Departure Point: Departs from Dock Maarten Marina (Chesterfields Restaurant) for cruise ship visitors and hotel guests. It is a short (10-15 minute), safe walk from the cruise ship terminal. Directions: FOR CRUISE SHIP VISITORS: Exit the cruise ship facility through the main gate to the street. Make a left turn onto the main road and follow the sidewalk under the palm trees. A short distance along this road you will see the first commercial complex of yellow buildings on your left. This is Dock Maarten Marina. There is also a restaurant called Chesterfields in the complex. Walk through the main underpass of the complex and onto the marina dock. Ask for Captain Bob. FOR HOTEL GUESTS: Dock Maarten Marina is located in Point Blanche, near the port and the cruise ship terminal. At most intersections and roundabouts there are green or white signs with directions. Follow the signs to the "Cruise Ship Terminal". Dock Maarten Marina is on the main road just before the cruise ship terminal. There is also a restaurant called Chesterfields at the marina. There is parking available at the marina. Walk through the main underpass of the complex and onto the marina dock. Ask for Captain Bob. Return point: Returns to original point of departure (Dock Maarten Marina)

After your cruise ship docks, walk a short distance to Dock Maarten Marina to board your speedboat. Your first stop will be at the uninhabited Tintamarre Island. After a briefing on how to use the provided gear and floatation device, go snorkeling in the protected reserve, home to turtles and stingrays.
The next stop is Pinel Island, where you can relax with a drink, refuel with lunch, and shop for souvenirs. Enjoy another snorkeling stop at Creole Rock, before a dip in the water at Mullet Bay or Long Bay, both known for beautiful beaches. Your last stop will be at Maho Beach, to watch the plans taking off and landing overhead.

Great way for beach and sun lovers to see St. Marteen by way of beach and snorkeling perspective. The high speed boat ride gives a touch of adrenaline. The guides were very fun and professional. They gave a lot of interesting information of the island history and were very knowledgeable.
They really delivered and all points of intinerary were done. Great for semi-private or private excursions and was not overcrowded.
Would use them again and recommend highly to anyone.

We had a great time!! Highly recommend!! Brett and Dillan were phenomenal captain and crew! Perfect amount of time at each stop. Hubby and boys loved the Maho Beach airplane fly in - highlight of their trip so far. Nice to not be with the hordes of cruise ship passengers. Be sure to bring tons of reef safe sunscreen! And money to buy stuff at the boutique on Pinel Island.

We had a wonderful day on board with Brett and Dylan. The weather was beautiful, we made it to all the promised stops. Unfortunately we didn’t see any turtles or stingrays but the beaches were gorgeous and snorkeling was fun! We loved that drinks and lunch are included. Very knowledgeable guides. We did have to move marinas but Brett came and got us and pointed us to the correct spot. Overall it was a wonderful day and a great way to see a lot of the island.

We had such a fun time on this excursion! Brett and Dillon were very knowledgeable of the island and took us to all the good spots. We did not see any turtles while snorkeling but we did see a bunch of pretty fish at the reef. They were personable and friendly and made for a good time!

We'd been to St Maarten before (via cruise) & really only did beach day while there, that this time (also cruise) we decided to do something different and this tour did not disappoint. We had Captain Brett and Dillon. They were great guides and Brett was an amazing captain with the water we went through (and also gave us some great details about the islands and the different sides). It was a very wavy ride to get to Tintamarre Island (water even came over top of the boat!), but he got us there safe and sound. Unfortunately no one in our group saw any turtles here, but the water and island were very beautiful. We also really enjoyed the stop at Pinel Island. Another gorgeous location with less crowds and a cute little shop with some different, less touristy items. The lunch is different sandwich options, chips, apples and drinks. We then worked our way back to the Dutch side to see other things there. The last beach stop was amazing with absolutely crystal clear water! Then went to Maho beach area. We only saw a couple of small planes landing and 2 take off (neither of which 'blasted' the people on beach), but was fun to see this from the water. We got back in time to make a quick stop at shops and then walked back to the cruise terminal. If you are looking for 'something different' to do in St Maarten, I highly recommend this tour!

This was an amazing trip! I love the captain and 1st mate. They were not only very attentive to our needs, but also very knowledgeable. We had 2 very distinct groups.. the drinkers and the more reserved and it didn’t feel like the reserved group were missing out on anything. This tour is well worth the money for the amount of time on the water and the sites that were seen! I highly recommend this tour.

I had the best time on Captain Bob’s speed boat tour! Both tour guides were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. They made the whole experience even better. We got to see sea turtles, dolphins, stingrays, and so many other beautiful fish. The crab salad sandwiches were off the hook too. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting!

Bob and Dillon are very nice and knowledgeable hosts and took care of all of the passengers. We enjoyed the info they shared about our snorkeling trip and the island, and even gave us some personal tips on where to go on the island. We saw turtles, lots of fish and urchins. The lunch was fresh and filling.
Other than the rain at the end, we could not have had a better day.

Brett and Dylan are great- my family had so much fun. It was my first time snorkeling, me and my daughter had a blast. My son however it was his first time on the boat- he was sea sick but brett and dylan was good with him they try to make him feel better.

This was a really fun way to see the island and surrounding beaches without being in a car and battling traffic—plus we met a small group of really lovely people and did some snorkeling too! Our guides were knowledgeable, funny and warm with a sincere desire to make sure everyone was safe and happy throughout the day. Highly recommend especially if it is your first time in SXM!

An amazing trip! Loved seeing so many different places around the island with a smaller group than many excursions. Saw lots of great things around St Maarten! Enjoyed the snorkeling and beaches and seeing “airplane beach.” Would absolutely do again!

This was the absolute highlight of our trip as well as the best excursion I have ever been on. They were so friendly and awesome to hang out with all day. You felt like family. The lunch was soooo good. The areas that he took us to snorkel we saw turtles and plenty of beautiful fish. We also went to Pinel island and that was so quaint and cute to shop at. We ended our day with watching a plane come in at Maho beach which was an extra bonus. He does have an app to track flight activity coming in to make sure you witness this. All together I rate this a 20/10. Yes a 20 because it was AMAZING. We have decided to fly back to St Maarten just to visit that one island because of these fellas.

Amazing experience!! This was our 8th time on the tour and it never disappoints!!! Brett is an amazing captain who always makes sure you are having fun but safe!! Never an issue getting back to port on time. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is traveling to St. Maerten!!

This boat tour was a lot of fun. The crew did a great job of ensuring everyone enjoyed themselves and you’re able to see and do a lot during just a few hours. Excellent snorkeling opportunities as well as the ability to relax if you prefer that. If you get sea sick this may not be the tour for you, however I think everyone else would absolutely enjoy it and definitely find it well worth the cost.

The meeting location is not as described, but the captain will meet you at the described location and guide you to the boat. You are going to travel to some of the most gorgeous places you have ever seen, so you won't be disappointed. The food is good, the crew is helpful and the destinations you visit along the way are breathtaking!

Brent and Dillon took us on an unforgettable tour around the island, stopping at stunning snorkeling spots, sharing insights about St. Maarten, serving a tasty lunch, and keeping the drinks flowing. What stood out most was the calm, relaxed atmosphere that made us feel completely at ease for the entire day. Brent was masterclass at his tour. From his professional but easy approach to safety to the smooth way he navigated the waves, his calm, relaxed vibe stood out. They changed the meeting point but did not send out notification. After reaching the meeting point, we were met by someone who told us to walk even further to another marina. Once there, we were told there was no bathroom on board and that we could pay a dollar to use one at the marina except they forgot to include it was closed since it was a a Sunday. The bathroom part was said with a smirk and disrespect. At this point Dylan, the mate, realized he had lost 2 of the people going on the trip. So we were all left standing in the hot sunshine while he went in search of them. I should include that he only realized they were missing because a fellow passenger pointed it out to him. Turns out they were looking for a bathroom. I quickly realized I could not trust him to keep us all safe and we didn’t go on the trip. I would really like my money back but I am not holding my breath. They are unprofessional and unreliable. Their ad is misleading It is not a short walk. It was around 1.5 miles each way. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Lesson learned but it was an expensive one.

We are disappointed and surprised to read your feedback, as we pride ourselves on clear communication and professional service. We take all guest comments seriously, but after investigating your claims, our records do not at all align with your account.
We personally met you at the original meeting point as promised and then directed you to the new meeting point just a short way down the same road. The change of location was due to limited space at the original marina. The walk between the port and the marina is exactly .5 miles or a 10-15 minute walk as clearly listed in the directions, significantly less than the 1.5 miles stated in your review. Our team, including Dylan, is dedicated to guest safety, which includes ensuring every passenger is accounted for before we leave the dock. At no point was safety compromised or guests “lost”. They were merely buying breakfast. In fact, everyone else was accounted for and had a fantastic day! Public restrooms are available at the marina. While it is true that those restrooms were closed on Sunday there are other options we could have provided for you if you had asked. Instead you proceeded to storm off and curse the staff. Ironically it was you that left without explanation and who we were looking for while everyone else waited in the hot sun.

We had the BEST experience on this fun excursion! Captain Brett and First Mate Dylan were wonderful. During our snorkeling stops, we saw turtles, lots of fish, and an octopus! We had a great lunch with yummy sandwiches and lots of options for drinks. The boat was very clean. I would highly recommend this experience and we hope to do this again the next time we are in St. Maarten! 😎

We spent much more time in the boat traveling to locations to snorkel than we did snorkeling. We weren't able to go to one of the islands because of rough seas which was disappointing. The drinks were great but the sandwiches were so so. The two crew members were fun and very helpful. Please be aware that there are no bathroom facilities on the boat. All in all, been there, done that, and probably won't book this again.

If you’re even thinking about booking a speedboat excursion in St. Martin, do it, and do it with Captain Bob’s. This was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip.
Captain Bret and first mate Dylan were phenomenal, fun, knowledgeable, laid-back, and clearly passionate about what they do. From the moment we stepped on the boat, they made the experience feel relaxed, safe, and full of good vibes.
Our group of four (Marty, Emily, Bill, and Cheryl) had an absolute blast. We visited several incredible snorkeling spots, each one better than the last, with crystal-clear water and amazing marine life. Watching the planes come in low over Maho Beach from the water was unreal, something you have to see to believe.
They also provided lunch and drinks, which were plentiful and delicious, and honestly made this excursion an amazing value for everything included. No rushing, no stress, just a perfectly paced day on the water.
Huge thanks to Captain Bret and Dylan for making this such a memorable experience. If you want adventure, laughs, stunning views, and a crew that treats you like friends,not tourists! Captain Bob’s is the way to go!!!! We’d book again in a heartbeat! (This was Marty and Emily’s second time)🌴✈️🐠

We had the best time snorkeling with Brett and Dillon. They shared a ton of info about the island and showed us all around. Lunch was provided, sandwiches, chips, and apples, and there were drinks available all day(water, soft drinks, rum). We felt very looked after the entire day, and 6hrs seemed to go by very quickly. I would absolutely recommend booking with them! We would go again in a heart beat!
