It was my first time on a jet ski and Fire was the best tour guide you can ask for! He was patient and delivered a great tour of the Dutch side of the island as we beached hopped!

They didn’t accept our Viator booking, made us cancel it and pay again. Then told us it wouldn’t go through but we made him process the refund after I checked my bank. They wanted to take us to an atm machine to get them cash. Very shady business practice that we refused to be part of. Wasted 3hours of our first port stop. Chucky was the guy we dealt with.

I spoke with the representative when booking this activity, and the agent supposedly booked what I asked for properly. When I arrived and got ready to attend the activity, I was told that I paid for something completely different than what I was expecting. I was so disappointed that I asked if I could pay an additional 200.00 dollars in order to complete to correct activity however the attendant told me he would unable to do so. My family and I left the facility.

After reviewing your reservation, we can confirm that the booking was made for two 30-minute Jet Ski rentals, not for a guided tour. When you arrived, our team showed you the reservation details on both your personal confirmation and in our system to ensure full transparency.
It appears there may have been a misunderstanding during the booking process. As many of our guests book through third-party platforms such as Viator, we always recommend contacting us directly if there are any questions about specific activity details. This allows us to clarify exactly what is included and help avoid confusion on the day of arrival.
When you expressed interest in switching to the guided tour, our staff explained that the tour is priced at $200 per Jet Ski, and you would simply need to pay the difference to upgrade.
Unfortunately, the amount offered did not cover the required difference for two Jet Skis. Throughout your visit, your originally reserved Jet Skis remained available, and our team was prepared to proceed with the rental you had booked.
We certainly understand how frustrating travel misunderstandings can be, especially when plans involve family. While we regret that you chose not to proceed with the rental, our staff did their best to clearly explain the options and accommodate an upgrade within our pricing policy.

We had a lot of fun with this jet ski rental! They picked us up at the port, and were very friendly. I would’ve felt better if they had lockers for belongings as it was uncomfortable to leave them there with our phones etc. but they were very honest and nice so it worked out fine. Very nice people and a very pretty stretch of uncrowded beach. We were there pretty early though so I’m not sure if it gets busier later in the day.

They were 30 minutes late. Water was too choppy for our enjoyment for our professional guided tour. We requested half refund acknowledging that we did ride for 40 (20 minutes to get out the bay and 20 minutes to return) of the scheduled 90 minutes. Refused refund stating we could keep jet ski in the Bay Area which was just as choppy. We said no thank and requested to be returned to ship. They never acknowledged that they were late. The guide was very professional and understood why we wanted to return. Other employees kept mentioning that waters were rough, yet no one cancelled the tour out of safety. My previous experience with other companies would cancel based on the roughness of the water.

This is not a guided tour! You just ride aimlessly. Do not buy from Viator because it's more expensive. You'll also have trouble finding the place because the name is different! Open Air Adventure does not exist, it's called Rum and Reggae! Lastly, the customer service sucks!! He accused me of calling his dad to complain about the service and come to find out, it was another family!

Using the jet skis was fun and easy. The meeting point was about a 30 min walk from the port to a location in the middle of town. From there they drove us to the beach. Had we just walked to the beach it would have been a 10 min walk. Not sure why the run around. Upon arrival at the beach checkin we were told they needed a $100 deposit because the jet skis were new and they have alot of accidents. This was a surprise and not disclosed ahead of time.

We would like to clarify a few important points. The meeting point and address are clearly provided in the booking confirmation and serve as our required check-in location before guests are transported to our private beach launch site.
We also want to be very clear that we do not require or collect a $100 deposit for our jet skis. No deposit was taken from you at any point.
Upon arrival, you requested to cancel due to the walking distance, and our staff explained that the standard 24-hour cancellation policy applied. As a courtesy, we then offered complimentary shuttle transportation for your entire family, which you accepted.

Love jet ski-ing as an activity to do while on vacation and this experience was fun with great weather and beautiful views. Instructor was knowledgeable with safety precautions and provided us ample time to be in the water.

I booked this experience for 2 people on 1 jet ski on a 90 minute island tour. When we arrived we were told that only one person was allowed on the ski and if we wanted 2, we would have to pay an additional $200. We did end up each riding a ski around the bay for half an hour but it was not at all what we booked.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear there was confusion regarding your booking.
To clarify, the reservation you made was for one jet ski for two people on our guided tour, and all of the details—including the option for two riders per jet ski as long as the combined weight does not exceed the posted limit—are available both online and on your booking ticket.
You also reached out to us the day before your tour to let us know that, due to your combined weights, you were considering using an additional jet ski. We confirmed that this would certainly be possible; however, it would be an added service not included in your original booking, and the additional jet ski would be the standard $200 fee.
Our team explained this again upon your arrival, as we do have to follow the safety weight limits for all equipment. These limits are clearly stated online and reviewed with every guest in person.
We’re glad you were still able to enjoy some time on the water, even though it wasn’t the full tour experience you had initially planned for. If you have any additional questions or would like assistance booking a future tour, we’re always here to help.

Fire & Gabriel were very informative & supportive with the jet ski. They gave clear & proper instructions to ensure safety & made the experience worth doing again. Would highly recommend Jet skiing at Great Bay Beach as the waves aren’t too bad which makes the experience on the jet ski much more fun as you throttle through the water. I’d recommend wearing googles to keep the salt water from splashing in your eyes as you ride. Booked for 1 hour & it was worth every minute! Definitely would book again.

Jet ski experience itself was fun. Just be sure to contact them and ask what time would be best to come unless you want to wait 3.5 hours to ride the jetskis.

This review is a far stretch for waiting 3.5 hours for a Jetski.
There are half hour intervals and there is one available ever 30 minutes.
We are glad your had fun but we believe that 3 stars does not reflect the true experience.

We had a great time on the jet ski! It was a blast. Even though the weather windy and waves were choppy, the jet ski was able to handle it.
