Really enjoyed a different type of outing than the normal and this fit the bill completely. We had an engaging hostess who offered great information on the different tastings with delicious tapas. The review of the river along with old town just added to event. Such a bargain too.

Very upsetting

We arrived on time at the location provided by the Viator App. it was my husbands birthday and we were so excited to take part in this experience. When we got to the meeting point, no one was there, we then received a Whatsapp chat from the tour guide, asking us where we were, we told him we were at the meeting point as given on the viator app. He said we should have received an email telling us of the meeting point!!! I had received no email and had arrived at the point given on the APP. We said he couldn't wait any longer but didn't give us any details of where he was. We were really disappointed. I thought at this point the whole thing was a scam. We are still very upset about this today, even several days later. Really awful experience.

Yvonne, as we previously said to this type of reviews, we kindly ask our customers to read the instructions. You never were on the meting point and we are not scam (+8 years with the business). You just did not follow the instructions of Viator or the pdf document you received with images of the meeting point. We could not longer wait for you since we had 10 people waiting for more than 20 minutes and that was very disrespectful from your side. Hope you read the information properly next time

Very disappointing, there are far better tours out there.

Totally different to what was advertised. No group, no leader with us just delivery to us (2) of 4 different sangrias with explanation and 4 mediocre tapas. 1 x manchego, 1 x nice batons of sausage, 1 each very small (espresso sized) soup, 1 each small spinach and chick pea which we both left. Pleasant view but 2 larger groups and then just us 2 was uncomfortable. Our “group leader” was also catering to a group of 10 so only spoke to us as she delivered sangria and “tapas”. No where near value for money and very disappointing. Everything else we have done in Seville has been fantastic. This was not unpleasant but not what we expected and very disappointing.

Hi there, we understand your frustration however the information on the activity´s profile is very clear: no full descriptions for the sangrias are included (as our other activity the Sangria tasting). You Booked the one with tapas in which has no full descriptions since it is a full meal in which people just want to enjoy the venue and views with no one talking to them for too long. We recommend you next time to read carefully whatever you book in the future. In terms of tapas, we consider is a good meal for having people satisfied with the quantity and quality and for the price is paid (we want you to know platforms keep up to 30% commision of what you paid). It seems you want to have more a restaurant meal and not a gastronomic experience that is why we hughly recommend you again to read carefully the descritpions. Regards

The tour was cancelled due to not enough customer signed in. I didn’t have enough time to book with another tour. There was no alternative or options provided

We had a great time. We tasted 4 different Sangria and 4 different tapas which each glass of sangria. We tried white sangria for the first time that we loved. Fantastic views and great host who was so informative about the different sangria. Great experience
