Overview
Have fun exploring St. Martin in an electric buggy (like an ATV) with half-day rental. Whether you’re on a shore excursion or are staying on the island, you'll pick up your buggy easily. Then, you’ll be given a briefing and instructions on reaching some of the island’s highlights, such as Maho Beach, Marigot Market, and more. Visit both the French and Dutch sides of the island while having fun zipping around.

Itinerary
Start your e-buggy adventure with hotel pickup (select hotels only) or by making your way to the buggy depot. Following a briefing and instructions, set out to discover the highlights of both the French and Dutch sides of the island at your own pace.
The adventure includes a map with famous locations such as Maho Beach, where you can experience the exhilaration of planes landing just above your head. Explore the French culture at the Marigot Market or visit the Caribbean's dining capital, Grand Case Beach, savoring local cuisine and the authentic French atmosphere.
Continue your self-guided tour to Oyster Pond, where Coralita Bay offers stunning scenic views of the French side. Take in the natural beauty and learn about the local plants, birds, and wildlife in the area.
The adventure concludes back at the meeting point.

My wife and two of our friends Signed up for this tour on a Saturday morning, which appears to be their downtime. That being said The owner went out of his way to make sure our experience was amazing. they show you a video and how to use the map to get around the island. He took additional time explaining everything to us.The vehicle was well, maintain and safe. We stopped at most of the places on the map and had a very enjoyable day. I would highly recommend this experience. The Moses walk is the highlight of the trip in a very beautiful spot.

Very well run and organized. Lots to see and do. Very good map, directions and recommendations. A little confusing as to the meeting location outside of the main exit of the cruise terminal but be patient Arun will be there shortly. There was no issue getting around the island with lots to see and do.

We upgraded our buggy when we got there and extended the time rented. They gave us a great map and highlighted the points to see on the island for a wonderful self guided tour. It was fantastic! The island was very busy so recommend at least a 5 hour rental. We did have an issue with the buggy we had and they responded immediately with a new one. Overall a great experience!

Unique driving experience, be prepared to yell at your passenger as it’s loud in the open air buggy but the breeze was wonderful

Arun helped us and did a great job! We was extremely informative, helpful and friendly - we originally booked the standard buggy but ended up upgrading to the side by side and so glad we did! This ended up being one of our favorite excursions we planning during our 8 day (6 ports) cruise which was also our wedding & honeymoon. 100% worth every penny - definitely recommend booking this!

This was a great way to see the island on our own. Gave us the freedom to explore what we wanted and stay as long as we wanted. Great communication prior to our tour and helpful map and google map information given before we departed. We had a six seater buggy and it was great! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore the island with guidance but without the constraints of a tour group.

100% recommend this company over any other! This is the second year I have rented from
them and they are exceptional! They cover the pick up/drop off from the cruise port and he even threw in a bluetooth speaker for us to listen to on our trip! The map is very easy to follow, and he even goes above and beyond and makes sure you have the hotspots in your google maps. Very, very nice and will definitely be back for a third year!

Awesome experience when you want to do things on your own time and want to explore freely without needing to be in a group. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade our buggy which was worth the upgrade and the 1 additional hour we got. We missed our first stop on accident so we lost some time, but we utilized our pre-downloaded Google maps to navigate to each spot the rest of the way without needing to connect to internet. We stopped at Bread & Butter for ~15min, Moses Walk for ~15 min, skipped Cynthia's, Maho Beach for ~45min where we had delicious barbecue, Bell's Lookout Point ~20min and came back with ~20min to spare. Then Arun took us back to the cruise port to finish the day. You can tell Arun is very passionate about this experience and loves taking care of his customers so we recommend this to everyone.

My husband and I along with our 2 adult sons rented two buggies to tour the island the day we were in port on a celebrity cruise. We were picked up right by the taxi stand by Arun who brought us to the buggies. We had a short orientation and we were on our way to see beautiful St. Maartin. He provided us with a detailed map highlighting points of interest. The buggies are fun to drive and we had a blast. We enjoyed being able to explore at our own pace vs being part of a larger tour group. The vehicles are new and high quality. Once we returned Arun dropped us off downtown so we could do some shopping and enjoy the beach before returning to the ship. This was my second time renting from him! Both experiences have been great. Highly recommend!

This is a must do activity for anyone visiting St. Maarten. Arun was a pleasure to work with and the ultimate host! His responses to questions were prompt and detailed. There was an informative video at the start of the experience, detailed map, and he entered addresses into my phone to help navigate the island. His suggestions for stops were wonderful and covered a wide variety of interests! Our vehicle was clean, well equipped, and he offered a blue tooth speaker so we were able to listen to music during our drive around the island. You cannot go wrong booking this! We will definitely be returning!

Fast pick up just outside the port. Friendly service and helpful information before you go out on your own adventure. This is a beautiful island and it's a must to explore it! Return was easy and they went above and beyond to drive us to our next excursion location so we wouldn't miss it!

We walked to the front gate of the port and one of the workers called Electric Adventures to let them know we were ready. We were picked up within minutes. After watching a quick video we picked out our machine. We didn't realize that we had reserved a small buggy when we made the reservation. We were offered to upgrade to a bigger side by side for $150. We were able to sit in two different o es to decide which one we liked best. We picked the larger side by aide and received an extra hour with the upgrade. The owner programmed my phone with the stops from the map and also his phone number in case we needed anything. We started with the map, but it would blow around with the wind so we just used the phone navigation. It worked great until we lost service! At that point we just decoded to enjoy the drive! We missed a few sites, but we had a blast! We enjoyed the scenery and the ride! Out of 7 cruises, this was by far the beat excursion we have done! When we got back they offered us a cold water and drove us back to the ship. I highly recommend Electric Adventures! Their machines were brand new amd their customer service was amazing!

Great experience . Easy location to find . We watched a detailed video and given a map for the island . Very explanatory as to the highlights of the island made easy . You are on your own and go at your pace . Not stuck on a tour and dealing with a group and have to leave when the tour leaves . Arun was fantastic , gave us recommendations as to restaurants on the island to have dinner later on that night. Best thing we did in St. Martin . Worth every penny .

If you are looking for a self-guided buggy tour of Sint Maarten, I cannot recommend Electric Adventures enough. Arun gave us a buggy, a map with recommended places where we could stop for food or sightseeing, and set us loose to explore. The buggy was a lot of fun to drive and all of the recommended stopping points were cool, unique, and absolutely worth checking out all while being able to move at our own pace. At the end of our session, we dropped the buggy off and Arun graciously gave us some more ideas for things to do over the rest of our vacation, which we will absolutely be looking into further. The buggy ran great, the stopping points were cool, and the service was absolutely exceptional. I’d give Electric Adventures 10 stars if I could, but 5 is the max so it will have to suffice.

This buggie rental was the perfect way to explore the island on your own. The owner gives you a detailed marked map with all the best places to visit. He’ll even put it in your phone maps for you if you’re not familiar with physical maps. The buggies are really smooth and they go just as fast as a car. The scenery to each destination is breathtaking and this was one of my favorite activities.

This was a fun way to experience the island on your own and not tied to a group tour. We rented 3 buggies for my family of 6. Easy to drive and the map easy to follow. Even despite the rain and getting soaked we had a hilariously good time. Definately stop at Bread & Butter for some delicious pastries. My only wish would be for the rental to be 5 hours versus 4 so you could actually have some beach time in addition to seeing the entire island. Arun was super nice and I would definately book with him again

The buggy we booked was not really up to much, so you feel you have to upgrade to the much better one, which comes at big upgrade price, but it's definitely worth upgrading. The experience itself is awesome. Reliable, easy to drive buggy. Feels like the your driving a go kart on the biggest go kart circuit ever. Map is great, Google maps definitely useful. Planes landing over the beach is an awesome and easy to find highlight.

A couple of the worst things about being part of larger group excursions is that #1 you can be packed in a van/bus with 10-20 or more people and #2 you are on the tour operator's schedule. The "Electric Adventures Buggy Rental" leaves those concerns in the dust, literally!
Now just a quick caveat - we did not tour the island in an EV. It was gasoline powered, a bit noisy at full throttle AND a ton of fun!
The tour starts with a brief informative and entertaining video followed by a face-to-face with Arun. He is very friendly, very easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions you might have.
Even after deciding to upgrade to the larger four seater, the smaller size made it super easy to navigate the tight spots on St Martin, and there are a ton of tight spots. The vehicles can be quite quick so start off easy to get a feeling for the throttle, brakes and handling. Within five minutes you will feel quite confident.
I won't go into details about the different places you can visit, that's Arun's job. But what I will share is that my wife and I had an absolute blast. IMO this is the absolute perfect way to see St. Martin on YOUR schedule. Perfect score 10/10!

Arun was an excellent host. He gave us a very detailed map of the island along with suggestions on other sights to see. We took advantage of his advice and had a great time! The UTV side by side was a great travel vehicle for 4 older adults. We loved being able to travel to the locations that we wanted to see at our own pace. Highly recommend this company and the managing director, Arun.

We had a GREAT time exploring the whole island! We upgraded to a Mule sxs and it was a blast. Our guide gave us easy to follow directions and suggested stops. We fed iguanas, took photos on mountains, ate delicious Caribbean food - they even provided us with a bose speaker and rtic cooler for our day's adventure. It was a blast, the mule seats 4, what a great time!
