The trip to Maho beach was just amazing. Our driver Denzel was great and hus knowledge of the island was second to non. He was kind and considerate and explained everything. I would highly recommend this company.

Very nice experience must see for tourists! Busy and crowded beach go early if you want a good spot . Famous for its unique location at the end of princess Juliana international airport runway . Where planes fly extremely low overhead.

Started off good and then our driver never came back to pick us up. We needed to be back to the cruise port to leave by 430 and we informed him previously. Apparently there was an accident which is understandable but every other service was there and left within due time. We ended up needing to take a taxi back to the port with other families on our cruise and just made it with 10 minutes to spare. And had to pay for it too. Terrible experience. I don’t know what we would have done if we missed the departure.

Maho Beach has a VERY narrow strip of sand. This isn't the right beach for sunbathers, but is excellent for plane spotters like myself. I don't know what I enjoyed more, watching the planes or watching the unsuspecting people get toppled by the incredibly strong waves.

Hard to find the pick up place, there is not any indication, a lot of peaple lost, the trasportation ok , 35 minites to get to the beach

Unique experience of planes landing and taking off near beach. Beach is very crowded be prepared. Excursions scheduled ten to two but they changed it to three and traffic was bad and took longer than an hour to get to boat. made it closer than we wanted. Driver was pleasant and was informative.

Our driver and guide Raphael was awesome.We learned a lot about the island. He dropped us off and picked us up at the agreed upon times. We had a great time!

Great time. Everything went smoothly. The pickup point was precisely described. Our guide, William, gave us a guided tour to Maho Beach, describing life on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten and comparing it to the French side. During the tour we were supplied with refreshments, such as rum punch (Yes, you could taste the rum!), sodas, and waters. He dropped us off right at Maho Beach and was there at the agreed upon pickup time. In the meantime, we were free to experience Maho Beach and the airplanes landing and taking off. The day we went there was only our ship in the cruise port. So the beach was not that crowded. Found a nice place in the shade of the restaurant where we ended up having lunch. The Sunset Bar & Grill's mahi mahi sandwich and tacos were good, as were the drinks. But the best part was dining on their deck and still being able to watch the planes. All in all, it was a really fun day.

The area gets really crowded, seating available for a fee. Nearby restaurant tables were booked in advance by tour companies so no food options for meal unless you get farther away from main area

Our bus driver/tour guide was fantastic! Was on time and this was a great excursion. This was my first time doing an excursion outside of the cruise and it was simple.

Tour left without us.! We were few minutes late walking from the ship to the meeting place. Called the operator several times, no answer. The operator never bothered to even message to see where we were. I have used Viator many times before. The operator always checks and confirms. I DONT RECOMMEND THiS ToUR.

Our drive was prompt, courteous, friendly and very informative. He got us to the venue/beach early before it got too crowded to find a table. He showed us where to meet him for the return trip and again, he was exceptionally prompt and friendly!

Service was great and hosts were outstanding! I never book this excursion through the cruise line- Viator has better prices and reliable service. Only negative is it was hard to find the meeting location.
Maho didn’t disappoint. Our kids love the crazy waves and watching the airplanes come in. We walked far down to the right of the beach for more sandy area.

the trip would have been great if the correct contact information for tour operator had been provided! Had problem getting wheelchair from ship for 98 year old Mom, that delayed our arrival meeting tour. Called tour operator number provided by Viator for over an hour to notify tour group of delay. Arrived 15 minutes after tour departed. 😡😡 had to pay taxi additional $40 to catch up with tour at beach. We then returned to ship with the original tour group. Disappointed with information from Viator!!!! Cost me additional cash. The tour seemed fine with guided tour on the segment we got to participate in.

Basic transportation in a clean van from the cruise port to Maho Beach. Our driver Otis was his name I think was very pleasant and accommodating allowing us an extra 30 min or so beyond scheduled pick up in order to see the big 747 come in. I think the cost is similar to a taxi and guaranteed to get you back to port in time. We were also offered the option for drop off in town for shopping, but it would've been cutting time too close for our comfort.
