This is a wonderful private tour with extremely knowledgeable guides, very relaxing and nice not having to go with a heard of people. You have the guides all to yourself so you can hear without a microphone and ask questions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Cordoba Experience

We were so happy with this choice for a day trip to Cordoba from Seville. There were 4 of us and we had Alexis as our driver/ guide. He was fabulous. He was personable and knowledgeable about everything we did and saw. He met our needs all day long as we needed special physical accommodations for one of the people in the group. He was super patient and never rushed us. He connected us with our second guide at the church/mosque where she gave us an hour tour. As a resident of Cordoba you could feel her love and connection with this awesome structure. She was a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend this tour and tour company. It is worth the money to have such a personalized experience that will leave you with a wonderful perspective and appreciation for Cordoba.

Hot time in Cordoba!

I am so sorry that I have forgotten our guides name, but he was awesome..He was so knowledgeable and yet not talking down to us. From the minute we got in the car to travel to Cordoba from Sevilla he was filling us with information about the area. He answered all our questions without hesitation. Although the weather was extremely warm when we arrived there, he was aware of our well-being and made sure we were ok. We had a lovely lunch at a wonderful restaurant and ordered his favorite and asked him to join us since we enjoyed his company. We would highly recommend him as a guide although I have forgotten his name but I know he is only child of his Mother and he is half Spanish and French. My apologizes for having forgotten his name. He was awesome!

Very enjoyable trip and tour of an amazing site and local area

Luca was wonderful driver and guide for our trip from Seville to Cordoba. He picked us up in a BMW on time at 0900 at the entrance to the nearest parking lot, which is just a 3-minute walk from our hotel. (Most cars a too wide for the streets in the Barrio.) He is very personable and fluent in English as well as the Spanish way of life. He was especially good at showing us the back streets, alleys, and small decorated courtyards of the locals. At the Mezquita, we picked up our guide, Azaferra, certified by the Catholic Church to give tours of this historic site. The immensity and beauty of the site is impossible to describe and must be seen. Azaferra took us through every step of its constructions and modifications over several hundred years. I would strongly recommend Azaferra as a guide for the Mezquita. Luca then brought us to a wonderful restaurant for lunch where we shared dishes of ox tail meat, leeks, and egg plant. This was followed by an excellent tour of the other sites in the area and ended with a tour of the Roman bridge. I would strongly recommend Luca as a chauffeur and guide. You will not be disappointed.

Great private tour with Lucas. Enjoyable ride from Seville to Cordoba with Lucas sharing lots of interesting information about the area. In Cordoba, we started with a walk over the Roman bridge and then saw some amazing courtyards beautifully decorated as they get ready for the competition in May. The highlight of the day was the tour of La Mezquita. Our local tour guide Olivia did a terrific job covering the history of this mosque/church and all the expansions that were done. It is a site not to be missed!!!! Fascinating architecture and just amazing how the mosque and church are integrated. While we were touring La Mezquita, Lucas booked us lunch at El Rincon de Carmen. Great place and Lucas helped us pick some great tapas. Afterwards we toured the old Jewish quarter and one of the slightly newer sections with lots of palaces still in use, plus the palace now designated for cats, before heading back to Seville. What a great day!!!!
