Rasheed was amazing! This experience blew me away. We had a jam packed day and made it entirely so worth it.

This is an all day excursion. It was worth it. The spanish guide, and the marroccan guide were amazing. Rajid was the name of the guide in Tangier. He was great. I don't remember the Spanish girl.
Beautiful trip.
The camel part was kind of sad. The camels are in a parking lot and they kind of take you in a loop for 20 seconds.
The driver was bad in Spain. I do not recommed sitting on the back of the van or you will jump around a lot, lol.
Overall felt safe, cared for, and a nice glimpse of Tangier.

This experience was very stressful, not gonna lie. The ride to Tenerife from Seville is about 2 hrs; our driver didn’t say a word the entire ride, dropped our group at the port, handed us some forms to fill out, pointed to us where we were supposed to go, and left… very confused we started asking, do we need to stamp our passports? Immigration? When does the ferry leave? Surprised it was almost time for the ferry to leave! We had to run to the ferry… once we boarded again no direction! I followed another company's tour guide, and he prompted us (my husband and I) to stamp our passports inside the boat and get a day visa. We told other people from our group because they had no clue. When we landed, again with no clue what we needed to do, we followed the crowd. You don’t meet (Naturanda’s guide) until you cross the port and enter Tangier. (This would be great to know so you don’t panic thinking you have been scammed) since other tour guides and tours met their groups inside the actual ferry!
While in Tangier, our guide Rachid was great, but beware of the street vendors and the haggling! It's rough!!!! We did attend two presentations, one for Linnens and another for oils, which I didn’t mind. I was thinking of buying some anyway, but if you aren’t into it, it may bother you!

The tour guide in Morocco was very good Rachid but the guide to pick us up and the driver are terrible he told us to rest in the van in the morning at 6:30 am but the driver was very rough she drove so fast the the van was very bumpy, further more the guide talk all the way non stop from pick up point to Tarifa, we have no rest at all, will not recommend this tour

We had a fabulous time with our Spain guide Jose Luis who made this trip amazing. He was there from the very start in Spain-Morocco-spain, with a great consideration and constant smile. He watched out for us from the very beginning to end, and gave us a driving tour too. We went one way there and another way back. We had a separate Morocco guide too, who also spoke great English. Would recommend this trip.

Well organized, great guides and drivers. Lunch was only so so, but the musical entertainment was a nice added touch.
Levi_D, May 2024
Rachid is an excellent tour guide. He is multi-linguistic, very funny and knowledgeable. Camel ride was a lot of fun and the lunch was nice. But, I can do away skipping shopping.
Soudabeh_K, May 2024
Walking in the Tangier bazaars and having lunch with live local musicians was wonderful. Our Tour guid and Tangier local tour guid were very good and responsible.
james_S, May 2024
Good tour, Rashid was a great guide in Morocco. The ferry experience was a little chaotic.. lined up for 45 min while crossing to have police check passport paper we filled out while standing in line.. more info about the crossing process would be handy.
Krista_W, Apr 2024
We had an amazing time in Tangier! Rachid was our guide and he was knowledgeable and funny. We road the camels and had a wonderful lunch. Our guide that got us to Tangier was young and inexperienced so I felt like the group kept us all together more than she did but I’m sure with more experience she will improve.
marcroth66, Apr 2024
Enough time to get a taste of Tangiers. Our guide, Rashid was very welcoming and informative. My only reservation was wasting time in a shop the was hawking herbal cosmetics and natural cures, this stop was not for everyone. The camel ride is really only for a photo op. Lunch was delicious.
Irina_L, Mar 2024
I have taken a number of tours, but this so far is the worst. Morocco has so much to offer, but instead you get a VIP tour of slams! Walking down the narrow streets, human excrements in the corners…. Not worth it…. Don’t expect to see clean yellow sand either, camel ride was over brown dirt, you get, half a circle, you get off. Very disappointing day.
Randy_B, Mar 2024
The trip from Seville to Morocco was a very long day, but well worth the extra time. Our driver was on time and an assistant helped with the forms needed for the ferry and customs. Rashid met us at the dock and took great care of us the entire day in Tangier. He has enough experience doing this that he is able to anticipate the group’s needs and questions. He made sure we were comfortable and safe the entire day. We had a great lunch and saw a lot of things in a small amount of time. Other reviewers have griped about the textile and seasonings shops being too much of a sales pressure stop. I think they were interesting and an opportunity we wouldn’t have had time to find on our own. No one made anyone buy anything or gave them a hard time if they didn’t. I had a great experience. Nice tour!
Gary_F, Dec 2023
Camel ride was the highlight. Also the ride along the shoreline and cliffs was spectacular. Tangier exotic but too many hawkers of goods with too few buyers in low season detracted from the beautiful cityscape.
cheryl_m, Dec 2023
This is a very interesting trip. The lunch was very good, but handed out drinks that weren't included with the lunch--this caused confusion. The venders in the markets were very aggressive. Our Guide, Rasheed, was good--although I would have liked to hear more history from the region. It was a fun day, but it seemed like a selling opportunity for the vendors.
Paul_F, Oct 2023
Way too many chaotic parts to do this in one day. If this is your only chance to see Morocco then yes, but be prepared for a lot of delays. Getting to the port was flawless. Boarding the Ferry and not being advised to get your stamp on the Ferry right away was a huge disappointment. Waited in line for 40 minutes just to get a stamp to get off the ship. Then endure all the other immigration issues. A16 hour trip meant 3 hours on tour in Morocco that included time for lunch. An experience but be prepared.
PatriceA_O, Oct 2023
The guide, Rachied, was great until he brought us to a fabric vendor and an herbalist for 20 minute long sales pitches. We were supposed to visit Hercules cave and were brought to a man made version. We were supposed to.have an hour in a souk. We got 20 minutes. We started 2 hours later than was posted. The bus ride, of more than 2 hours, was in a bus with no bathrooms. Very disappointing. The guide, Maria, was sweet but didn’t talk to us the whole bus ride either way. It would have been nice (for the price) for us to have has a live guide, talking about the countryside as we drove through it. Again, the sales pitches, where we were essentially held captive was infuriating.
Jerry_R, Sep 2023
Rachid, the guide, was excellent…jovial, knowledgeable and practical. The ride, tours and lunch were more than expected. An excellent way to see a broad brush of Tangiers. Well worth the money.
MargaretJean_F, Sep 2023
What should have been a great trip turned to be a very poorly planned excursion.
First, the bus driver did not want to allow bathroom breaks although half the bus needed to go.
Second our original Spanish guide did not show up so our group had to navigate crossing the the border alone.
Third, we paid for an English tour but given that our original guide did not show up we were on our own, the driver and others helping us on the Spain side did not speak English.
Fourth, when we made it to Tangie we had literally 5-10 minutes at each stop before we had to be back on the bus, zero time to explore.
Fifth, tour was so short that when they pull us out of the restaurant I was still trying to finish my meal.
Sixth, when we returned back to Spain there was no driver waiting for us. I had to call and request for someone to show up. We waited for an hour for him to return
The one bright spot of the trip was our last minute guide in Tangier (Rachid). He was very personable and did a great job dealing with the extreme constraints that were the result of poor planning by the tour group. In summary, this tour was SO VERY POORLY planned that it was essentially a total waste of time and money.
Nancy_K, Sep 2023
The trip started early on a rainy day with Ramon, our driver. By the time we made it yo the port the day picked up. We arrived in Tangier around 12:30 and were greeted by Rachid, our tour guide. What an amazing personality, He was very happy, knowledgeable and funny. He made sure to use our time wisely since we were already runny late because of the rain and had to be back in port by 4pm. He took us to the place where the Atlantic and Mediterranean seas meet. Then on to Hercules caves. Then lunch at a local authentic restaurant. This restaurant was just ok. Food was very bland. But, it was ok. Then he took us for a little shopping.

At 16 hours length we expected time in the Kazbah for purchase and haggling, the African experience. Also taking in some of Tangier history would have been nice. Visit the fort for instance. None of this occurred. What we received was a view of tourists riding camels for five minutes in a car park, an excruciating visit to Hercules cave, and a forced march through the edge of the Kazbah in order to catch the ferry. Immigration procedures were a nightmare. Our guide, Rasheed worked hard on our behalf but had no chance to pull off a memorable visit with such an impossible timetable. Give this particular tour a big miss.
Arshi_M, Aug 2023
This was an incredibly poorly disorganized trip. The itinerary does not state that trip is almost 14 hrs long. We started at 8:30 am and reached home at 1 am. In Morocco the guide rushed through all the major things and then pushed us to sit through a pharmacy and souk experience that the group did not care for. Lunch was extremely shabby at a shabby restaurant.
Renjun_W, Jun 2023
This is one of the most expected tour when I plan our vacation. Because it is not operated every day so we changed our trip schedule to accommodate the tour date. Unfortunately the trip was canceled the day before due to morocco national holiday. We were told everything is closed due to the holiday. If this is the reason then there should not be a tour scheduled on this date at the beginning assuming morocco does not announce its national holiday at the last minute. Or at least the tour company can warn us a little earlier so we can switch to the booking to other date for safe. Last minute cancelation due to its national holiday is totally not acceptable.

It was an interesting day tour to Tangier. We were well prepared and aware that it would be a very long day and well understood this before going on the trip. We did go to interesting places and see interesting things which was generally quite enjoyable and fairly informative. Unfortunately the bus we were allocated was completely unsuitable for such a long trip and it was extremely uncomfortable for everybody to spend that number of hours in a bus of this type. The driver was very good but the whole bus trip there and back was uncomfortable tedious and very long.
The guide Rachid in Tangier was jolly and informative and we really enjoyed the experience but he included some visits especially the perfume factory stop which were clearly hard sell and looked like he was being rewarded by his friends. I’m not sure if it was the case but it looked like that. Many people in the group were dissatisfied with this. The day was made longer by the tedious and very lengthy re-entry process when we returned to Spain from the ferry as well. Our guide who accompanied us from Seville was pleasant but could have been more informative in his communication. Overall it was an interesting day but it could have been improved substantially by a more appropriate bus for the length of the journey.

Thank you very much for writing to Naturanda. We are happy to hear the feedback of our customers and make the next experience even better. Your opinion is very valuable for us

Worst tour ever. Booked 5 tours through Viator, one was cancelled . All of the others were terrific. Tangier was horrible. Last minute change in starting time of 2 HOURS with NO notification. Tour guide in Tangier rushed us along at every stop to the point that we actually felt harassed by our own guide. Second tour guide in Tangier was useless...unable to communicate to the group...gave different meeting times to people....lost tour members---TWICE. The final insults were a stop at a weaving factory for a half hour and the a stop at a Pharmacist for 45 minutes which became a sales pitch to the extreme...a total waste of time to be held captive for a basic sales presentation. All the members we talked to were very unhappy with the experience. I am requesting a refund for my wife and myself for the tour which cost us $439.74.
mostafa_n, May 2023
I would not recommend this tour to anyone. This tour is a waste of time and money. People can get a better experience of Tangier and save themselves money by doing it on their own.

This is an amazing day trip but be prepared it’s a long day. 13-16 hours long. The trip is organized which makes it the simpler option to go to Morocco from Spain. Having a guide to walk you through all the steps with passport control was nice.
In Morocco the guide Rachid is amazing. It’s a whirlwind once you arrive so be prepared.
Erin_H, May 2023
Rashid is was a great guide. Tour was a little rushed and could have been a little better organized- too much to do in a short period of time.
Jose_Z, Apr 2023
When we arrived at the meeting spot the lady behind the desk barely acknowledged us. Forgot to tell me our tour was leaving(english). Our guide on the bus, and at the port seemed like it was her first time, confused, and unsure. Once we arrived in Tangiers our new guides were FANTASTIC !! Explained everything! Made us laugh throughout! Our lunch at the restaurant was amazing!!
