Richard was our driver and it was a nice experience. He held an “Amigos Tours” sign so he was easily spotted once we exited the airport. Although the vehicle was a little older it still was a nice experience overall. No complaints. Thanks Richard

Upon exiting the baggage claim area our driver was ther with the Amigo sign and wearing a purple shirt just like the message answered back to message question to the tour owner
RIchie was pleasant and provided a seamless service door to door ,
There were no other passengers or drop offs, it was just me and my husband
The vehicle was a little older and the AC did not work , but windows were opened and it was the complete island experience

Great service. They were waiting for us once we left baggage claim, loaded our bags into the van and dropped us off. No waiting and we had the whole van to ourselves. The driver was extremely friendly and made it so easy.

Moving by taxi, van or any wheeled conveyance around rush hour from the airport is nearly impossible! Despite having a very patient, polite and accommodating driver, it took 2 hours to reach the Oyster Bay Resort in seemingly never ending stop and go traffic.

Driver was friendly and helpful. It was our first time in Saint Martin. There was a lot of traffic and dealt coming out of the airport. Our driver was patient but also as expeditious as possible.

Driver was not where he said he would be so luckily one of the persons at the airport who was familiar with Viator offered to call and straighten this out. So, a frustrating half an hour was wasted waiting for the driver to arrive.

People should be told you book and pay Viator but pick up is by Amigo!! When you come off a plane to a new place you have to know who to look for.

This service was unreliable. Would not recommend. I made this reservation 6 months before our trip and then prepaid. Once we arrived, we could not find the driver. We asked several people and they stated he had left. So the nine of us had to find alternative transportation to get to the hotel.

Our pick-up with Amigos travel was fantastic. Despite our flight delay, the crew (wearing their recognizable purple polo shirts) was patiently waiting for us on arrival and had the vehicle ready to bring us to our destination. I would highly recommend to avoid the chaos of arrival at SXM.

When I arrived at the airport, there was no one there to pick me up. I waited for over an hour and was then told that my name wasn’t on the pickup list. I wrote them on Viator and WhatsApp and they failed to respond. Because of this, I never received the transportation service I had booked.
This was really frustrating after a long trip, and I had to make other arrangements and pay twice as much.

I used Amigo shared tours for an airport transfer to my hotel. The bus was not ready yet so one of the Amigo Tours flagged me down a taxi. He also paid for the taxi for me. He did all that so I would not have to wait.

Prior to our arrival I made reservations weeks in advance. I was asked what time we would arrive. We arrived picked up luggage and we waited over a hour for transportation. There were no one in purple shirts from Amigos there. We had numerous taxi drivers asking us if we needed a ride. One gentleman who was super nice from Dynasty transportation called to inquire because I did not have a number to contact anyone
