Not that great…

Although our guide, whose name means “Snow” in English was extremely knowledgeable, the time spent at each step could have been abbreviated. There are little to no opportunities to sit, and security won’t allow visitors to even sit on the floor, so we left a little early since our backs and feet were becoming sore (and we are in pretty good shape). Would have gone “unguided” had we known ahead of time what it would be like.

Nothing about game of thrones

Whilst the tour guide was great and knew the history of Alcázar, she had no knowledge of game of thrones and had never seen it so this was completely falsely advertised. The tour guide was also 25 minutes late due to a previous tour overrunning and we stood in the heat for a while wondering if it was going to go ahead. I would recommend people to just book their own tickets to Alcázar and look up the information themselves before going.

Well Worth the Extra Money!

Our guide, Miguel (the good looking one) was excellent and made the experience so much more meaningful than just walking through the Alcazar would have been. There wasn’t as much info about GOT as I would have loved but I guess other than they filmed there - maybe there wasn’t much to say. Anyway, it was a great tour and I would highly recommend it.

The tour guide was very nice and knowledgable about the building and history of its occupants. However, this was sold as a Game of Thrones tour and as it was lacking in Game of Thrones content. I actually asked if he knew we had booked this type of tour, as I convinced he thought we were just on the normal tour. Whilst the history of the building and occupants is also interesting and I expected to hear some of this information, I also expected to hear much more about the TV series scenes, maybe how long they filmed etc.

Our guides have all the information about the game of Thrones shot in the palace, and we also think is interesting to compare the history of the palace (real kings) with GOT, since there are similarities and is cool to know what happened in the place. Tour Guide Did Not Show Up

The tour guide texted 2 days before to ask me to change the time to 10am because it was forecasted to be too hot at 2pm. I responded that I was already doing the Bullring Tour at 10am so I could not come early. I never heard from her again and she never showed up to guide my 2pm tour.

Dear Sandra, This tour was canceled since the minimum to do the tour as is said on the site is two people and there was only one person (you). I asked Viator to Cancel the tour 24 hours in advance. I do not know what happened with this. I am so sorry you have to wait and about the confusion.

Great day out with our guide, very informative with history and GOT filming areas, new all about characters and film sets, very impressive. Other groups not on GOT tours came and listened to our guide as they were GOT fans. We did not see any GOT merchandise to purchase, this was a bit of a surprise, the gift shop had no GOT goods.

Do not do the full day tour. It is a total rip off and a waste of money. I cannot believe viator charges so much for this!! There is nothing in Osuna! All you do is go to an old bullfighting ring where they filmed the fighting pits in Meereen. The restaurant was just a place the actors ate... the food was not that great. The best part is the Alcazar in Seville, which you don't need a guided tour for. This was the highlight of our visit. Just get a ticket and go in on your own. Don't waste your on this tour.

We had Danny as our guide and he was extremely well qualified and font of knowledge. He is a Seville native with a college degree in Spanish history, and he was obviously a huge Game of Thrones fan. He also had all sorts of insights on and photos from the the filming because a friend of his was one of the 15 locals GoT hired as an extra. If you love history, architecture, and Game of Thrones - this is the tour for you.

Daniel was our guide for this tour and he was fantastic. He showed us and gave us some may facts about the history of the Real Alcazar, palaces and then would pop out a photo showing a scene where the Games of Thrones was filmed in a certain room or area. It was fun, not rushed, pleasant and our group was really small just 5 of us. That made the tour even more intimate. He was able to answer all questions! It was fabulous and I highly recommend it. You don't have to be a Game of Thrones fan, this tour showed all area of interest!

El guía fenomenal con nosotros pese al marrón que le dejaron. Nos metieron en un grupo para hacer el recorrido en inglés siendo un error de ellos porque yo había pagado para hacerlo en español, no se disfruto como nos gustaría debido a eso y no pusieron ninguna solución. Me sentí engañado.

El guía (Jesús) fue maravilloso, y las explicaciones que nos dieron sobre el Alcazar de Sevilla, estupendas. Lo único, que sólo se hicieron 2 referencias (literalmente) a Juego de Tronos. Nosotros cogimos esta excursión por este tema principalmente, y no vimos imágenes comparativas de dónde estábamos con la serie, etc. La sensación que nos dío es que la excursión era una visita guiada normal al Alcazar, y no había grupo para la excursión de Juego de Tronos, y nos metieron ahí de pegote. Aunque recalco que el guía fue estupendo.

Dommage qu'on n'ait pas pu faire la visite d'Osuna celle-ci a été remplacée par une tournée de bar à tapas. La journée s'est très bien passée. Nous avons été ravi de voir les lieux de tournage de Game of Thrones. Nous avons pu découvrir les tapas que nous avons très appréciés. Un grand merci à notre guide Marina pour toutes ses explications, pour sa sympathie et pour cette belle journée.
