I loved this excursion. The crew were amazing. The underwater experience was just wow. It's like you are walking into an aquarium. When the safety diver puts breadcrumbs right in front your face, it was just so awesome. The snorkeling was incredible too. That was a surprise because they take by groups so when your waiting your turn you snorkel in this incredibly clear water. Outstanding!

We had so much fun. Between the “uber drivers” and the sea trek staff, everyone was nice, funny, and welcoming! they did not play about our safety. super serious but super comforting and helped us calm our nerves. i would absolutely do it again solo or with friends!

Please arrive 30 to 45minutes before your tour at the Bobby’s Marina Kiosk, next to the Water Taxi Gazebo and beside Aziana Restaurant. Look for the Sea Trek sign, which will be clearly displayed. Transportation to the meeting point is not included.

Cameras: For safety reasons, the use of cameras during the Sea Trek activity is not permitted.
Wetsuits are not included in the tour. it’s important to try on the helmet, it must adjust well to enjoy the activity.
Before the tour, we ask you to sign a waiver-both for medical and liability. Adults must sign by minors. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Schedule Changes: Once a reservation is confirmed, changes to the scheduled time are not allowed. Guests must attend the activity at the date and time selected during the booking process.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Late arrivals or failure to attend the activity do not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation at Arrival: If a guest voluntarily decides not to participate upon arrival at the marina, no refund will be provided.
Health Restrictions: Guests who are unable to participate due to any medical condition or restriction mentioned in the activity requirements will not be eligible for a refund.
Life jackets are mandatory and must be worn by all participants during the activity for safety reasons.
To be able to participate in Sea Trek, you need to be at least 8 years old, able to walk and climb a ladder, equalize/pop your ears and you should be in good overall physical condition.
Not recommended those with back/neck injuries, history of seizures, ear problems, vertigo, recent surgeries, heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia, hypertension or asthma.
This activity should not be performed within 12 hours of a scheduled flight

One of the highlights of our trip - we basically had a private tour since the other party of 6 did not show up (apparently it can happen frequently since people will pay for the experience and then change their mind last minute!). The crew was great, everything was explained easily, and the dive crew was phenomenal - taking care of every detail and helping us feel safe and informed the whole time. Once on the sea floor, the experience was unforgettable. This is one experience I would like to do again!

To all my non swimmers out there, don’t be scared and hesitate cause you will miss out on a great opportunity to explore under water. I can’t swim or float and it was fun, completely safe, and worth every single penny. The water was surprising warm and plenty of fishes to look at. Listen to the safety divers instructions carefully. If you can walk straight, listen to instructions, and hold on to handrails you are good to go! Suggestion for the company: update your descriptions and put the meeting spot is at the gazebo in the marina. It was very confusing wondering around the marina without any sea trek signs, personnel, or office. We were afraid we were going to miss our schedule time. The gazebo is right by the other water tour company office.

At first, it was a little unorganized after we finished filling out paperwork. Once we got to the location. The space is small and their team has to navigate different size groups coming in. But once the dust settled it was so much fun. You are able to snorkel as long as you like. And the trekking experience was so much fun. I am not a swimmer, but I love water excursions. The divers are excellent leaders. Taking precautions every step of the way!! I really appreciate the care shown for our safety.

The divers and people explaining it we so kind and supportive. However, we did not know to bring our phones or towels on this excursion. Overall, I am glad I did it. The divers and staff were so helpful and made this trip such a success. Also, we only got a small shot for a drink beverage and we had to pay for water which we did not know we needed to bring money. So bring towels a closed beach bag, money and your phone to take pics of the area around you.

the activity was canceled due to poor visibility however no one notified us we traveled to the meet point and paid for parking to be told by someone that the activity was canceled. very unprofessional that was a waste of my time and money. when this infomation could be communicated in the APP

I think before they put on the helmet on your head they should put it on earlier to try it on . so you feel comfortable when they actually put it inside when you're in the water so there's less fomo. And you can get used to it.

Underwater experience to see the canons of Fort Amsterdam

It is quite a unique experience to be able to walk underwater and look at the artifacts and fishes. The staff put your safety above all else and watch closely over you. But you should not underestimate the level of physicality required for this excursion. I would not recommend this for young children as the mask is made to be heavy. Even in the water, it would feel easily 15-20lbs. they have many safety divers watching over us and let us use their snorkeling equipment while waiting for our turn. If you have no physical limitation, comfortable being under 20ft of water and 3 hours to spare, then you should do this excursion. The $25 per person photography package is a little expensive but the photo quality is very good. We took it since this may be the only underwater trek we would ever do. They asked people to show up 30min before the check-in time. You can use that time to check out the Bobby’s marina.

Awesome. Was hoping to see other sea creatures from a distance other than a Sea spider and fish BUT GRATEFUL AND THANKFUL. A. Unique experience. We had personal attention… no one on excursion but my partner and I. Could not ask for better. My partner could not swim but he was not afraid of water. The seatrek itself was great, but first impressions were not great. We were told to arrive 30 min prior for our 1130am excursion. We arrived with another group of people at 1050. We all waited till 1135 when I contacted Viator. I was told they couldn’t reach the owner of the event. At 1140 a guy comes running up to us, saying to follow him if we were there for the seatrek. We all follow and he puts papers in front of us asking us to sign. We asked what we were signing and he said “ everyone had to sign”. We explained the paper ask if we agree to everyone on page one ( there was no page one). It also says “please confirm you were cleared by a doctor to do this”, along with what hotel are you staying at, and your room number. Some things I didn’t think they needed, nor did I know I needed a doctor to clear me. He couldn’t show me what the first page said so we didn’t sign. He was rushing the entire group and the other felt the same. After questioning the person he took us out, and from this point forward it was better. The experience was great. It was just very odd to start and it ran late. It says 2.5 hours it was definitely only about a 30 min under water, the rest was snorkeling. Maybe 1.5 hours total.
