Our guide Prez was great. The tour covered some neat stops that we would not have otherwise ever seen. Beautiful views, friendly iguanas, and walking out to a small island for panoramic views.
Bring sturdy water shoes or sandals that secure at the heel to make the walk to the island much easier. Also, sun glasses are a must to keep the dust out of your eyes when riding the ATV/UTV on dirt roads.
Wonderful experience and would even consider repeating on a second trip.

We rented an UTV 4 seater and got a a 6 seater, which was even better because my both kids seated in front and my wife sat behind. Visited the rotary lookout point, then the iguanas (feed and hold) and then the beach and then back. It was fun. Kids liked it.

We waited over an hour from the start time to actually board a UTV. Once we got going the tour was fun. Stops at a really great photo spot where you walk through water. (Definitely wear water shoes!) Also stopped to feed iguanas and at a great beach restaurant. Overall good experience except for the disorganized beginning. UTV was clean, well-maintained and great for our family of 4.

Do Not Book this tour if your are on a cruise. We Did Not get the UTV itinerary that was listed. Instead they took us on an excursion that was for cruise ship passengers. Was only willing to give me a 15% refund which I laughed We paid for 9 people on this excursion. To top it off there was an ATV accident that they never should have allowed the couple to drive..thankfully they were okay but we lost an hour of our time. I want a 50% refund Terrible to deal with also!

Great way to see st Maarten, especially with older kids. My teenager enjoyed it and I thought it was one of the best ways to see the island. Prez was awesome!

The tour guides were cool and kind can’t remember their names we did enjoy our experience I didn’t give it a 5star because atv are very old and outdated especially after seeing some brand new red ones pass by us on a tour.

It was a great experience! Prez and our other guide... (I cannot recall his name and I hate that!) were amazing. Prez was fun and friendly - especially awesome at the iguana feeding... he caught an iguana and let anyone that wanted to hold it, do so. We have great videos and pics of that! He was very education and mindful of our safety when we walked in the water and took pics on a rock. Our other guide was more quiet and reserved, but his role was absolutely critical in getting ahead of the group, blocking traffic and keeping us safe. They were a great team and our family loved it.

It was a very fun excursion. Anthony was great and we felt very safe with him guiding us along the streets of St Maarten.
Our only complaint was having to ask multiple times to go back to the cruise ship. They said to just tell the bartender when you are ready to go, which we did (twice) plus Anthony went to check for us for a 3rd time. I was not feeling well so that 40+ minute wait for a vehicle to take us back to the ship felt like an eternity.
Overall we loved the excursion and would definitely recommend this group and definitely Anthony and his partner (we forgot her name).

it was a fun activity. Unfortunately, the reservation agent had no clue about the details therefore, nobody ever told us:
1. pick up details until we were in the Island with no connection
2. stops at a beach therefore, we didn't bring anything with us
3. we were going with other people

We got to see a lot of the sights of Saint Martin and did not feel rushed at stops. At the end you get unlimited time at a very private beach. The guides were amazing. President worked his tail off keeping us safe.

Bring shoes you can take in the water (crocs, flip flops). Great tour, Anthony and Prez were good guides, kept us safe on the roads and kind to the kids.

Cons:
None of the stops included on the stated itinerary were visited! Instead, we had a mandatory shopping stop while our guide met a female friend (not on the tour) for coffee. Then one stop at Maho Beach for 30 minutes, then we were dropped off at a small beach club for the rest of the time. When I asked why the itinerary was not followed, the company lied and said I agreed to another itinerary. Then changed their mind, saying I joined the wrong group, then stated I should be okay with the different itinerary, because at the end of the day, I got a tour. Viator eventually gave a refund due to the lack of stated service provided! Unsure why the situation happened, but be careful if you are wanting to do the stops mentioned, it could change for unknown reasons?
Pros:
Visit to Maho beach was fun! The ATVs are in good shape and felt safe. The tour company requested I mention that the final beach club stop comes with services such as beach chairs, a welcome drink, and an umbrella.

To clarify, you joined the incorrect tour group on your own. You were not assigned to that tour by our staff. The route and stops you experienced were consistent with the tour you joined that day. At no point did our guide make personal stops, and all locations visited were legitimate parts of that tour.
While we regret the confusion, the itinerary you originally booked was not operated for you due to this error. Despite this, you did receive a guided tour experience. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future guests.

The tour was not as described and did not pick us up at the port. We had to spend $20 more to go to and from the starting point. The activity and stops were not the same as the description. The equipment was old on the brakes did not work. There was way too much time in traffic on the roads and not enough time having an adventure and fun.

My husband and I rented a UTV for the tour, so glad we did as the majority of the tour was on the streets of St. Maarten. A lot of crazy drivers on the roads which makes the tour challenging. I would not rent ATV unless you are comfortable driving an ATV. The sights were fun and the tour lasted about 3 hours. We stopped at a couple places where you can order drinks and use the bathroom. Bring clothes that can get wet and bring good water shoes to walk through the water.

This tour was absolutely AMAZINGGG! Ant was our tour guide and he was soo AWESOME! We travel often and he indeed WAS THE BEST tour guide!!! He took care of us from start to finish. We decided to do this excursion at 1pm while stopped here on a cruise and had plenty of time to get back by our 5:30pm departure. The tour is about 3 hours and we did and seen SO MUCH! Very scenic and not many dirt roads. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND WATER SHOES and bathing suits/cover ups for your attire! You’ll see why once you book! 🥰

My family of 6 had so much fun on this tour. We had 4 single riders on atvs and a 2-person utv for my 16 year old and me (have to be 18 to drive). Our guides Anthony and Dylan (?) were friendly, informative, and led us carefully through traffic. We got to stop at a few points of interest on the French and Dutch sides, the airport beach, and then got our own beach chairs and umbrellas on our last stop. It was a really fun day and such a nice way to see the island. We would definitely recommend. PS- remember to bring your drivers license. It is required.

We had a blast! Our tour guide was fantastic, thank you Prez!! He was informative and made our excursion fun. We went to a few scenic spots and got some beautiful photos. At the end of our ride, we got to relax at the beach down in Great Bay. Highly recommended!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the communication and service regarding my recent ATV tour booking (#1322910457).
I spoke directly with a Viator representative by phone after making the booking around 11:00 AM for a 1:00 PM tour. The Viator agent contacted the tour operator, The Jeep Plug, to reconfirm the reservation and confirm that pickup would be from The Morgan Resort and Spa. I was told pickup would be at 12:40 PM.
However, when we went down to the hotel lobby before 12:40 PM to wait, no driver ever arrived. After calling the tour operator directly, we were told the driver had supposedly been there at 12:15 PM—25 minutes earlier than the confirmed pickup time. No one called us, and no one checked with the hotel front desk to locate us, even though Viator assured us our phone number had been provided to the operator.
The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. We were left without a tour, received no refund, and the operator showed no compassion or accountability for their lack of communication.
This situation was completely avoidable and caused by poor coordination between Viator and the tour operator. I’m requesting a full refund and for Viator to review communication procedures with third-party operators to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Be very cautious with this company, they don't offer insurance and if the ATV is damage upon return they hold you hostage until an estimate is given. And you are expected to pay for damages on the spot, if you ask to leave they threaten to call the police and say it's going to be bad for you. The ATV flipped during our tour, we asked to call the police when it happened and they said no, it's would be better if we didn't. We continued on the tour and left the bike. When we got back to the location, they stated someone has to stay until the bike returns. We provided all information and stated call us when the estimate was ready as we had plans, that is when the owner and his son became hostile and used intimidation tactics. There are other places on the island to rent equipment, go there. I saw them at their worst, hard pass for me.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, though we’d like to clarify some key points for accuracy.
Despite the accident, these guests completed the full tour. Something we will never do again. We will change our policy due to this incident and end all tours after accident.
At no point were you or your group “held hostage.” After the tour, we explained that everyone would need to wait briefly until the last of the three damaged ATVs was retrieved, since the accident occurred on the French side of the island. During this short wait (about 15 minutes), our manager even offered complimentary drinks, which were declined.
Before every tour, we provide full safety instructions and make clear that any damages are the guest’s responsibility. To protect both sides, we also record before-and-after videos of all ATVs, and we encourage guests to take their own as well. In this case, once the damaged ATV was returned, we transparently showed the breakdown of repair costs. While the group initially refused to cover the full amount, we negotiated a reduced price in order to resolve the situation quickly and fairly.
It’s also important to note that we offered to call an ambulance at the time of the accident, but this was declined as injuries were very minor. The police were not called, as there was no cause to do so.
We understand that accidents can be stressful, but we always strive to handle them professionally, transparently, and with care for our guests.

My family and I recently took an ATV tour in St. Maarten, and while we had a blast riding the ATVs, the overall experience was frustrating due to a lack of organization.
The staff at the main location were very friendly and nice, and the ATVs themselves were a lot of fun to ride. We truly enjoyed the tour portion and the thrill of exploring the island on our own vehicle.
However, the tour was disorganized from the start. We arrived at the port from our cruise ship and had no one there to guide us to the meeting point or to the ATV location. This left us confused and wasted a lot of our time trying to find where we were supposed to go. When we finally arrived, the check-in process was chaotic and unclear.
After the tour, we were taken to the beach for a long period of time, which was not communicated to us beforehand. We had limited time before we had to be back on our ship, so this left us feeling rushed and stressed. Better communication about the itinerary, especially the planned stops and timings, would have made a huge difference.
In summary, the ATV ride itself was a great time, but the lack of clear direction and communication made the overall experience disappointing. I would recommend this tour to others but with a strong suggestion to the company to improve their organization and communication with guests, especially those arriving from a cruise ship

This is an awesome company ! Aunt B & Danny was our guides. The lady (regret not getting her name) who appeared to be at least the manager was so pleasant ... people in a group couldn't make up their minds to get single or doubles & she would just say with a smile, no problem. When we got to the last stop where you walk on water to an island... I didn't know to bring water shoes I missed that part, I really didn't want to get my sneakers wet & Danny literally took the shoes off his feet and insisted I wear them. Then another lady came up and didn't want to get her shoes wet and her feet were bigger than mine. So I said you take these. Well then Aunt B says I'm not wearing mine take mine so I wore her Crocs ! What ? Who does that ???
I am coming back next year & I am definitely going to do this again. I regret not getting a group picture because it was a fun group.
