We will await for you at the Cruise Port Main Gate, shuttle you to company, explain you the island map, quick run down on the ATV usage, and set you off into the island.

Pickup details

Once you arrive at the port, please exit the cruise ship, and make your way to the main cruise port gate, you can also ask the port information desk for ATV island and they will show you where the gate is. Once at the gate, ask for Julio ATV island and advise you have an online reservation, he will then shuttle you to the rental. If staying at a hotel, please let us know hotel name, so we can coordinate pick up.

Awful experience!!

The local operator was terrible. The ATVs were in poor shape. Some were difficult to steer, no brake lights, no operating speedometer or gas guage. One of our party had an accident and was required to pay a $500 fee but our credit card was not accepted to pay it. The operator had to drive us to an ATM for cash. The ATM did not work and the operator would not let us leave. She would not let us out of the car even after we told her the payment could be charged to our credit card. It was a most unpleasant experience. I will never use them again! We almost missed our ship. Needless to say our credit card was charged and the operator was paid in full.

Cherry, First of all, this specific model ATV does not have speedometer or gas gauge. None of them do. Secondly, we specifically explained to you that if you had an accident, there was a 500$ deductible if you damaged someone else’s car. That’s how third party insurance works! Also, it’s very unpleasant that you would say we would not let you out of the car. I’m wondering how we would let you jump out of a moving car???? We also never stopped you from jumping out if you pleased to, which seemed like something you wanted to do if your husband didn’t hold you back. We advised that the deductible must be done in cash, we even accepted afterwards to let you pay by card, and your card wasn’t working. Hence why we proceeded to atm. Then your card didn’t work at atm either. In order to not let you miss your ship we let you proceed without paying so you could pay later, I’m sure you didn’t mention that part did you? I’m sure you also did not mention that while driving to the atm, which is literally 2 min from the port, you assaulted the driver even though your husband advised you it was ok, and even though we advised you you wouldn’t miss your ship, that the atm was close by. Thankfully nothing happened to you incoherent accident as it was minor, but for the next time you go to a foreign country, and decide to do an activity like this, and sign a contract that specifically states there’s a deductible, I would advise you maybe opt out of said activity if you are not able to accept the terms.

This excursion was by far one of the best we have done. It allowed us to see the entire island up close and personal. Our guide was able to safely get us around the island to see things we wouldn’t have from a bus tour.

The experience was amazing ! Worth every dollar ! Both the tour guides were soo attentive ! They took us around the whole island ! Julio and other tour guide with very nice teeth ( sorry i didn’t get his name ) took us to the local spot on the french side and the food was amazing. Also they took us to Orient Beach which was such a great experience! It was big group like 20 of us and they were very accommodating. We drove around the whole entire island! I recommend this excursion

Julio was at the port before we got there. He escorted us back to his location in a really nice buggie. We ATV’d around the entired Island and it wasn’t incredible. The ATV’s were beautiful in great condition. My family loved me for booking this. We decided to stop at Orient Bay which was the most beautiful beach I have been to, Mullet Bay, and Maho beach. I did my research and this was the best price in the area to. He drove us back to the port. The customer service was phenomenal. Book them. You will not regret it.
