Great day out. Half day tour is good value. Weather can be poor in the mountains so take warm clothes and don't be too disappointed if you don't get to see everything. Our guide Nabil was very informative and went out of his way to try and show us everything

A fantastic day exploring the Blue Mountains via Scenic world. Lots of great walking trails, however do the full day if you love taking your time to explore. Katoomba falls was a highlight and seeing the 3 sisters rock formation up close.
Chen is knowledgeable about the area and a great host and driver.

Zhao was our guide on this wonderful small group tour. He offered great suggestions, was very friendly and patient, we never felt rushed and the day was gorgeous. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience to the Blue Mountains.

Tour was great beautiful views nice scenic rides. Alfie our tour guide was outstanding very informative gave us a lot of history of the area. I would recommend this trip !!!!

The half day trip was just right for me. I also managed to get to do everything I planned too. Bus driver / guide Max was excellent. Great facts delivered and made sure headcount was right before leaving a place. Just a shame about the morning weather on that day...and missed out on Blue Mist.

Overall a great day. Our tour guide, John, was wonderful and provided great commentary and facts about the area and Australia, which made the ride in the coach more enjoyable. The staff members were all very kind, accommodating, and overall the atmosphere was very nice.
There were a few moments where a few extra minutes at the lookouts/Leura may have been appreciated, but there was plenty of time to walk around and see the important things. It was a pretty relaxed day which was appreciated.

Great way to see the blue mountains which includes Scenic world, which for us was great ( but not for people with a fear of heights).
Our driver Nabill was very chatty and friendly throughout the day and very informative.

Tour was okay and our guide was good. Logistics were challenging—we were told we could not have a pickup at our hotel and were given 3 different pickup locations and times. Ultimately we had to pay for an uber to a location for pickup and then learned others were picked up near our hotel. Our tour was delayed significantly due to mechanical issues, but tour company covered the fee for us to change our other tour we missed due to the delay.

I had a wonderful experience. Chen was a wonderful driver and tour guide.
Die to my mobility issues attending this type of tours can be hard. Chen made it possible for me to experience the Blue Mountain half day tour with ease and without impacting the tour schedule and the other participants. Chen is good at his job but taking care of his customers on a human level is outstanding.

The trip to the Blue Mountain was very nice. Gordon shared a lot of historical information as we made the hour and half trip to the mountain. When got to the mountain Gordon purchased the tickets and gave instructions on each ride. My husband had knee surgery about 6 months ago. I wasn’t sure if we should make the trip because of the amount of required walking to see the sites. Gordon and the attendants at the skyway rides were very accommodating. We were able to make the ride on the red skyway down the incline and backup. We then took the lift up a level from the red skyway to the yellow skyway and were able to ride across the mountain. We were able to enjoy much of the view. With other lookout stops we got some great pictures of the mountain and the 3 sisters. The trip was well worth it, with my husband limited mobility. The half-day, 7 hour trip was well worth it. This was a great experience.

The tour was very organized and also nice; the park with the cable cars is recommendable, our tour guide was great, but the time (45 minutes) in the town for potential exploration and lunch was clearly too short.
