Abdul gave me a great walking tour. We visited the beautiful Medina and the Kasbah but we also visited many off the beaten track neighborhoods.
The best was probably the fantastic Berber sunday market where I was the only tourist. Abdul is generous, easy going, humourous and a very knowledgable guide!

Our guide Foad was a delight. Took us on a tour of the city by car then did a walking tiur if the old city. He was very informative with a lot of back ground on what we were seeing but not overwhelming.Very enjoyable. Had a wonderful lunch. Would highly recommend this tour.

Hamza was an excellent tour guide. We called h9m "the mayor of the Medina" cuz he knew everyone there! He taught us a lot of the history of Tangiers and gave us pointers on what to do and where to get. We ate at a really fantastic restaurant where the service was amazing. Highly recommend this tour!

Ali was engaging, personal and energetic. He is proud of his country and happy to show it off. He helped in our negotiations, gave us a quick history lesson and made the entire time together rewarding and fun!

Ali was a wonder tour guide! He showed us and told us about the old and new Tangier. We visited the cave of Hercules, rode a camel on the beach, visited the old city, Medina, and eat wonder food! He took us to a wonder restaurant were we had the best humus (ever) and falafel in the shape of hearts! I can’t record Ali enough. Ali is a great person all around. Thank you Ali!!

Words are not enough to express how kind, caring, responsible and safe our guide and now friend Ali was. He made sure our 3 days in Tangier were filled with seeing many unique sights and were filled with happiness. Above all, he guided us safely through the Medina and was at our hotel each morning to meet us and take us on our way, also delivering us safely there each night after excursions. He was always available on WhatsApp as well. My daughter and I loved his company! His English is impeccable and he goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and genuinely cared for. 🥰.
You can stop looking for other guides because Ali is your man and will take excellent care of you for each different activity. Highly recommend!!

Good tour to explore the old town especially the Medina and the Kasbah where we would have been lost on our own. The guide was nice, and helped explain some things and pointed out a few things along the way such as popular buildings, etc. I would recommend this tour if you don’t mind walking (about 10K steps and some hills. Not hard - just a lot of walking), and don’t have specific destinations in mind or things you “must” see. If you do - I’m sure telling the guide he would show you a s well.

What started as a 4hr walking tour of Tangier turned into a full day adventure with Abdu, which included a cup of tea in a small cafe high in the Medina where the Rolling Stones hung out. I enjoyed Abdul's company, stories, knowledge, kindness and flexibility so much that I hired him for additional 4 days to travel around. We went to Chefchaoun, Assila with long drives through beautiful green highly country. Along the way we stopped for tea or lunch in cafes and restaurants with great food and scenic views. He understood that I like to roam so he roamed with sharing his insights and knowledge of history. He became aware that was an unconventional traveler. He suggest that we could visit a weekly Berber souk in the country. It was one of the highlights of my trip. The people where very friendly and where surprised to see an American visiting their village. If like me you want to get off the grid and explore beautiful Tangier and the surrounding area. You must ask for my friend Abdul. I guarantee you enjoy your travels in Tangier. Additional he speaks Western English, loves American music, very knowledgeable about jazz, extremely punctual and has a great sense of humor. Most of all he is honest,sincere and loves his country.

Die Tour mit Alin war interessant, informativ und hat wirklich Spaß gemacht. Ali hatte jede Menge über Tanger zu erzählen und hat mich durch kleine verwinkelte Gassen geführt, in denen ich mich allein sicher nie zurechtgefunden hätte.
Sollte ich wieder nach Tanger kommen werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder eine Tour mit Ali buchen.
