Mila was a great tour guide- she could zip us to her favorite parts of the Alcazar and Cathedral. She answered all our questions. Although you are not getting lots of steps, you are on your feet on hard stone the entire time.

Our guide Maria was lovely, insightful and knowledgeable throughout our tour. She was patient with us as we had an elderly relative in a wheelchair and used a good walking pace throughout.
I cannot quite give this 5* as there was lack of communication about the meeting point which was stated as the Plaza de Triunfo but it is a big Plaza therefore would have been more helpful to identify a specific landmark to meet the guide at.

There is absolutely no other way to see these two amazing places other than the private tour. You get to view everything at your pace, see what you want and have all your questions answered. Our guide was incredible, informative and fun to have us guided through the two places. MUST GO tour.
