It’s a very relaxing cruise around the harbor either up top with the breeze in your face (lovely for us at sunset) or inside comfortable with views from enormous windows, all with entertaining stories, info and anecdotes from a knowledgeable native

The view was so amazing but the food selection could’ve been way better. I would’ve opted out of the food selection and just had drinks and the view so if you’re going for the food, it’s a zero if you’re going for the view it’s a 10 out of 10.
The cruise, especially at 4:15 PM, offers the gorgeous sunset toward the end. The views are spectacular. Ron, who offers the commentary on all the sites, is exceptional. His knowledge of history, neighborhoods and their "raison d'être", of the city, of what we should go see and how to get to those places, is wonderful! The cruise comments by Ron were very informative, but never overwhelming. I highly recommend it! At about 90 minutes, it is the perfect amount of time to see a lot, and then return to land to start exploring more.
Our tour guide Ron was excellent, he was very personable and knowledgeable about Sydney. This was our first time on this cruise and it was a wonderful experience! Will definitely recommend to others.

This is a chill cruise that Ron tells the history of Sydney and the Harbour. Good photos to take during the cruise.

This is a great overview of Sydney Harbour and 2 1/2 hours is really quite a perfect amount of time to do it. The guide is knowledgeable, but he does not flood you with facts and figures. He speaks from his own perspective as a native of Sydney. The boat was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

If you get sea sick I would avoid this. This particular boat was so rocky you could barely stand. And the Tour guide’s mic was cutting in and out and had no idea what he was saying. I was sitting inside below the upper deck. The guide was up on the top. He would say things like, “over there…over here”, and without being able to see where he was pointing at I had no clue where to look.

Harbour conditions can sometimes cause rougher movement on the water, especially depending on weather and traffic conditions. We also appreciate your comments regarding the commentary audio and will certainly pass this on to the team for review and improvement.
We saw a lot in a relatively brief period of time. We went in and out of different bays, under the Harbour Bridge and saw the bridge and the opera house from many different angles as well as many other famous and interesting and beautiful architectural sites. The boat itself was very comfortable. You could sit outside or inside. It had bathrooms, coffee and a bar inside as well as seating on the deck with umbrellas.

Our cruise was narrated by Ron who was very knowledgeable on everything that we saw while on the 90 minute cruise. He explained some of history around Sydney opera house, the harbour bridge and even billionaire row. Very good value for money

The experience was first class, despitec the mist and rain.
Ron was very easy b to listen to and provided interesting comments through the whole journey.
Sun eventually broke v through, allowing us to take some photos of the trip

Great little excursion in the harbour, allowing us a different perspective of all the famous sights. The narration by the guide (whose name I didn’t catch) was excellent, informative and interesting - she’s a passionate advocate for the city!

Taking the Sydney Harbour cruise is a must when its your first time, especially on a beautiful day. The views are spectacular and the facts about Australia one can learn is truly eye opening. It was also nice that my 1015am tour wasnt crowded so it was a treat!

Tour was cancelled due to boat maintenance. Boat was not operational. Viator did not inform me. I showed up and was told by the tour operator. No refund offered by operator nor Viator. Cannot get in touch with Viator to discuss.

As per our records, your booking has already been cancelled in our system. If your booking was made through Viator, the refund will need to be processed directly through them. We recommend reaching out to Viator support, as they will be able to assist you further with the refund.

Booked on line. Arrive 15 mins early to change voucher to boarding ticket. Pontoon is close to Circular quay railway station. Excellent commentary with insider details about many locations. Wonderful harbour views. No food on morning cruise. Inside and outside decks.

Very enjoyable relaxing informative and overall had a great time we were on holiday from new Zealand so not having things like this to do back home was a nice way to see the sights and relax at the same time
