A very good driver, very punctual. He came and picked me up at my hotel in deep night 'cause my flight would leave early in morning. He sent me a whatsapp message first, and then we met at my hotel entrance. He was kind and professional.

At the start it was not good. The driver was not at the pick-up point when we arrived. No driver, no sign with our name. We waited 30 minutes no one showed up. I needed to call the contact number and the dispatcher eventually found the reservation and he said he would call the driver. He said he would call us back to confirm, he did not call back. We waited another 30 minutes and then the driver found us in the arrival hall. Not very happy about the wait. We paid for a driver to be there when we landed. We are not suppose to wait for the driver. Not sure what went wrong on the Viator end, but something did. Again not really satisficed. After pick-up the drive went well, direct to the hotel.

There was a delay in passport control at Seville airport. Got a call from the taxi company to say the driver was waiting in the terminal. Told the taxi company I would be through passport control in 5 minutes, which I was. Got to terminal and driver had left. Called the number on my ticket and was told I’d need to call the agency. No idea what this meant, so just went outside and got a taxi. Will look for a refund from Viator. Paid Viator 40 euro and no taxi. Went outside and got a taxi for under 30 euro. Very disappointed with the customer service.

As stated in your booking confirmation, the waiting time for our drivers is 45 minutes from the flight’s landing time. Unfortunately, when you first contacted us, the waiting time was already about to expire, and the driver was no longer available to wait any longer.
For this reason, you were advised to contact your agency, as they handle any modifications or refund requests. Our driver followed the agency’s policies at all times, but unfortunately, since you were not able to meet the driver within the allocated waiting time, there was nothing further we could do at that moment.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Raquel was amazing. She was communicative and let us know she was at the airport and had a sign on her phone with our name. Finding her was so easy. She also safely got us right to our hotel. She maneuvered through the super tiny streets so well that we clapped when we got to our destination. The convenience and price was worth booking through Viator. Again, Raquel was amazing!!!

Admittedly my plane was delayed by 4 hours due to fog in Seville but, despite my email to the Company notifying them that I would be late, I had no response and no one was at Seville airport to meet me. I have not received a refund.

My driver was a lovely lady. She didn’t speak English nor did I speak Spanish but we managed to interact and the whole journey was really pleasant. She pointed out some sights as we went along and gave me some tips on keeping my belongings safe.

We used this service for transfer from Sevilla airport to our hotel in Sevilla. Our driver contacted us via WhatsApp to inform us that he was waiting for us. A tip for those travelling from the United States, the luggage arrives in a separate baggage carousel. There is even a sign which indicates the different baggage carousel on the wall for foreign arrivals. We had to wait a little longer for our luggage, but the driver still waited for us. It was a quick 20 minute drive into the city center.

I would highly recommend this service as it was easy to book and the pick up from the airport to go the hotel was seamless. The driver, RIcardo, was fantastic, making our first impressions of Seville really great. There was no van, I paid over 100 for a cab ride. We were literally in a taxi that would have cost us les than half of what I paid. The driver was fine and we found him quickly.
