allow time for well needed breaks. Didn't see any wildlife

As stated on your info a rider 16 can take a child on over 7 great only got there n u have to b 18 so my daughter Cudnt go on they said you are not advertising the right info 1 upset little girl I paid 62 pound n been offered 7.57 back how that works out I don’t know change your info got yo b happening all the time

Many thanks for your review. The product does state that a 16 year old can drive a jetski however they have to be over 18 to carry a passenger. We are sorry that the refund is an issue for you. This is due to the exchange. Here on line a Double 20 minutes is 70.00 euros a Single is 60.00euros Difference 10.00 euros. (Exchange difference) This is the first time we have had this issue in 10 years of having the product online. So again we are sorry that there has been a misunderstanding. I took me and my son on a double jet ski... we had a great time with this company.. really safe and experienced instructor. Also allow you to take your Go- pro as long as its attached to a chest mount or arm..which I thought was good... we went with another jet ski company last year on the island and they wouldn’t allow any.. because they want you to buy there photos.

My son and grandson had a fabulous time. They really enjoyed it. However, there was no guided tour around caves or the coast line. It was more about enjoying the ride - which they did. They were told to leave all mobiles at the port - and then were asked for 20€ a photo. Bit steep when they could have taken their own. Hopefully the photos they did pay for will arrive soon

Very organised, friendly staff. Had an amazing time on the jet ski safari. Was the best highlight of the holiday, it was so much fun. Cannot recommend highly enough. Great views of the island and we even saw some turtles!

Wow thats great. Dolphins are not guaranteed to be seen from a Jetski but this is amazing. There does seem to be a lot more dolphins this year. Tenerife is a happy natural home for them. Many thanks for sharing with us.

Great experience and sensations during one hour. However it is really more about driving jet ski and selling you pics - there is no attempt to have you watch dolphins (unlike what the tour picture suggests)

Falta de claridad en la comunicación de hora de realización de la actividad. En la entrada no pone hora sino el horario de apertura. En la App lo mismo, a las 12. 30 del mismo día no encuentran acomodo el resto del día, y dicen que la actividad no se realiza y pierdo el dinero. Se escudan en un correo que enviaron y si es verdad que existe ese correo pero no lo vi y facilidades ninguna, salvo para llevarse el dinero .Pésimo servicio y comunicación . No recomiendo para nada estas empresas. Decepcionante

You are advised through your booking to contact us 48hrs before your trip to confirm information. As this activity is for set times it is not possible on the day to change as all times are sold out days in advance. Also the spots reserved had to be paid for even if you didnt show up. It seems here to be an unfortunate circumstance and we are sorry that the day could not be saved.

Für 180 € hätte ich mir mehr erwartet der leiter war nicht aufmerksam wir als anfänger hatte alle muskel weh :( Ganz zu schweigen von denen 2 die umgekippt sind und nacher schmerzen am fuss hatte ! Der leiter ist einfach weitergefahren er hat das nicht bemerkt! Ich denke hier ist einfach nur geld wichtig aber so verliert man kunden ! Ich hätte auch gerne mehr erklärungen für safari tour oder eine höhle zu besichtigen ! Es wurde nur herum gegurkelt wie kleine kinder Wir buchen das auf jedenfall nicht mehr
