A really great day. Saw a lot of beautiful landscapes and towns. Our guide Antonio was wonderful and our driver Rafael was amazing. Would highly recommend. Sometimes these tours aren't worth the money but this one really was.

We enjoyed our small group of 12. It allowed us to get to each location before the larger tours. Alex was fun and enthusiastic. The restaurant Alex recommended was so good, friendly, clean and efficient. We did like the white cities and the park in Ronda and the gorge overlook was impressive.

This is a great day trip from Sevilla to explore Ronda and the white villages of Zahara and Grazalema. The drive to each place offered an awe-inspiring view of the landscape - rolling hills of sunflower farms and olive orchards. The tour was well organized, and the local tour group contacted us via WhatsApp the day before to provide essential reminders, such as the meet-up location. Loren and our bus driver, Rafa, were both excellent. Loren shared relevant historical information and events during our journey to each city. Our bus driver ensured we were dropped off as close to the sights and emphasized the importance of wearing seatbelts to keep us safe while on the bus. Loren gave us an in-depth guide to each city to understand and appreciate its history and charm. We ate at this Michelin-star restaurant in Grazalema and had the best lamb chops and wild board with berries.

Views from Grazelma and of the Ronda bridge. Almost got left because the start point was wrong. Also the guide was rude.
Response from Host, May 2024

Alberto, the guide, was most wonderful. Knowledgeable and professional. Even though he is supposed to be new, he is very good at his job.
The town of Ronda was interesting to walk around, although I was surprised by the slopes and steps!! The New Bridge was most scenic!!
I also enjoyed visiting the two white villages and to walk on the streets!!
Response from Host, Nov 2023

Jesus was a great guide and was very entertaining. We got to see two white villages before proceeding to Ronda. We had several hours of free time in Ronda to relax and explore, which felt like ample time (we weren't rushed through). We would have loved to hear a bit more about the history of the areas, but Overall, it was a great day!
Sue_B, Oct 2023
The old bridges and buildings in Ronda were spectacular! And the olive oil presses were so interesting.
Response from Host, Oct 2023
An amazing comment. Thank you very much for giving us 5 stars!

This was our favorite of all Viator tours in Spain. Maria, our tour guide, brought it to life with al she shared and great care she took of us. White Villsges were amazing and we saw the running of the bulls in one of the White Vikkages - a real plus. and Rhonda was so beautiful. highly recommend tour

The provider went out of their way to help when our ride failed to show. We intercepted the tour and enjoyed a beautiful visit to Zahara, Grazalema and Ronda. Amazing views and the visit to the bullring was wonderful. Recommend visiting on white village versus two to provide more time to peruse Ronda and tour the bullring.
Response from Host, Sep 2023
Dear customer, It's not every day that we receive feedback as detailed and thoughtful as yours. But believe us when we tell you that it does not go unnoticed. Your comment has provided us with valuable insight into the services we offer at Andalsur. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your opinion with us.
All the best,

The white villages were beautiful. Also, the mountain roads leading to them .
The guide took us to a delicious lunch in a local restaurant …

The guides (Nieves and Jose) were incredibly knowledgeable and informative and our driver Pablo was exceptional (the roads to the white villages are extremely windy). We enjoyed visiting the white villages, all of the views out the window during the drives, and Ronda as a culmination. I thought when we booked that it had said that the tour tickets included tickets into the Bullfighting Stadium, but they did not. Even though it was raining the day of our tour, we were able to enjoy every minute and each stop for different reasons. One additional (and unexpected) highlight was a visit to an olive mill that has been in a family for 11 generations - operating since 1755. It was fascinating!!
Response from Host, Jun 2023
Thank you for taking the time to write us a comment. We are very happy that you have enjoyed your excursion with us and that you have appreciated the effort and professionalism of our guides, who undoubtedly strive every day to give their best in each of their tours.
If you return to Andalusia, do not forget to count on us for your next excursion.
Best wishes,

The driver and tour guide were experienced, I would recommend this trip to my friends, thank you so much for your service
Sajeeni_N, May 2023
The female tour guide was absolutely terrible and did not cater to the English-speaking tourists but rather the minority French tourists. This is specifically ironic since 85% of us were English-speaking and expected equal content in English. Further, the guide was very rude and struggled to even understand even the simplest of questions. Your frustration is not our fault. We understand that English isn't your first language, and that's perfectly fine. But we did not pay to experience your attitude.
The 2 stops at the white villages are overkill since there is absolutely nothing there. We would have loved to have spent more time in Rhona as this is the only village with things to do/see.
Response from Host, May 2023
Thank you for leaving us your opinion about the tour. We are sorry that you did not like the experience but we must tell you that we do not usually receive such forceful criticism of our guides. It may be that the guide spoke more in French than in English, but it may also be that, as you already know, given the profound differences between languages, the number of words needed to express the same concept is different depending on the language. In general, the Romance languages (languages derived from Latin, such as Spanish, Catalan, French, etc.) occupy approximately the same. There are others that occupy less, such as English. This is of great importance in translation and you have to be aware of it. On the other hand, we do not like how you have referred to our guide; We don't like when you say that she is a bad guide, that she is frustrated or that she did not understand your questions (maybe it is not so easy to understand the accents of every English speaker in the world...)
We also don't like being told that in Zahara de la Sierra and Grazalema (the other two White Towns we visited) there is nothing to be or do, this is a very subjective opinion that differs greatly from the opinion of hundreds of tourists who do this excursion every day and they are delighted with these two cozy towns.
We are very sorry that you did not like the excursion but we cannot allow our guides to be disrespected. The work we do every day is with which we achieve a large majority of satisfied customers.
Still we hope you enjoyed your vacation.
Best regards, Sandra P.

The trips including the guide was very good. We had enough time at each of the venues to see everything we wanted.
MIHAELA_C, Apr 2023
The trip to the White Villages and Ronda was a very good idea, it was a day well spent outside Seville. The scenery was amazing throughout the journey. On our second stop for lunch we only had one hour, barely enough to enjoy a peaceful lunch, then no time at all to look around the village. That is the only negative comment I have, other then that all was well, the guides were very knowledgeable and shared alot of info. Definitely recommend!
Response from Host, Apr 2023
Thanks for your review! Certainly this is one of our favourite tours! I'm glad to hear that our team provided you with excellent service. I'll make sure they get your feedback. I'm sure it will make their day.
Best regards

I went on the Ronda & White Villages day tour and did not feel that the tour was advertised honestly. The whole point of visiting Ronda is to see the Puente Romano bridge, but we did not even have time to hike down to the vantage point for photos because they left it until the very end and you had to choose between lunch or free exploration. The day started with a 1 hour tour at a local olive oil producer (they did not mention this at all), and then we stopped for photos outside of the white villages. We did not get to visit the white villages. In Ronda, we spent a while touring the Bullring, and when we finished, we only had 1 hour time for exploring or eating. By then it was already 2pm, so I chose to eat. I felt that we really wasted our morning at the olive oil producer and I did not get to see what I joined the tour for. In addition there was a miscommunication on my pickup point in the morning. I received a WhatsApp the day before confirming my pickup point and time (8:20am). At 8:10am I received a phone call from the guide, frantically ordering me to run to the pickup point because I was late for the 8am pickup at a different point. I explained to her that I was told to meet at 8:20, and all was fine, but it was not a great way to start the day.
Response from Host, Apr 2023
Thank you for your comment and we are sorry that the tour was not what you expected.
According to the comments that we received from clients of the same excursion, everyone had a good time. It must be said that Ronda is much more than its Roman bridge, which is why we take an in-depth tour to get to know its streets, its Plaza de Toros, its beautiful Church and the House of Don Bosco. We are sorry that all this, which was written in the description, you did not enjoy it, and yet you were left with the desire to see the bridge, which many of the other clients came to see in their free time.
In any case, we note your comments and will take them into account.
Thank you very much for everything, best wishes.

Despite some initial confusion and a bus change to rearrange passengers based on language (fortunately from a small bus with zero leg room to a standard bus that was substantially more comfortable), we had a very enjoyable tour. With about 2.5 hours in Ronda, we had plenty of time to start with coffee, experience the bridge from above and below, do some shopping, and have lunch. We regret, though, not having time to see some of the other sights before being whisked off to the calming white villages of Grazalema and Zahara (where we had enough free time at both to explore a bit and have more coffee). Pacing was excellent, our guide and bus driver were pros, and our day was perfection.
Wendy_T, Mar 2023
Sonia recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch during our trip. We enjoyed our trip to the White Villages.
Alan_C, Nov 2022
Enjoyable day trip. We visited 2 quaint “White villages” and an olive oil farm then on to Ronda. An extra hour in Ronda would have been good as by the time you see the bridge and walk part way down for photos it left little time to explore the old town itself but enjoyed it. Worthwhile
Michael_W, Oct 2022
our guide Catherine was excellent, pleasant and informative throughout the day. great scenery and villages.
Nooshin_M, Oct 2022
The beauty of white village adding the the Renaissance Fair made it very special
Also visiting the bull fight ring was very interesting. Our tour guide was wonderful
Lindsay_H, Oct 2022
We had a fantastic time with our guide, Guido - A charming Italian man with a great sense of humour and knowledges of the places we were visiting! The white villages of Zahara and Grazalema are beautiful. The best of the lot is nonetheless the charming Ronda! We easily went down the hill to get the best view of the roman bridge. However walking back up is pretty hardwork but all worth it! We also got the best view of the Plaza del Toro at level 4 of Hotel Catalonia. Thanks to Guido's recommendation! It was easily the best day tour we have done on this trip!
ruth_g, Aug 2022
The river was amazing. The trees castle and great landscape along the road. The town with white villages was nice. Great day not far away from Seville
NESTORE_M, Jul 2022
Poor review because my original itinerary was changed and I was NEVER informed or offered alternatives so that I could make my own decision. Itinerary was changed to the company’s own benefit and not to the customer’s. This really upset me. I had booked this tour mainly for the wine tasting that was removed from the itinerary. Nonetheless, on the other side of the story we have Inés, our guide, who was excellent. She went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and relaxed. The tour was OK, but it wasn’t what I had paid for.
Gayle_R, Sep 2021
Overall great day - Ronda is beautiful and our tour guides were great! Definitely worth a trip if you are in Andalusia.
