Excellent service

I booked a few excursions on Viator and was very satisfied. So easy and the tours were exceptional. One tour had to be postponed because of weather and direct contact with the tour operator went very easily.

Absolutely outstanding. Rained and was windy but that made the sailing experience even more real. Guide if that’s what you can call the boat captain was awesome and couldn’t have been better!

Underwhelming

Do not expect 3 hrs of sailing, despite the description. We motored the first 45 and the last 30 minutes. Bring your own food, as none is provided.

Thank you for your feedback Srdjan. We appreciate honest feedback so that we could improve the service that we provide. With regards to motoring, unfortunately it does take at least half an hour to travel to an area that is sailing friendly on Sydney Harbour. King Street Wharf is a commercial gateway and it is impossible and also unsafe to hoist sails until you are clear of this area. Also, the product description clearly states that only bottled water is provided. You were more than welcome to bring food onboard. Thank you again for your feedback.
