Perfect day at the Alhambra

David was very responsive in terms of communication - quick response times and we never had any issues. On the drive there, he was very knowlegable and told us about many of the sites we drove past. He was very accomodating and able to keep going or stop based on your needs, and he knew all the best toilet and rest spots at any given point. At Granada, Danny was a very knowlegable and enthusiastic tour guide, answering any questions we had about the architecture or history of the Alhambra. Would very highly recommend this tour to all groups, and would definitely want to try some of their other tours in the future!

Wonderful experience! David was punctual, informative and friendly. We weren't sure about taking the drive from Seville vs. staying a night in Granada, but this worked very well. We learned so much about the Alhambra, about Spain and David gave us some great tips for the rest of our travels.

My family and I did a private tour from Seville to Granada. We had a fantastic time and learned a lot from our tour guide, Enrique. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and considerate as we had a group ranging from 3-65 years of age. This is a must-do tour and you won’t regret it. Thank you Enrique for a memorable experience!

Incredible private tour to Alhambra and more

We had a great experience. On time pick up right from our hotel. Peter was our driver and he was very knowledgeable. Told us about each of the villages we passed along the way to Alhambra, which made the ride interesting. We met Auxi At the Alhambra and she was our private tour guide for the palaces and the gardens. She was very knowledgeable about the best spots for photos, and how to navigate avoiding large groups, which made the experience terrific. She knows so much about this place and has such a passion that it was contagious. We then had lunch in a café outside of the Alhambra before Peter took us to visit Grenada and a walk-through the Moorish quarter With gorgeous views. He then went to get the car and picked us up for the ride back again, answering our questions and telling us very interesting things throughout the ride. The car was very comfortable, he was a good driver, all around we were very pleased with the tour and highly recommend using them. Peter is German and Auxi is from Spain, but both of them spoke fluent English.

Enrique was an excellent...

Enrique was an excellent tour guide who adapted so well to our wants and needs! We were an intergenerational group with ages from 4 - 74, so we challenged Enrique with everything from short attention spans to limited mobility. He handled it all expertly! He was a great companion not just for the tour of the Albaicin and the Alhambra, but also for the long drives to and from Granada. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

We had an amazing day with the help of our tour ambassador David and our local guide of the palace grounds Nöellela. David was professional, friendly and kind, we were very thankful to have had him drive us to Grenada, and to show us the town and its beautiful lookout points after our tour of the palaces. He was wonderful! It was a long day, but it passed very quickly because it was very enjoyable!

Totally worth the Day Trip from Seville

My wife and I had a great experience visiting Alhambra on a day trip from Seville. We were picked up at our hotel by Miguel who did an amazing job driving us over to Granada. Our guide at Alhambra was Nacho. I can't imagine that there is any better guide for this remarkable place. After visiting the palace, Miguel dropped us off at a locals restaurant for lunch and the food was beyond incredible. Would highly recommend this day trip and tour to anyone.

Agency booked wrong tickets and did not provide adequate refund

I was initially impressed by the good communication from the agency prior to our tour. Our guide Enrique was a nice person, car very comfortable. However when arriving at the Alhambra and trying to enter it was noted that the agency booked out tickets for the wrong day and we were denied entry. They were unable to secure new tickets to enter the Nasrid palace. We were able to visit the other parts of the Alhambra but missed the main tour and the centerpiece of the Alhambra. This was after 2.5 hours each way and over 1000 US dollars and a whole day of our trip set aside for this visit. After this occurred the agency would only refund us 40$ the cost of the Nasrid tickets. I found this unacceptable and they refused to compensate further given it was their error. Based on this poor response I can not recommend this tour.

First of all, we are very sorry for the mistake that I personally made when booking the tickets. It was a totally human error. But in compensation, we made him part of the return and also a PRIVATE VISIT TO THE CITY WITH EXTRA MONUMENTS. Our colleague Enrique was at all times attending to your needs. But even so, unfortunately, I am human, and I can make mistakes, but I do not avoid my responsibilities and I always try to compensate. Even so, I thank you again for continuing the visit and enjoying the wonders of the Alhambra and Granada. I apologize again. Highly recommend this. Our guide Peter was a wealth of knowledge and professionalism. The entire experience was first class. It’s a long drive to Granada from Seville. Our party of 7 traveled in a comfortable van. The guide at Alhambra (Robert) was waiting for us when we arrived. He was so interactive with our college age kids and showed us around this amazing place.. the ‘Skip the line’ passes provided VIP treatment. It would have been impossible to do this trip so efficiently and comfortably on our own. Highly recommend.

Excellent. David was amazing he made the trip wonderful. Little details don’t go unnoticed. He texted the day before to inform us of the pick up time, gave us some tips about the weather. Then from the moment he pick us up until the the end of the day which was an 8 hour day he made us feel at ease and catered for us to truly enjoy the experience. The Alhambra is the Alhambra it’s a wonder and it’s one of the most beautiful places. What makes this trip truly special was David.

Great tour. Highly recommend.. we are a family of four 2 adults and 2 children. Javier our driver was great. And David our tour guide was very informative while visiting the Alhambra. Javier’s recommendation for lunch was great it was one of the best meals we had while In Spain.

This was a day-long tour. Alhambra was our first stop and it was all I had imagined and more. Both guides were excellent! There is so much to see and understand that having the private tour was incredible! Later we had lunch at a great restaurant and then we toured more on our way back to Seville. Amazing!!

A perfect day

We chose to spend a bit more and go with the private tour to Grenada, and we were delighted that we did. Peter picked us up at our apartment promptly at nine, drove us to Granada, and walked through the town with us, delivering us to our marvelous guide for the Alhambra, Elisa (sp). She. Was one of the best site guides I’ve ever had, touring us slowly and respectfully through all of the gardens and beautiful rooms. She answered all of our questions, and then three hours later, delivered back to Peter, who drove us the three hours back to Seville. It was a long day – 9 AM to 10 PM– and also the most expensive thing we did on our trip, but it was more than worth it. We saw several large tour buses going, and several people waiting endlessly in line after line, and felt very lucky. Peter was also wonderful, telling us all sorts of interesting things about Seville and the surrounding territory, as he drove. Highly, and highly recommended!

Excellent trip with a fun and informative guide

It was great communication from the team, where to meet and then meeting Alexis initially. The ride was comfortable and Alexis was great discussing what we would see, the history as well as various sites along the way. Upon arriving at Alhambra, Alexis gave us overview of where to go and where to meet on finishing. He took us to a great lunch at Casa Pacino on the cliff with phenomenal barbecue and great views of Granada. Alexis was fun, informative, we spent a bit more time at Alhambra and he did not mind. Then Alexis took us to the balcony of Albaicin with a fantastic view of Alhambra. A great day, a great guide.

This private tour is a must if you want to experience the beauty and history of Alhambra! My husband and I love historical places and he is an avid photographer. David, our guide, was very prompt and professional. We were picked up in a luxury van and even though the drive from Seville to Granada was almost 3 hours, he made sure that we were comfortable, gave useful insights and informations. A big plus is he is a professional photographer too! In Alhambra, we were entrusted to a very knowledgeable guide, Auxi, who took time to point out historical details & spots to take beautiful pictures in. A highly recommended tour!
