Booked in advance with flight number provided as when we landed in Santorini no driver. Wanted up to an hour messaging and trying to get a response. Finally got a reply and they advised he got the date wrong. No sign of compensation at all just a refund! Had to find my own way… FUMING!

The experience didn’t happen. This terrible company didn’t even show up at the airport when we arrived. I called them and they don’t answer the phone. Then I called Viator and they said they didn’t tell them anything. Then I get a notice that they refunded the money we paid. Thank you for the lack of any communication and notice that you would leave us stranded at the airport. Would never use GooSantorini.

Goosantorini car service in Santorini is the absolute best. We were recommended to them by a friend in Athens and they did not disappoint. We were sent a driver to help transfer us between hotels and to give us a little tour of the island. The driver shows up in a brand new Mercedes van which was so nice and quality. Our driver, Dimitri, was the absolute best. We ended up booking him several more times on the trip. He was always on time, with a huge smile, and ready for a good laugh. I have to say Dimitri made our entire Santorini trip amazing. I would highly recommend booking with this company for transportation service in Santorini.
