A must see in Sevilla

Javier was very informative and had a great sense of humor! Our group was a little lost in regard to finding the meeting place. He was so patient and made sure we arrived before starting the tour. The other guests on the tour were equally considerate and patient. This is a ‘must see’ site while in Sevilla.

Javier is a great tour guide. I got lucky in that there was only me and another English speaking tourist on our tour. She needed to get around using a walker and Javier was super patient and helpful with her. He is very knowledgeable and engaging and made learning about the history of Alcazar fun. I would recommend this tour and to ask for Javier.

I had scheduled a guided with Sevilla Official Tours through Viator. My confirmation email said 16:30, but on the way there we got super lost, finally made it 30min after (the small alleys in Sevilla are quiet confusing). So I called the company hoping we might still be able to at least get in and tour the Alcazar on our own, but the company said that the tour was at 2:45pm and that no one from the company was left on the site. They did offer to let us join the next day tour in morning, but that we would have to pay for our entrance AGAIN! I had already spent 60EUR and now had to pay another 27eur just to get in. I thought it wasn't fair since our confirmation time was wrong to begin with, so just make sure to send an email or call to confirm your confirmation time.
