Voucher system stinks

They would not accept the voucher and despite contacting the provider , ( who never returned our phone call) and repeated attempts to get the Toeer eye people to accept the QR code I was forced to pay to see the attraction . I expect a refund. The voucher system never worked properly .

The voucher provided is a valid QR-code admission voucher, and acceptance is subject to the attraction’s on-site scanning system and staff verification at the time of entry. To review this matter further, we kindly ask you to share clear proof of the issue faced at the counter (such as an error message shown during scanning or confirmation from the attraction staff that the voucher was not accepted).
