We booked this because they offered e-bikes for kids. When we got there there was a little confusion, and they originally thought we were a regular bike tour. But the team at the shop was kind and accommodating and allowed us to do the e-bike tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and took it slow. We biked in a downpour, but we all still had fun. I recommend the guide and the tour. Great way to see the city!

Great experience and a great way to start a Seville trip. Malik was very nice and knew his business. Many stops to see many institutions. Ride is long but easy. Requires basic bicycle skills and a mild fitness level. Latter implies walking non-stop on flat ground at regular speed.

This is a great overall tour to see the highlights of Seville when you first arrive. Seville is a flat city so biking was very easy. Malik, our guide, was terrific. He was knowledgeable, easy going, easy to talk to, and kept a good flow for the tour. Highly recommend.

We were late for the tour. But the office staff were so helpful. Another guide took us to meet our guide and the rest of our group. The guide explained the sites we missed and we throughly enjoyed the remainder of the tour.

Malik was/is a wonderful guide. We got a great tour and he answered all our questions. Pointed out places we would have never found and encouraged us to return to them the next day. He shared places he liked to eat and was just a warm and considerate person that made the time fly.

I signed up, the day before my trip to Seville, quickly got an "approved" and was excited to be going. That evening (and inside of their 24 hour window, I had some pretty significant heart beat anomalies (skipping of beats, high rhythm etc.), and realized that it would be chancy if I was to attempt a long day in the sun after a short train ride. I'm a pretty healthy, Zwift-in-shape gentleman.
I tried to cancel my Renfe train tickets (again inside the 24 hour window), and was met with a friendly, and instant "Approved" for each leg. Unfortunately, when I tried canceling on Viator's site, they asked me for the reason (I selected the "health reasons" option), and the next step informed me that the "Cancellation fee" was...€40. And guess what...It was a €40 bike ride.
Nice. I got nothing back. I'm guessing if the bike ride had cost €53.01, the "Cancellation fee" would have been €53.01.
Never, will I ever use Viator again. Never. I'm also wondering if this negative review will ever make it on or be left on their site.
