- Wetsuits are not included in the tour. it’s important to try on the helmet, it must adjust well to enjoy the activity.
- Before the tour, we ask you to sign a waiver-both for medical and liability. Adults must sign by minors. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Subject to weather conditions
- Schedule Changes: Once a reservation is confirmed, changes to the scheduled time are not allowed. Guests must attend the activity at the date and time selected during the booking process.
- Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Late arrivals or failure to attend the activity do not qualify for a refund.
- Cancellation at Arrival: If a guest voluntarily decides not to participate upon arrival at the marina, no refund will be provided.
- Health Restrictions: Guests who are unable to participate due to any medical condition or restriction mentioned in the activity requirements will not be eligible for a refund.
- Life jackets are mandatory and must be worn by all participants during the activity for safety reasons.
- To be able to participate in Sea Trek, you need to be at least 8 years old, able to walk and climb a ladder, equalize/pop your ears and you should be in good overall physical condition.
- Not recommended those with back/neck injuries, history of seizures, ear problems, vertigo, recent surgeries, heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia, hypertension or asthma.
- This activity should not be performed within 12 hours of a scheduled flight
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 24 travelers

It’s amazing. You don’t have to be an experienced swimmer or know how to scuba dive. The crew is very professional and safe.
As a certified scuba diver and avid snorkeler, I was looking forward to this adventure. But unfortunately the helmet thing gave me a feeling of claustrophobia with the glass so close to my face. The crew were extremely helpful in guiding me to the bottom twice before I decided to call it quits and go back up top to finish the adventure using snorkel equipment. In fact, looking down from above, watching my boat mates walking the bottom below, proved just as much fun and enjoyable! 👍🏽👍🏽

Our Sea Trek and snorkeling trip was absolutely amazing! Richie was our captain and host, and he made the entire experience unforgettable. He’s friendly, patient, and keeps everyone relaxed — exactly the kind of person you want guiding you on an underwater adventure.
The Sea Trek portion was incredible. Walking on the ocean floor with the helmet was surreal, and Richie’s team made the whole process feel safe and easy. Snorkeling afterward was the perfect bonus — clear water, tons of fish, and plenty of time to explore. The crew and safety divers were the best!
Richie kept the vibe fun, pointed out great spots, and made sure everyone felt comfortable from start to finish. If you’re visiting the island, this is a must‑do experience. Highly recommended!

The scumbags at this website made me think the tour was in St Augustine Florida when actually it was in a different country this company completely screwed me over out of over $200 do not book anything with this company

10/10. The staff are exceptional !! I got scared last minute and the staff took their time with me and refused to let me waste my money . The experience was amazing and I’m glad I did it . They also comforted me when i became motion sick . Book with them , you won’t be disappointed!

Wow… where do I even start?! SeaTrek was honestly one of the highlights of our entire trip to St. Maarten. We had such an incredible time, and the experience was made even better by the amazing team that took care of us from beginning to end.
Ritchie, our tour guide, was AWESOME! He was so friendly, energetic, and made the whole experience fun while also making sure everyone knew what to expect. You could really tell he cared about everyone having a great time.
A huge shoutout to David and Leroy, our divers! These guys were fantastic. They were right there with us throughout the experience, making sure we were comfortable and felt safe underwater. Having them there honestly made it so much easier to relax and enjoy the experience.
Seth also deserves a special mention for handling the oxygen and being so attentive to safety. It was reassuring knowing the team was prepared and looking out for everyone.
And Arturo, the photographer — THANK YOU! 📸 He did such a great job capturing the experience. We got some amazing pictures that we’re going to have as memories from our trip, and we’re so glad we decided to have the photos taken.
Royce and Samuel, our captains, were great as well! They got us there and back safely and were both friendly and professional. The whole boat experience was smooth and enjoyable.
And I can’t forget Anastasia at the cashier! She was so sweet and helpful and made the check-in/payment process quick and easy.
Honestly, everyone on this team deserves recognition. You can tell they work really well together, and they genuinely care about the people they’re taking out. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable — we felt welcomed, safe, and able to just enjoy ourselves.
The actual SeaTrek experience was SO COOL. Walking around underwater, seeing the marine life, and being able to experience the ocean in such a unique way was something we’ll never forget. 🐠🐟🌊

I loved this excursion. The crew were amazing. The underwater experience was just wow. It's like you are walking into an aquarium. When the safety diver puts breadcrumbs right in front your face, it was just so awesome. The snorkeling was incredible too. That was a surprise because they take by groups so when your waiting your turn you snorkel in this incredibly clear water. Outstanding!

One of the highlights of our trip - we basically had a private tour since the other party of 6 did not show up (apparently it can happen frequently since people will pay for the experience and then change their mind last minute!). The crew was great, everything was explained easily, and the dive crew was phenomenal - taking care of every detail and helping us feel safe and informed the whole time. Once on the sea floor, the experience was unforgettable. This is one experience I would like to do again!

To all my non swimmers out there, don’t be scared and hesitate cause you will miss out on a great opportunity to explore under water. I can’t swim or float and it was fun, completely safe, and worth every single penny. The water was surprising warm and plenty of fishes to look at. Listen to the safety divers instructions carefully. If you can walk straight, listen to instructions, and hold on to handrails you are good to go!
Suggestion for the company: update your descriptions and put the meeting spot is at the gazebo in the marina. It was very confusing wondering around the marina without any sea trek signs, personnel, or office. We were afraid we were going to miss our schedule time.
The gazebo is right by the other water tour company office.

At first, it was a little unorganized after we finished filling out paperwork. Once we got to the location. The space is small and their team has to navigate different size groups coming in. But once the dust settled it was so much fun. You are able to snorkel as long as you like. And the trekking experience was so much fun. I am not a swimmer, but I love water excursions. The divers are excellent leaders. Taking precautions every step of the way!! I really appreciate the care shown for our safety.

The divers and people explaining it we so kind and supportive. However, we did not know to bring our phones or towels on this excursion. Overall, I am glad I did it. The divers and staff were so helpful and made this trip such a success. Also, we only got a small shot for a drink beverage and we had to pay for water which we did not know we needed to bring money. So bring towels a closed beach bag, money and your phone to take pics of the area around you.

the activity was canceled due to poor visibility however no one notified us we traveled to the meet point and paid for parking to be told by someone that the activity was canceled. very unprofessional that was a waste of my time and money. when this infomation could be communicated in the APP

When poor underwater visibility or unsafe ocean conditions force us to cancel a tour, our policy is to notify affected guests immediately. In this instance, there was a clear and unacceptable breakdown in communication between our port operations and our third-party booking channel, preventing the cancellation alert from reaching your Viator app in time.
We are addressing this system gap with our reservations team right away to ensure that real-time weather and visibility cancellations are pushed through the booking platforms instantly.
We know we cannot give you your vacation time back, but we want to ensure you are fully taken care of. I think before they put on the helmet on your head they should put it on earlier to try it on . so you feel comfortable when they actually put it inside when you're in the water so there's less fomo. And you can get used to it.
