We booked to see the gardens. we were not told that they would not be opening them on the day of the visit nor were we offered a discounted rate or told at entry that they would not be open. Opny after wandering around to try and find someone to ask we told

There was nothing wrong with this tour but I would say that if you plan ahead, you can book from the official site for less and still get an audio tour. The only inconvenience with this was that we had to walk about a half mile and find a separate tour company to pick up our tickets. They don't email them to you.

You should not miss this tour if you are in Sevilla. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Know that you must pick up your actual tickets about 6 blocks from the Alcázar about an hour before the trip. However, it is easy to find and easy to get your tickets. Download the audio app before you go to avoid delays when you get there.

Waste of money and no help with directions of the tour

Our experience was really bad from beginning till end. We went to collect tickets and the tour group that sold tickets were closed and then we called them for tickets they sent PDF. Copies with some instructions but we started the tour it was a bunch of recorded voice commentary in no order. Does not recommend this to anyone. Please buy tickets from official ticket center it better and very cheap with guided path for your tour
