Poor last minute cancellation

Changed the time of class from 11:00 to 18:00 and changed location only 40 minutes prior to class starting. Now I am stuck having to work with Viator and my credit card company to get the refund as I paid in full upon booking.

Unfortunately, on the day of your class we faced unforeseen circumstances (electricity cuts on the area due to technical issues) that required us to adjust both the meeting point (different area) and time to ensure that the class will take place. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with such short notice, and we sincerely apologize. Since your booking and payment were completed through Viator, all refunds must be processed directly through their system to ensure accuracy and security. Thank you again for your comments. An incredible cooking class

The actual class was amazing. The staff was so great. The transportation was not. We had to uber back and forth as the company chose our incorrect hotel.

Great way to spend an afternoon in Santorini

Great service with pick up & return transfer from our hotel. Beautiful location & well organized with a wonderful 4 course menu with perfectly paired wine - what a nice touch to get an explanation of each wine and its story. It was a lot of fun and great way to learn about local cuisine & wine. A must do if you have an afternoon free!

Delicious Food!

No one else had booked this excursion on the day we booked so it was just me, my mom, the chef, and the wine connoisseur, Lazarus. The hotel pickup was late, the driver dropped us off at the wrong place, and then Lazarus came to get us and we had to walk about a half a mile to the establishment. It was super hot that day like 98 degrees and we were cooking outside on the grill and they had a woodfire oven. The chef seemed to be rushing us as if he had somewhere else to be afterwards. Even though the chef was not greek, the meals we made were authentic and he had some great tips. All the food we made was delicious. Spanakopita, saganaki, greek salad, and spetzofai. With each dish we had a wine pairing. Lazarus was very knowledgeable about the different wines they sell at the property. They also sent us home with olives and tomato jam. Unfortunately, they were confiscated at the airport. But overall, I would recommend this excursion. They even sent us the recipes via email afterwards.
