BEWARE NOT Private Transportation

This was booked with PRIVATE transportation. We paid over $600USD and thought it was pricey but decided to go for it because we would be the only ones in the car. The car showed up and there were 2 other people there. I had to go in the 3rd seat in the back with absolutely no leg room. It was terrible. Beware of scams like this. If it says PRIVATE confirm several times what that means!

This is not a private tour. It is semi private. A second couple was picked up. They were equally surprised that another group was on the tour. The driver did a great job and was unaware that this was a private tour.

It’s a scam! AVOID!

This is scam! There was nothing luxurious or fun about this experience. For the exorbitant amount of money, you’ll get a driver that’ll come 16 minutes late, no guide, no time to explore the location, no time to look around or shop, limited time to eat from a CROWDED food court. That’s the beginning. The coordinator, Zahid Hassan, is NON RESPONSIVE! The driver’s English was very limited and she had to figure out how to give us our ticket for lunch and entry to the rails/train inside Blue Mountain. At one point, she had a us wait for 45 minutes for her to figure out the lunch ticket situation! The whole thing was a mess and I still haven’t received my refund as I requested. Please, do yourself a favor and either rent a car to do this yourself or book with another company. AVOID THIS AT ALL COST!

To ensure the tour could still operate as planned rather than being cancelled, an alternative licensed chauffeur was arranged. This was done in good faith so guests could proceed with their itinerary. Your visit also coincided with one of the busiest peak travel periods of the year in the Blue Mountains. During such times, high visitor numbers at Scenic World and dining venues can result in queues and delays that are outside the direct control of tour operators.
