Once you arrive at the port, please exit the cruise ship, and make your way to the main cruise port gate, you can also ask the port information desk for ATV island and they will show you where the gate is. Once at the gate, ask for Julio ATV Island and advise you have an online reservation, he will then shuttle you to the rental. If staying at a hotel please advise the hotel name.

Bummer rental

I booked this company after another company cancelled on me. I was happy with their communication and information, but that is about it. The 2 machines we rented were in poor condition. We didn't even get a full tank of gas upon pickup. The machines were very dirty inside and out, so much so it ruined my shoes and outfit and one of the guys got grease all over his shorts.

My family and I had a wonderful time taking a buggy ride around the entire island! We booked two buggies that fit at least 4 people per vehicle and also our guide was amazing. They picked us up from our hotel until we got to the buggies and then he took us around and showed us all of the best spots like the maho beach where the airplanes flew over our heads. It was a great experience and we would gladly do it again!

The worst day ever on vacation - we rented 2 UTV's , When we went to get them, the one they were going to give us had a flat tire, they were not prepared , so they pulled up another one. The two they gave us - one didn't run right and STOPPED running on a narrow road, going up hill within 10 minutes into the trip. We had to wait for traffic and coast down hill to a place where we could pull off. It was extremely hot and there were dogs on each side of us going crazy. I had to get my cell service activated - and pay for it - to call the company. They came to give us another UTV - the one that had the flat tire (fixed now). this caused an hour delay into our trip. The other UTV was ahead of us and by the time we caught up to them we were out of time to go to the places we wanted to go. And the other UTV had BALD tires and when it rained they slid all over and their breaks barely worked. The UTV's were very unsafe, seatbelts didn't work either, exhust fumes were vented into the back seat. It was extremely stressful. But one good thing, we were late getting back due to stand still traffic, and the guide came to the port to meet us so we didn't have to go up to the business to return the UTV's

They picked up the drivers just outside the port. Took them to their place of business. Tried to give them a machine with a flat. Then gave them old beat-up machines, not the nicer ones that were advertised, while the newer ones were still on the lot. Our friends machine broke down within the first half hour. Ours had the baldest tires I have ever seen. Even though they were easy to work with, I would not use this company again.

Great fun, even on a rainy day! They picked us up just outside the cruise ship port. Saw the entire island. Would definitely do it again!

Our buggy was delivered to our hotel with half a tank of gas. The drivers seat belt didn’t work. The engine was SO HOT. Thank goodness we didn’t have kids in the back. The buggy was jerky while turning and smelled like it was burning oil.

We loved this excursion! The best way to explore the island! The side by sides we rented were older and not the ones pictured and one had music and one didn't. Having said that, they ran great and we didn't have any problems.
