Our guide did an excellent job! It was a group tour but we were the only ones there so it was like a private tour. We went past the 3 hours and our guide was informative and friendly. We enjoyed it.

The highlights here are of course the Alcazar and the Cathedral and we spent just barely enough time in each, as so much to experience. The guide was efficient, helpful, and instructive and knew what she wanted us to see and why -- the very best kind of guide. Much of what you will want to see in the Alcazar and in the Cathedral is actually somewhat far from you way up in the ceilings or behind tall railings, so bring binoculars and improve your stay.

We met Maria promptly at our assigned meeting place behind the Cathedral. To our surprise, our group tour turned into a private tour as just my husband and I were the group. Because of other plans we had made, Maria altered the standard tour slightly so we went to the Alcazar, Cathedral, another wonderful church and then to the Roman Ruins and Mushroom ... the addition of the ruins and the mushroom allowed us to walk through the shopping streets and see other parts of the city that we may have missed, but loved seeing them. Maria also told us to save our Alcazar tickets to return another day and see the upstairs private rooms -- that was a perfect suggestion which I took her up on later in the week ... Excellent time well spent ... THANK YOU MARIA!

Our guide was Maria who was an absolute delight, enthusiastic, passionate and rightly proud of her adopted city. The tour begins outside the cathedral and rightly focuses on that outstanding building as well as the Jewish Quarter and the Royal Palace. We were lucky in that it was just Maria plus the two of us, so no trawling around in large groups which helps a lot. She is extremely knowledgeable and interesting, you don't just get a regurgitated list of dates and facts but a more rounded and informative view of all of the architecture and artefacts. Thanks Maria and thanks Viator, we will definitely be back.

Il giorno seguente l'arrivo abbiamo subito fatto questo tour in compagnia di Irene che si esprime benissimo in italiano. In questo modo abbiamo subito apprezzato i luoghi simbolo di Siviglia: Cattedrale e Giralda, i giardini dell'Alcázar, il ghetto ebraico etc. Irene è stata una guida perfetta, pronta ad ogni nostra domanda.
