This tour was amazing! The views, the waterfalls, the railway was great . Wish we could have gone on the railways more than once. The views of Blue Mountain was just beautiful. The waterfalls was great. Our tour guide was awesome and very informative. We loved being able to take a pic with the Koala but it was too hot to walk around the Sydney Zoo. Would do this tour again.

We had a wonderful time at Blue Mountains today.
The scenery was beautiful, our guide, Ronnie, made it truly unforgettable. She was entertaining, and went above and beyond for everyone. I highly recommend booking a tour with for our future trip.

The tour was phenomenal. If you can get the tour guide Ronnie it will be a blast. She added some great fun and knowledge along the way. Even though the weather was not great she kept us informed and helped us enjoy everything. The Blue Mountain area is gorgeous, the Zoo was great, and the ferry ride was a great way to end the day. We booked the lunch with the tour and the small place we ate at, named Freudian Sip was great. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Adrien was a great guide. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The places we stopped at gave us a taste of the locations. We felt a bit rushed but understand there are only so many hours in the day.

Our driver/guide was great! Informative, on schedule at all stops, took care of everything. Wonderful views of the 3 Sisters. Scenic World had the 3 different “rides” making the trip into and out of the rain forest a breeze. Lunch stop was great. Picture with a Koala at the zoo was fun. Can’t recommend Peter and this tour enough.

Absolutely a wonderful time. Perfect mix of so many things when you don’t have a lot of extra time! My tour guide was wonderful, Kris. So knowledgeable kept everybody together perfect amount of people very small and tailored perfectly thank you.

The Blue Mountain trip was amazing!! Our tour guide David was excellent. So 5stars for that!! ***BUT***
WineHopTours admin was just difficult. I had my pick up confirmed in Bondi on booking. The trip was paid for they just needed to turn up as agreed. I’d been on a cruise without access to the internet. On land I was struggling with my emails and so I called the telephone number provided and they just don’t answer ever, you just get a message, saying to email them. In all of this an email went into my junk at 4:16pm the day before the trip, which I missed saying pick up was about a 20minute drive from the original agreed one. On the day of the trip the driver called me to say I wasn’t at the pick up. The driver told us his next stop and we got an uber to him. It was all stressful. None of this needed to happen if they had just answered their phone. Others in the trip were messed about in a similar way with last minute pick up changes. I don’t think they ever had any intention of picking us up at our Hotel in Bondi, even though I have my printed off confirmation of this. It’s so difficult as an international traveller when last minute changes happen.
I’d have much preferred them to say a pick up spot on booking that they will always go to, so there are no last minute changes.

Beautiful day - we were lucky that the rain had stopped and the fog lifted. The rides were great. Ending the day at zoo was fun especially the Koalas' and Tasmanian devil!

Piotr was a wonderful guide and gave great information for the day. Only suggestion would be same for any other tour is develop an incentive for people to be on time and/or penalty. No matter what tour it is or the quality of the tour guide, people are disrespectful of the time of others. Buying a beer for the group or denying a repayment of a deposit- may be potential options to give encouragement to being timely. The vegetarian lunch was delicious!

The day was jam-packed, started with the pickup right outside a hotel and it was non-stop from there. And our tour guide/bus driver/local expert/comedian Piotr was the cherry on top.

I signed up for a 15 person small group tour and was put with a 24 person packed really uncomfortable bus. Because we were 2nd to the last stop we were in the back with our feet over the wheel well and our friends were behind us in seats that were lower so you really couldn't see much. Our driver was wonderful and we ended up mostly enjoying the tour although it rained most of the day and we couldn't see the blue mountains or anything else. That was no ones fault and we made the best of it. The people on the tour were really nice and we enjoyed that. I would like to know what happened the “small group tour” that we signed up for?????

We were looking for a tour that covered in our opinion "all the bases". We found that in this tour. It's a long day with lots of steps but having lunch included really broke things up nicely. Adrian was a fun and very knowledgeable tour guide. We had a lot of fun with him. Our visit to the zoo could have been a little longer, but a lot of folks in our group were pooped by then and were ready to hit the ferry for our last leg into Sydney harbor. All in all, a great day and highly recommend it.

It’s quite the adventure ,multiple things to do and see. Lots of walking. Lots of scenery. Waterfalls , nature, stops to get out and look around , offers a great lunch. My tour guide Chris was excellent. Love the zoo . It’s a must do excursion.

Our guide Adrian was terrific: Articulate, knowledgable,, knew thow to avoid long lines at the many crowded atractions. He was courteous and professional. He made the day special. Five stars for him.
However, the tour company we were assigned by Viator, Wine Hop was disorganized, unavailable and changed our pickup from our hotel to another one 20 minutes walkinfg duistance when we were flying in from the US, so we did not know. The app still said Four Seasons for pickup. Stressful nightmare. At 6:25 AM, we called tour operator and , a recording stated to email them. Viator chat box, was useless. There were several other tour companies(Viator) going to the same tour there, but we were not on any of their lists. Eventually, with their help, we saw that we were supposed to be at another hotel at 645 am but it was 640, so we took a cab to get there and had to pay $50 because before 6am that is what they cost in Sydney. When we arrived, we met Adrian, and he saw that we were on the list, but for another bus. He left and when no other bus picked us up came back for the 9 of us waiting 25 minutes later ay 715am. He told us the other bis broke down. However the stress and incovenience of not knowing what was going on and Noone available to explain is inexcusable. For this reason I can not recommend this tour company. Had I known we were not going to be picked up at our listed hotel, I would have chosen another company.
The tour itself was excellent, but the prepaid lunch was not good nor worth the extra money. We were the only ones on the bus with the prepaid lunch. We had a steak on focacia tar was tough, fatty and greasy. Barely edible.
The weather was cloudy most of the day, with a bit of light rain. However the Blue mountains tour, train ride, sky ride, and scenery, were great. Be prepared to walk up and down at least 200 steps at some of the viewpoints. The Sydney Zoo, and ferry ride back were all great. I would do it again, but with a different tour company.

I really enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Karen, was wonderful and made the most of our limited time. Ending the tour with the ferry ride into the Sydney harbor was the perfect ending.

Wine Hop tour guide Karen was an incredible guide. She skillfully navigated our bus through city traffic as well as mountain roads. She was incredibly well read as she was a fount of information on history, flora & fauna, & geological history. Karin took very good care of us & answered any questions we had. An amazing tour!!!

Jacob was our driver and he did an awesome job getting us everywhere we needed to be. Besides so many amazing views in the blue Mountains the zoo was quick, but we were able to see all the animals. Great trip.

Great, fun-packed day! Pick up was straight forward. Ronnie provided lots of information, as we drove around the city picking up other passengers. A drive to the Blue Mountains - starting at a view point, which provided a view of low cloud - giving the mountains a fantastic atmosphere. On to the next stop, which provided a view of the three sisters. The cloud had lifted and we were able to see across the valley. We went on to Scenic World - a cable car journey across the valley. On to another, followed by a walk through the rainforest and past the old coal mine. This visit ended with a ride on the steepest train - amazing!
Then for lunch, which was in a little cafe in Leura. Really tasty food!
After this, we went on to Sydney Zoo. We were able to feed kangaroos and have a photo taken with a koala. We also had some free time in the zoo.
To end our amazing day, we caught a ferry to Circular Quay - a trip that took us under the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
We got back to our start point eleven hours after we left - buzzing from such a great day!

This trip was the best way to spend our last day in Australia.
We got to see the beautiful views of the Blue Mountains, and saw it in full detail (as well as a nearby waterfall) during a gondola ride.
The train ride was more of a roller coaster: it was breathtaking, yet thrilling.
The zoo was full of unique animals. Some guests were even allowed to feed the kangaroos and take pictures with the koalas.
The boat ride through the harbor was the best way to end the tour. There was a beautiful sunset background, as we toured around the waterway on the outskirts of the city.
Our tour guide, Karen, is friendly and knowledgeable, ready to answer any of your questions.
Highly recommend this trip.

A superb multi faceted experience. Lovely scenery, quaint little towns, thrilling rides, brilliant new zoo and then rounded off by cruising back into Circular Quay in time for cocktails. Our guide Karen was absolutely brilliant. Witty, knowledgeable, and highly skilled at swerving the big crowds while missing nothing. She’s a star. Also unlike many other operators this company offers pick up directly from your hotel, not jus from three or four pick up points. Thoroughly recommend it
