The ferry ride was easy to get to. The zoo was awesome. We spent about 3.5 hours there. Had a good time and got our steps in!

We had a great time at the zoo! We arrived on the first ferry across the harbor to the zoo. The zoo was not crowded, the animals were incredible! The animal enclosures were very well kept and were like the habitat would be in the wild. We were surprised by the number of birds we had never seen before. The Australian wildlife was great, the dingoes were so cute, asleep. The employees were friendly and helpful. Many monkeys, gorillas, African wildlife. We stayed until the last ferry left. What an incredible day!

Such an easy experience. Ticket collection point was described well and sign posted. Ferries ran to schedule and zoo was wonderful.

It was a beautiful day watching the animals. Taronga Zoo, is spectacular. Ferry ride was quick and an efficient way to travel to and from the zoo. Highly recommend this experience 10/10

the zoo was fun- definitely an all day thing. the ferry was annoying though- they said it offered coffee, so i purposely didnt purchase any because of it. found the thermos- it was cold water with instant coffee. trying to come back we missed the ferry becuase it left early. the zoo was great but the ferry meh

Th is was an excellent zoo! We were able to see so many of the animals unique to Australia! Since childhood I had wanted to see a koala - had visited the San Diego Zoo the only US zoo with Koalas but they were inside a house and asleep - were disappointed! But at Taronga they were still asleep as they sleep 20 hours a day. But some were rousing and close enough to really see! I, Denise, have an intense snake phobia but was able to overcome it at Taronga and saw beautiful snakes and not run, scream or throw objects! They had animals from other continents as well!! Great time spent!!!

I pay and Cannot enter with viator voucher to the zoo. Never happened a sì bad experience. Will not use viator anymore.. this is sure.

It’s a short bus ride to a place hemnomenal zoo. The walk around the zoo can be a bit hectic if you’re not

It was easy to book this excursion. The staff were helpful and friendly. Directions to the meeting point were easy to follow. The ferry ride over the Harbour was amazing. Taronga zoo didn’t disappoint either! I got to see so many different animals we don’t see in the U.S.

The trip over and back was great. People who provided the transportation was friendly and concerned for our safety. The weather was not the best and there were some animals missing! Food and restrooms were perfectly placed!

Times of ticket office opening is unclear. We rushed to get there by 9am turns out it didn't open until 9.30. Ferry time also wasn't advertised but we weren't late and it was an enjoyable day.

It wasn’t explained that once you reach Taronga zoo by ferry you should get on the shuttle bus which takes you to the upper entrance. That way you walk down while visiting the zoo and the ferry will be at the bottom. Also it would be nice to have a ferry leave the zoo about 12:30pm. There was a 2 hour gap. Every hour would be nice. Otherwise it was good. I liked that on the way back you could get off at Circular Quay or Darling Harbour.

Zoo is exquisite. Ferry service is good but schedule is such that it doesn’t work well as a “hopper “ service. Great harbor views and a day at a terrific zoo!

The agent at the Fantasea desk told us the incorrect time for the last return ferry so we wasted 1/2 hour at the ferry dock that we would rather have spent in the zoo. We also had to wait 1.5 hours to catch a ferry going over.

We took a boat across the Sydney Harbour to the Zoo. It was pleasant and smooth. The staff on the Fantasea was great, friendly, helpful, polite. The zoo is a don't miss attraction.
When it came time to leave the zoo, the boat was there within 15 minutes. We had another trip across the harbour. Again, it was pleasant, quick and easy.
The hardest part of the day was finding our way to the wharf and back to the hotel. It would have been nice to have been picked up at our hotel.

The seats were comfortable but the audio was not clear for most part of the tour which was supposed to be guided. Also there was no tea/ coffee available and the onboard staff were not very approachable

Loved the Zoo, got the Bus from the wharf to the top entrance and made our way down via the exhibits. The Ferrie guys were very helpful and knowledgeable, even told us about a nice beach to visit. Found the timetable a little difficult to follow when hopping but all in all very good value for money.

The Taronga Zoo was outstanding! We saw lots of animals and the zoo is laid out so that there are lots of trees to provide shade. We continued our trip by taking the ferry to Manly, which had lots of shops and nice places for lunch.

Very good, although picked Easter weekend so zoo and ferry was heaving so couldn't get too see many if the animals due to crowds. Also came in through lower zoo entrance and did not receive a map.if the zoo.

Hop on Hop off Ferry was a great way to get out in Sydney Harbour! Taronga Zoo is very nice.... we enjoyed the koala! We also enjoyed stopping at Manly for some beach time and coffee.

Quick ride to the zoo. Substantial savings booking through viator. Ride back to harbor was long, but enjoyed watching the sailboat race around the harbor.

Camille's energy, warmth, knowledge, and humor made this long trip very enjoyable and entertaining. As for the trip's level of difficulty, it really should have been rated Moderate (Level 3), as there were several very long uphill hikes and more than 50 steps in sone areas.
