This tour was absolutely worth it! Anthony was an amazing guide, he made us feel comfortable and allowed us to explore the entire island while sharing great insights along the way. The jet ski experience was so much fun, and we got to see beautiful views of St. Martin from both land and water. Everything was smooth, exciting, and memorable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for adventure and a fantastic way to see the island!

I booked this tour because hotel pickup was included in the listing. I did not receive any communication from the operator until 10pm the night before the tour (only after trying multiple times to contact them), when I was told I would need to arrange my own taxi. As a solo traveler in an unfamiliar area, transportation was necessary for participation. Because the advertised pickup was not provided and there was no time to make reliable arrangements, I could not attend and requested a refund, which was denied.

We’re truly sorry to hear that you were unable to join the tour and that the experience leading up to it was frustrating.
We would like to respectfully clarify a few important points for future readers. Hotel pickup is not included in the base tour price. This is stated in multiple sections prior to booking, including the “What’s Not Included” section and the Additional Information area. Pickup is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Your request for transportation was received the day before the tour. While we did respond that evening—even after business hours—to assist you, the shuttle was already fully booked at that time, and we were unfortunately unable to add additional pickups on short notice. In that same message, we provided the exact address of the meeting point, and we followed up again on the morning of the excursion. We did not receive a response to those messages.
Regarding communication, we make ourselves available through three phone numbers as well as email, and we are typically very responsive. We always encourage guests to contact us as early as possible with any special requests so we can do our best to accommodate them.
Lastly, as the booking was made through Viator, their standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies, which limits our ability to issue refunds for last-minute cancellations.
We genuinely regret that this situation prevented you from attending and wish you the very best in your future travels.

Awesome experience. More than worth the money. Very organized. Kevin is an excellent guide. Learned a lot about the island on this excursion. Great picture opportunities with beautiful views we stopped at along the way. We did his ATV tour of the island that included visits to 2 different beaches, petting and feeding iguanas, touring on the Dutch and French side. We included the jet skis with our reservation and ended with a great jet ski ride in the bay and spent the rest of the afternoon at the beach with food options that included a complimentary beverage. Perfect day. Best thing we did on our trip to St Maarten. The entire family was extremely pleased. Still raving about this experience on the flight back home. Must do again.

Danny was an amazing tour guide and photographer! He made us feel very comfortable on the ATVs and going in and out of traffic. We had so many beautiful stops where he took our pictures and explained the history of the areas. We did the jet ski combo and had a blast there as well. The beach was beautiful to relax at and we would definitely recommend this excursion to everyone!

Prez was our tour guide and he was awesome! Riding through part of the island was Very Fun! At the end of the tour we got our Rum Punch, and we had a little too many so we couldnt do our jet ski ride that was included. We’ll see if they can hook us up the next day. The staff was amazing and friendly. They definitely make you feel welcomed

The first part (ATV) is a tour of the island. It’s mostly on-road - you just use the vehicles to get around rather than for any off-road fun. You have the option to do a single ATV, double ATV, or covered dune buggy. We booked singles but were strongly recommended to switch to the dune buggy because of the heat. (Or because maybe there weren’t enough single ATVs left??) Stops: ten minutes at a small convenience store on the way to the French side, 30 minutes at a beach with the rocky walk, 15 minutes to see the lizards, and 30 minutes at a beach bar on the French side for a bathroom break. The tour guide said we could get drinks and snacks but the service was very slow. There was barely enough time to get a drink and use the one restroom. The last stop was back on the Dutch side near shopping. When they dropped us off, they said we were welcome to stay as long as we liked. We asked what to do if we booked the jet skis and they directed us to the bar for the next steps.
Not much to say about the jet ski experience. It was great - 5/5. Would gladly do that again.
Each of the guides took great care of us. I just wished we knew more about what to expect with this booking.

Our guide Andre' showed us the coolest iguana pit, wanted to us to know some island history, and remained professional all the while monitoring our safety. He's so kind !! Our next stop Rum n Reggae has the best caribbean food I had anywhere around and I've been around; even the rice n beans had flavor. It was so good my sister and I ordered a meal to go ! The snapper is a must and the salmon was perfectly cooked. Lastly, the jetski team are so kind. They make certain to always have eyes on the water for their guests safety. They really were my favorites. They try their best to accomendate all the guests and their request. I must say FIYA is a standout as he efficiently managed both the water activities, an occasional mixed drink, and even rescued me when my Kayak flipped over. I swim very well so I wasn't panicked but Fiya and the team were right there. There's another stop here that also felt magical but I don't want to spoil it...book to discover. This excursion is a MUST try !

Very fun! Only complaint was no one came to pick us up at the meeting spot, although confirmed day before. Finally got picked up after calling and asking where they were, after they forgot to get us. But other than that, ATV was very fun. Prez was a great guide! After ATV is over, nice little spot to sit on the beach and jet ski. Recommend bringing water shoes/flip flops, although not stated, as you will walk on the water on the coral reef during ATV guide.

A really great tour!!! Our tour guides PREZ & P were the BEST!!! They made the ATV experience incredible! Very fun and knowledgeable! Will definitely do it again when we return. Neesha was amazing! She was on top of everything from start to finish. The jet skis were like new and fast!! We had a ball!! A+ experience! They even got us drinks and food at the end!

Our experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived everything was perfectly organized and stress free. Pres was our tour guide and he is the best tour guide for a reason! He patiently took us around The natural beauty of the island and made our experience very special! He took care of all of us with his positive personality keeping us safe and making this adventure the highlight of our trip thanks to pres! He was very knowledgeable about the island history , culture & wildlife. He pointed out hidden gems from the water, pointing out other islands & meeting beautiful iguanas. He took beautiful pictures of each person to make this experience so special to us he did not miss anything! He kept us safe when we arrived to the jetski scene & had the best food on the island. Oh! & can’t forget my girl Tonya aka the First Lady! She brought more fun & great energy to our experience. She made sure to record & document our unforgettable memories with pictures & videos of us. This company is extremely irresponsible. We arrived at 8:30 AM, only to find out they didn’t have the proper paperwork to operate as a tour company. After receiving our ATVs, the police arrived and made everyone get off because the business couldn’t provide the required documentation.
We ended up waiting from 8:30 AM until 11 AM before they finally canceled the tour. It was clear they weren’t going to resolve the issue with the authorities, yet they still had us waiting around for hours.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability was unbelievable.

The department of vehicle inspection made an unexpected visit where they would have required ALL vehicles to be checked before they can exit our office for rentals/tours.
As guests arrived 8:30AM we successfully checked them in at this time.
A little after 9AM the inspection department came along with police to help them with the many vehicles they had to check.
We had asked the authorities if we could have allowed the tours/rentals to leave and they told us not until they were done.
This was something that could have most definitely been handled differently by the authorities however it was out of our control.
We proceeded with refunding everyone including this very ungrateful customer!
These guests in particular booked a sun and fun combo and were offered to do the Jetski portion first and later in the afternoon could have done ATVs.
They chose to go to the beach and did not do Jetskis. ALL Guests received complimentary beach chairs + umbrellas along with one free drink. They stayed at the beach for the day and were shuttled back to their ship.
ALL guests received a FULL refund for the inconvenience caused by the authorities.
The authorities were finished inspecting by 11AM. Meaning that yes the morning tours and rentals were canceled and refunded however operations continued the same day in the afternoon.

This excursion was a complete disaster from start to finish. Late pickup, poorly maintained ATVs, and a missing Jet Ski reservation made this a frustrating experience.
• ATVs constantly stalled, forcing vehicle swaps and gas refills mid-tour.
• No Jet Ski reservation, despite it being included in the booking. Staff admitted the mistake, but we couldn’t participate due to long wait times.
• The tour guide was unprofessional, smoking marijuana, drinking alcohol, and later driving a shuttle under the influence.
• No assistance when requesting a return shuttle, leaving us waiting over an hour.
• The operator denied all issues when contacted, offering only a small partial refund, which does not reflect how bad this tour was.
This was not just a minor inconvenience—it was unsafe and mismanaged. Do not book this tour.

Angelo Flowers and his husband booked a Sun & Fun combo. They completed the ATV portion of the tour and chose not to do the Jetski portion of the tour. These guests asked us if we can refund them in which we explained that they would not be able to receive refund due to reservation prior.
As long as you book a tour with us your reservation IS guaranteed.
The two did not listen to any instructions given by the tour guide and also failed to follow instructions while on tour. The tour guide instructed them on proper riding practice and these guests were furious.
The tour guide instructed fact did bring guests to the bar where they receive complimentary rum punch. At the same time the tour guide drank fruit punch!
They may look the same but they are certainly not!
We do not drink and drive here on Sint Maarten as it is against the law.
We would never leave you waiting for an hour for a shuttle driver. There are 4 different shuttle vehicles in use and make trips every 15-20 minutes.
These guests made so many attempts to receive a complimentary tour and are now furious that we allowed them to even receive a partial refund.
We do not want our customers to leave with a bad taste and even though he and his partner we not happy we made sure to refund for the Jetski portion at their convenience.

I loved all of the staff! They were awesome on the shuttles to and from our ship, Utvs and Jet Skis. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Especially loved the fact that we went on an extensive tour of the island! The only drawback is there wasn't a working bathroom or shower for sand at the beach that we were taken to.

Awesome experience. Our tour guides were Pres and Aunty P. Zooming around the city, even in the on and off rain, was really fun. Pres was the perfect lead guide as he told us about each stop and let us get local food there, the French and Dutch side, and stopped traffic at each round about so we could drive through safely. When we got to the beach it was picturesque. Welcomed with a rum punch, had all chairs and umbrellas at our disposal, and the the food that was available for purchase was good there too. Paid for the jet skis portion but they let us know the trailer that carries the jet skis broke the day before. At first I was disappointed as I was really looking forward to it but they went the extra mile and left to go get another one and came back and we were able to do it. So much fun!! This really was a great experience. FYI if you're over 300 combined with your partner you have to do 2 ates you cant share. That was a surprise that cost us an extra $70 but I still can't complain

We had a great time. Our guides were so much fun. This is not an off road experience. They take you through the city streets of St Maarten and St Martin with a few stops along the way. We rented a ATV (in our 60's) a quad would have been better for us. A really nice man traded with us. Way to go nice guy Jet skiing was alot of fun. Unless you're young and fit, would recommend 30 minutes. We recommend this excursion.

Awesome tour. Just note you are dropped off at a beach bar at the end where you can do the jet ski’s. Bring your beach stuff with you on the ATV tour so you can enjoy the beach bar (which had a phenomenal bbq chicken platter)

We scheduled a trip and got confirmation that we would get picked up in the lobby of our resort at 8:30am by 9:30am after waiting an hour at the entrance for the pickup we received a call that our trip was being cancelled 😔

This booking was cancelled due to a passing storm! The seas were far too rough for you to do Jetskis. You were told that you can reschedule or be refunded for the Jetski portion. There was availability for the ATV portion of the tour. You were fully refunded! No money was wasted .
