We had a great private tour with Ahmed and his driver! The tour took us to the highlights outside the old city walls, a camel riding experience and walking tour in the old city. He gave us a lot of details and insight to the history of Tangiers and Morocco in general. It was a very pleasurable experience and we highly recommend this tour!
The only hiccup was determining which gate was the meeting place. There were was the entrance/exit from the cruise ship terminal, a gate at the ferry terminal and a gate at the end of the harbour by a mosque where other tours were picking up. A more specific description would be helpful. We eventually got help from another Viator operator and everything worked out.

Our tour guide, Mustafa, was a gem and a pleasure to spend the day with. He was very welcoming the moment he met us directly off the cruise ship. This was such a big relief when you are in a foreign country and don't know what to expect. He took excellent care of us and showed us an excellent time. We learned a lot and he took us to more places and stops than expected. Worth every penny.

One the best guided personal tours we have had. Ahmed and his driver did everything possible to be considerate of our age and walking limitations. Customized our tour to skip certain stops but linger longer at others. His English was great and we thought we got great value for the reasonable tour cost. Highly recommend this tour of Algiers.

This private tour turned into the guide only taking us to places where it was apparent she was getting a kickback. We were corralled to one sales pitch and another. She ignored our requests. Very poor.
Camel ride was completely disorganized. Everyone cut the line. believe since our guide was a woman, the men took advantage of her and we wasted :45 mins waiting as everyone went ahead of us.
The car smelled very bad with body odor and food.

Terrible “tour”, do not book. Of the many items listed in the description we received very few of them.
The one thing they did deliver on was an air-conditioned vehicle that was comfortable to ride in.
This is advertised to be a private tour however we were lumped together with three other groups. Luckily, they all ended up being very nice people we enjoyed spending time with however it made it so we did not get to customize the tour at all.
While, the driver was very nice. The tour guide did not seem trustworthy. It became painfully obvious that he was there to try to get us to spend money at his friends shops.
We spent majority of the tour walking through markets, sitting down at stores for “presentations”, which were basically just high pressure sale situations. Many of the items being presented to us were just far too large and cumbersome to purchase and then take home or were cheap souvenir crap. on the rare occasion, there was something that someone wanted to buy, our tour guy did not assist in haggling, but rather try to guilt us into paying more for these items for the benefit of his friends.
We often times found ourselves in a bait and switch situation where we were quoted one price for something and then suddenly the price went up. Also, the description said that admission was included for five different museums or sites. However, we never actually went to any of those. One site that we did make it to, that was not listed just left us with yet. Another bait and switch situation. We were told that the admission was included, however, when we walked down to the gate and tried to enter, they told us we had to pay.
The entire day basically felt like sitting through multiple timeshare sales pitches. I am very disappointed that this company is able to work through via tour.
Oh yeah, and one last very creepy detail. Several of the shops that they took us in had aggressive sales people who attempted to get the female members of the group to leave everyone else and go to a second location. And by the end of the tour, the guide was shamelessly hitting on me. Even though I made it perfectly clear, I was not interested in him or his foul smelling breath.

I informed you that the Cuise ship was so big and the tour guides in Tangier were not enouph , so we were obliged to group two private tours in one , you and an other consists of 10 persons

I booked the tour at 10 am and was on my way at 12pm. Mostapaa Chaarou is an excellent guide; one of the best in all my experiences so far. He was cheerful, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating to my mobility needs. I also got hungry during the tour and he accommodated stopping for a late lunch around 3pm. Plus, he also did not waste my time when I told him specific things that I wanted to purchase like Morroccan outfits for my boys as well as products like Aragon oil, black soap, etc. Got to see all the sites at my own pace, and Mostapaa took all the pictures for me which was great. I got to even take a camel ride. He requested the driver, Umar, to always pull up close, so I did not have any issues. The Kasbah tour was my favorite part; navigating the alleys would have been hard without him. I also got to pray in two mosques during my 4-hour tour time which ended up being 6 hours with my additional requests and some traffic in the downtown area. I was not charged extra for the extra time. Plus, I almost forgot the lunch spot was AMAZING! The beef tagine was divine and the hospitality of the restaurant owner was wonderful.

We had a wonderful guide of the city of Tangiers with a man called Mustafa and his driver, Zaki. They were both fluent in English, extremely kind, and helpful, very knowledgeable, and highly trustworthy. We got a brilliant tour of the city including some time visiting and walking around the Grand Souk (market) in the medina.
I would highly recommend this team and their very comfortable and clean Mercedes van. This was the highlight of our short trip to Morocco.

My family to include two daughters, had a short notice trip to Tangier with only 4 hours between our Ferry's arrival and departure. We booked this tour only a couple of of days out with the hopes we would get to experience as much of Tangier as possible in such a short amount of time. Mostapha met us at the port and took us on the best possible tour of Tangier we could have ever imagined. It was amazing. He made sure we felt like family and were able to hit the hot spots while also getting a chance to experience some of the culture. Some other reviews didn't care for when the tour takes you through the market where you learn some about their culture and have a chance to buy some rugs, oils, spices, or souvenirs. We never felt any pressure and viewed it as a chance to learn a little more about the culture and history of Tangier. We felt significantly more comfortable with our guide while walking through the market. Our guide, Mostapha is amazing. He was born and raised there and knows the history and almost everyone in town. I highly recommend this tour! Our daughters thought the camel rides were awesome!

We took a private city tour or Tangier on a beautiful April day. Mustafa was an excellent guide and he took us to the main attractions and highlights in the city. He picked us up from the hotel in a nice clean and comfortable van. For lunch he took us to an authentic Moroccan restaurant in the Medina and made sure that they served us vegetarian food (plenty of options).
After lunch we visited the sited around the Casbah.
Overall a very pleasant experience with Mustafa.

Said was very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal of information as we drove through Tangier and the outlying area. He and our driver made it possible for us to see a lot of Tangier during our brief visit. The only downside to the tour was the two establishments Said took us to so we could be given a sales pitch for rugs, spices and creams. It seemed like an involuntary situation where we had to listen to the pitch, as Said was not in sight. We made it clear to the rug merchant that we were not interested in buying, but he had his assistant show us at least two dozen rugs that we had no interest in. After that, he deposited us at a cafe for a half hour and again disappeared while we had coffee and watched the "scene". So, our four hour tour ended up being about two hours, plus the unwanted extras.
That being said, Said was an engaging guide who showed us a lot of sights.

This was a very comprehensive tour of Tangier. It was a good walking tour of the Medina. The tour also went to the suburbs and along the Atlantic coast. My recommendation is that I should not request that the camel ride be on the beach instead of on a dirt parking lot overlooking the beach. Also, you should provide transportation back to the hotel after touring the Medina. My guide said it was a 15 minute walk which was actually 45 minutes.

This was a great tour. Abdullah could not have been better. He was so helpful and always made sure I would not trip (I had a brace on my sprained ankle) or fall. Said was great as well. I signed up at the last minute and he was able to put me in a cab to join an earlier tour which was great. The camel ride on the beach was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. As was seeing where the Mediterranean Sea waters met the Atlantic Ocean. The market was incredible and I loved the freshly squeezed orange juice Abdullah bought for us at a cafe next to the Hercules Cave. We saw so much in a half day. All in all, it was a perfect tour for my first trip to the continent of Africa. I highly recommend this tour!!!

Said, the owner, communicated clearly and promptly. We had a problem with my phone at the port, but the driver and the tour guide, Farid, were patient and finally found us.
The tour was fantastic! Farid spoke great English and was very knowledgeable about Tangier and its history. He was engaging and enthusiastic.

Booked this private tour as my parents have poor mobility and we didn’t want to be holding other people up in a larger group.
Said was very responsive to chat messages, reassuring me that my parents’ mobility would be an issue. On the day, Said was very flexible with what we could do, and very understandable about our limitations. He adapted things so that we still got to see everything we wanted to see.

Our guide Farid was exceptional. He holds a degree in English literature and was very informative and clear in his narration of the cultural aspects of Tangier.
Apparently Said Tours owns the agency and Said got Farid for us. We did meet Said on our way back at the port at the end of the tour.. We asked Farid if we could end the tour a little earlier because we were tired. Farid agreed and did not try to take us to the places that want to sell you stuff. This was great with us.
Since I booked with Said Tours several weeks before the tour I asked him where exactly we were supposed to meet the guide. Did not get a response. I asked and the third time a day before the tour. Finally he indicated where.
I would try to improve communications with the client immediately after booking so that we know they gave and we’re not stressing about meeting the guide.
This was a private guide us and the guide plus the driver in a mini van and our driver Omar was the best. Shout out to him!
