It was a nice experience but I need my partial refund for the slide being closed but nobody talks about how long of a wait it is to go on the Flying Dutchman. It’s a surreal experience but they could make some adjustments to the wait time.

We did all three experiences. The check in process was long and disorganized. The electronic waiver system did not work and they finally had us just sign paper waivers. There was a ton of waiting around for both the slide and the canopy zip lines. Most waiting was shaded but some was in direct sun and quite hot. When we got to the Flying Dutchman they quoted a 90 min wait. There is a bar up there which is nice, but it was just very very long. It took over 5 hours for all 3 experiences. If we went back we would only do the Flying Dutchman. It was really fun and the view is amazing.

I was disappointed with this experience. I booked for a particular day, the operator reached out for me to change the day, the day before, due to the park being closed for whatever reason. I made adjustments and agreed to another day of my trip. My husband and I got there on the new date, and had to wait in a long line for the lift. We got to the tube, and that went fairly quickly, so no complaints there, although the guy working the tube, was in a bad mood and claimed to have been sick and complained that he had to still work. After the tube, we waited again to go back up for the zip line. This is why I really booked this excursion. We went up, after a while and then was told to wait in an area, with no further direction. We waited for about 30+ minutes with no direction/acknowledgment. After a few people went and complained to the person at the lift, someone finally came over and broke the news that the zip-line was broken and we could not get on. But, if we wanted to, we could go on the small line to the top, to sight see instead, or head back down to reschedule. This upset me, because it was a waste of time. Again, we had to wait in a long line, to get back down to the bottom, from the lift. We finally got down, an operator was there taking names, to either reschedule or be listed for a partial refund, which should take 7-10 days. I requested the refund, as I had already rescheduled once, and was leaving the next day. It was hot and most of the time spent, was waiting. Very disappointing!

The whole experience ess super fun... and watching people on the zip line and tube slide was just as entertaining
...UNTIL we reached the MAIN ATTRACTION we specifically booked for...and all of a sudden its not working and no one had a clue why. We watched people rude thw flying Dutchman as we rode up the lift...and pow we get there and its not working. I am requesting a refund

It was absolutely horrible and a waste of not only money but time as well. This place is so unorganized with horrible service . They over booked, and when we finally got to the top to do the “Flying Dutchman “ which was the main reason we came , it was an additional 2 hour long wait. I wouldn’t recommended this to anyone and I am extremely disappointed . Because of our cruise ships departing time , a huge group of us couldn’t wait in the 2 hour long line .

The only exciting part of this is the Flying Dutchman and it only lasts 30 seconds. If you really want to do it just book the Dutchman and then head to a beach or another excursion. The park is poorly ran by young adults who are in no rush to get you through any lines. We waited 30 minutes for the tubing part while they tried to figure out why the water wasn’t working. Tubing was not worth the wait. The zip line part is 4 very short lines that all come back to the same platform. Very uneventful, we skipped the last two because there were only two guides running it and it was taking forever with a large group. The park itself is pretty run down.
We were a group of 6 friends 45-50 yrs old.
The only reason I gave it 3 stars is the view from the top is incredible! You can see the French side and Dutchside at the same time. So book the Dutchman if you want some adventure and incredible views but skip the rest.

Closed on the day of our reservation with no notice. Went back next day and was overcrowded due to previous day closure. Beautiful place but everything moves extremely slowly. Expect long waits in the sun at every activity.

Went with my wife to spend a day of adventure! The tube ride was very mild, and the tree top zipl lines were fine, but the flying Dutchman was a truly unique experience! Apparently the "steepest zipline in the world".
There is a wait for the flying Dutchman, and cruise passengers have priority, since they are on a timed schedule. There is a bar at the top and some of the most incredible views of the island.
The small museum near the entrance is very informative as well and we found the gift shop reasonably priced.

There was no guide, no tour operator, no meeting. This tour description is totally misleading, since it suggests someone is going to accompany you, as you can see here in uppercase: “The tour operator reserves the right to REFUSE service to passengers who are intoxicated.” “Language: English - GUIDE”. In the official webpage, the tour costs 10% less, so I was expecting at least a guided tour through the Emilio Wilson Museum, something more than just the same tour offered by the company itself. Elite Shore Tours didn’t answer my text messages ever. Very disappointed. This didn’t meet my expectations at all.

The flying dutchman is for thrill seekers, you dont realize how steep it is until you get to the top, the tube slide was also fun, they do mist water as you go down so be prepared. The other zipline course is just 4 lines but still fun. Overall great experience and would do it again

Boat ride was great until we got outside and got screwed by the taxi drivers parked at the gate. Beware of scams and order an uber. Ship should warn people about scam taxis.

A must-do experience! The Flying Dutchman is a ride you have to try. Even if you’re unsure at first, definitely go for it. Even if don’t do the Flying Dutchman take the chairlift to the top—the views of the entire island are absolutely stunning.

It’s fun. The views are beautiful from all directions.. The staff is mostly friendly. Make sure to wear sunscreen and secure your belongings on the zip lines. Bring lots of small bills because there are tip boxes at every point while you walk around.

Riding the steepest zipline is a cool bucket list item, but that's about all I can say that's unique here. The tubing was very short, and the ziplining is two back and forth runs without much to see - underwhelming at best. On a busy day during peak season, I'm sure the wait wouldn't be worth it; on an off day, you're better to pay when you get there and save $60+.

We booked the triple three adventure as a group of ten. First stop was the intertube slide, which I was second to last to go. Getting on the tube, was instructed to cross my ankles hold on. Which I did as instructed. Didn’t make the first corner where my shoe hit a corner and flipped the tube over extremely hard. When I say I landed on my face hard, I’m not exaggerating. The whole right side of my face was bleeding, my lip was busted, immediate headache from the impact, and pretty sure I’m going to have a nice black eye. My sunglasses were completely destroyed but probably saved me from further damage, but sadly lost a nice expensive pair of sunglasses from it. The ride person immediately ran to me and was worried, offered to walk me down which I was like I’m okay I can continue. That’s when I knew I must be bleeding, which he confirmed. Got down to the bottom for my family to see me bleeding and banged up, which caused them all to panic. Went to their first aid area, and Jason was fantastic and helped me. Was very empathetic and caring, explained everything he was going to do etc. Then they sent over the manager to look, never once asked if I was okay or anything, took one look at me and was like we will reimburse you for the intertube ride and walked off. Like so sorry for what happened, didn’t ask anything, didn’t seem to care that someone was injured on a ride in the park. This is why they make you sign a waiver when you come in, for managers like him that don’t give a crap about anyone. At one point I was going to take ibuprofen for the headache I got and asked if I could have some water and they had to get approval and even then reluctantly gave me a bottle of water. I did continue on so my family could still do the zip line and I was fine. And their safety measures on that part was great and I would recommend the others for that aspect. But do not risk getting injured on the intertube adventure, because I sit here now with a busted up knee, my right shoulder is bruised up, the whole right side of my face is swollen, bloody and lip busted etc. And not that the refund even would do much, but never even saw that happen, not that the manager would even care since he seemed like a very unhappy person to begin with, but when someone gets injured, perhaps show some compassion and not be a huge jerk about stuff.

the tube ride really wasnt wet enough, the zip lines were kind of short. the best part was the last zip line which the view was beautiful

Also, we always encourage guests to take their time at the top of the mountain. This was by far the worst excursion experience I’ve ever had. Not only was it overpriced, but the activities were poorly designed and managed.
The tubing activity was a complete letdown—people kept getting stuck halfway down the ramp, which caused frustrating delays and confusion. The smaller zip lines were just as problematic, with many guests getting stranded mid-ride and needing assistance. The lines throughout the park were atrocious. We purchased the “Big 3” package but only managed to do the Flying Dutchman due to the excessive wait times. We were in line from 10:50 AM to 2:30 PM in intense heat with very limited shade. Being on a cruise schedule made this even more stressful, and unfortunately, no staff offered help or compensation for the time lost.
This excursion needs serious improvements—from better planning and crowd management to immediate upgrades to the tubing and zip line systems. At its current state, it’s severely overpriced and poorly run.

This was a 3 generation family trip. From the moment we arrived everyone was helpful. Sashell was especially helpful during check-in & giving us a rundown of the activities. At every single activity each staff member was so helpful & fun. This was an overall 10 out of 10 experience.

Initially the zipline intimidated me by its steepness, but it was not at all unsafe or scary. You actually sit in a seat instead of a harness so it is sort of more like a swing in a sense. You feel super secure and can go down by yourself or next to someone else. My son and I went down side by side. It also records a pretty good video of it. The schooner was more fun than it looks. If I were to go again, I’d probably just do the steep zipline. I feel like I want to do it again so I can pay more attention to what I’m actually seeing because the initial shock of airborne takes a few to wear off when first starting.

The tube ride was closed so to rain. However looking at the tubes and track from the chair lift it looks shabby. The rainforest zipline, not much of a rainforest to see. I am an American who tips well. I tend to over tip when people are working hard The staff had a tip jar at every station telling us that each section was a separate tip, each staff member asked for a tip and pointed to the jar. The staff at the Flying Dutchman had the tip jars at the point where they strapped us in. If you tipped they were friendly if not they would not look at you. I tipped $20 at first zip line. When I was asked to tip at the Dutchman I was told that that is a different staff. It gave me an unsafe feeling if I was not handing over cash.
