We can meet you at the main gate of the cruise port or you can just walk across the street. If you are staying at a hotel, email us and we can make arrangements to pick you up or deliver bicycles to you.

Turn to the right when leaving the cruise port entrance. Walk about 100 feet and cross the street. We are in the parking lot of the Hong Mian restaurant, under the Blue tent.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations are refundable as follows: More than 15 days notice: 100% Between 2 and 15 days notice: 50% 0-2 days notice: No refund If the Customer is unable to hire due to illness or other serious reason, the rental may be transferred to another date agreed between the Customer and DEC (SXM) Ltd. If the customers Cruise Ship is unable to respect its itinerary and make port in Sint-Maarten a 100% refund will be given (less administration fee of $15US per booking). If the weather is forecast to be heavy rain, then the Customer and DEC (SXM) Ltd may discuss the hire and decide to either postpone the rental or, if this is not possible, to cancel the rental, in which case a 100% refund will be given (less administration fee of S15US per booking). Light rain or showers will not be considered a reason to cancel. Valid ID required. (Passport, drivers license, identity card) per E-Bike rental. A credit card authorization of $500.00 per bike is required. Ready to Book

We sat at the location listed until 11:05 and no one showed up. I messaged and tried to call with no response. So, we didn’t get to do the activity.

Great way to see the locals and the island

It was great. Smiley was very friendly and informative. The people are very friendly. Traffic was manageable and they pay attention to bikes on the roads.

Love to ride but not here

The roads are extremely narrow and no real place for bikes. It has very high hills. The chain on 1 bike became loose and made riding difficult so had to return bike hours early. Asked for 50% back seems fair but haven’t heard back

Unable to find

I would love to tell about our electric bike experience, however I cannot since we could not find them. We used to address provide in the app and went in search of the location. We walked up and down Front street and the Boardwalk multiple times. After asking over dozen locals, including law enforcement, hiw to find Dutchies electric bike rental, we were unable to find them. I took multiple screenshot of the address and did a Google map search prior to port arrival. We did not use the service.

Great time with the E-bikes!

Great time on the e-bikes! Easy to find location and Smiley was super kind. We decided to trek all the way to Maho Beach, might have been a little aggressive on our part, took about 50 minutes to get there, but still had a good time.

Bad experience with this bic rental.

When we arrived at Dutchie’s no one was there and we got there at 9:30 which was out scheduled time. I found a local vendor next door and we called the owner and he said that he did not have record of our reservation and couldn’t be there for at least 30 minutes. So we left and came back 30 minutes later he said the Viator had not sent him the reservation. When his wife called Viator they sent him the reservation. We rode the box’s to a resort and when we got ready to ride them back my bike had a flat tire. Called the owner and had to wait for him to come pick us up. Was not a good situation even though the owner was very nice about it.

Richard, Dutchies owner met us immediately just outside the harbor gates with a personal sign making it easy to find him. After a very short walk to his establishment and some quick paperwork/instructions we were speedily off on our fun day. The bike operation was easily understood and we were given an opportunity to ask questions. We were given suggestions on destinations that turned out to be quite successful. Returning the bikes after our outing was a breeze. We totally recommend this great bicycle(e-bike) rental company and will use them again. It made exploring St. Martin even more fun.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon (cruise ship) and we rented these bikes through Viator. Here’s what we though… 1. It was so easy to find and they had a personalized sign for us to find easily. And so close to the dock. 2. The bikes are practically new and very nice. 3. The owners are beyond helpful and super friendly. They gave us a map and all kinds of suggestions. 4. THEY ARE SOOOOO MUCH FUN!!! We highly recommend renting these e-bikes! We got the freedom to do our own thing and have a blast! We WILL be back to do this again!! Thank you so much Dutchies for making this a memorable visit to St. Maarten. Till next time!!

Great company

Booked e-bikes because we ride them at home all the time. Been to st Maarten before. E-bikes allowed us to cover more area while we’re there on our cruise day. There was a person who greeted us with our names as we walked off the port to make sure we knew where to go. The shop is within walking distance from the cruise pier. Met rich the owner who is extremely nice and helpful. Our bikes were setup and waiting for us. The e-bikes are simple and easy to operate. The bikes were great and allowed us to tour on our own and cover more ground. The shop is small and doesn’t look like much. Rich makes up for it with his awesome customer service. Reasonable pricing as well. Thanks rich

So fun to cruise around the island on comfortable electric bikes. We went to the beach and had lunch, and we able to see the French and and Dutch side. Also, the owners were so friendly and helpful.

Fun ride to a beautiful beach

The owners were SO nice and accommodating. There were 4 of us and rode to Orient Bay. It was a bit of a rough trip at times just with bumpy roads and traffic to navigate (I wouldn’t recommend this specific route for older couples maybe 60+ yrs old) but it was the most beautiful destination and such a fun and unique way to get there! We loved it and it was a highlight of our trip for sure.

Fun Comfortable Easy to manage

Dutchie's electric bikes were so much fun. They were comfortable and easy to manage. Richard picked us up at the cruise port which made it so easy. I would highly recommend these bikes to anyone who would like to experience St Maarten in a different way. Thanks for a great time!!!

Something different to do. Easy to ride. There is a bit of traffic and hills which electric motor helps with. Bring a map of where you’d like to go.
