A great day in the Hunter
Bruno was an excellent guide to the Hunter Valley.
Ben Ean's Linderman estate was the highlight. Cheese factory was a slight let down seems they dont do tastings, and most of us are travelling so cant buy or take cheese with us easily. I think they should consider swapping this for another winery, or the distillery near by.
But all in all it was a great day, and im glad I came.

We really enjoyed this...
We really enjoyed this wine tasting experience. The scenery was beautiful and being with a small group (11 people) rather than a big bus made the trip very pleasant. Michael was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. We were offered a variety of options for lunch and the food was excellent. My advice would be to pace yourself, though, especially during the 1st stops. It was a fair amount of alcohol over the course of the day.

Fantastic Foody (& Wine) Tour
Absolutely Fabulous! If you like food and want to explore Aussie wine, this trip with Jimmy is for you! The fish market is interesting and beautiful..and more than just fish. Then the breakfast he cooks the group in a park overlooking a bay is so picturesque. We visited 3 boutique wineries and Jimmy cooked and brought the food in to pair with the wines. He is a great guide with a good mix of historical facts, cultural facts, great story telling, and a phenomenal chef. The grilled asparagus with truffle oil paired perfectly with the white. The oyster with finger limes from the fish market with the semillion, etc. You will not leave hungry or thirsty. (And there’s a good chance you’ll spot some wild kangaroo). It’s a full day. When you need or want a day away from the typical touristy things of Sydney, book this tour!!!

Best wine tour with Brett
Brett customized the trip for us based on our interests and modified the lunch reservation based on our comments during the first wine tasting. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and considerate.
His car was immaculate and comfortable. Definitely worth the price for a premium, private tour.

Sean:...
Sean:
* sent personalized messages & updates before meeting,
* shared useful/detailed information about the Park and animals throughout the day,
* respected everyone's privacy by not insisting on group messages/group photo [Sean provided each of us with photos & videos of ourselves with the animals + allowed use of his hotspot to download them on our devices],
* brought/prepared an amazing variety of food along with wine to suit individual preferences (Sean checked with us beforehand), and
* ensured everyone felt seen/included by prompting individual and group conversations [there were 6 of us and he mentioned capping numbers at 9/10]

Great intro to the Hunter Valley
An amazing day. We started off as a mini bus full of strangers but soon became a fun filled winery tour family. Our driver, John was full of interesting chat & information & knowledgeable about wines. The first stop at Saddler’s creek Winery was our highlight of the day. An amazing experience in terms of tasting info, stories & setting. We then headed to Hanging Wines and slough we enjoyed this the first stop set the bar high!!we then had a fantastic lunch at a golf resort. Really impressed at the quality & settling. Our lat winery (Ernest Hill Wines) was our least favourite. Wines not chilled, all served in a small, thick glass & little time to enjoy each wine. A quick stop at Cheese tasting & Chocalatier made up for this. A great introduction to the Hunter Valley & this tour was a highlight.

Wonderful day out!
What a wonderful day outside of Sydney. The wildlife part was the biggest highlight, I could have stayed there all day but there was so much more to see. Pro tip though: Bring a jacket!!! It was freezing at the waterfall. Definitely recommend this tour, as long as you bring a jacket.

Wineries tour with Dave's travel
Enjoyable small group tour, featuring several wineries in the Hunter Valley along with a stop for pizza lunch. It was a great prelude to our cruise holiday which began the following day.
Guide was friendly and informative, felt that we had good value for money and certainly a full day out. Logistics, booking, pick up all ram smoothly and comfortable transit in the mini van. My personal favourite when it came to the wineries was probably Mcaffreys, but each of the sites had their own vibe and character.
Would be happy to recommend this firm, thank you.

The first stop was a...
The first stop was a reptile centre not mentioned on the itinerary, a good opportunity to see Koala's and kangangaroo's up close, along with the reptiles and a centre that recovers venom for antivenom treatments. Then onto tastings, one stop for wine and cheese, then two wineries with lunch inbetween, our guide Sam provided great insight into all sorts of Aussie things.

Fun day trip to Hunter Valley
Three wineries, lunch and a distillery…such a fun day. Hunter Valley area was beautiful and the wines were delicious. The shimmering gin and vodka were all very good and difficult to choose a favorite. Our guide was wonderful and we even got to see kangaroos!
