Made Honeymoon Transportation Easy!

A few weeks in advance our our trip a representative reached out requesting the details of our arrival, including the flight number and arrival time, and the pick up/drop off locations. As soon as we got through the arrivals gate the airport their was a gentlemen with sign with my name on it along with some other names who had arranged transportation. After we spoke briefly he called our driver who was parked and came down and carried our luggage to the car. The van was incredible clean and and the driver did a fantastic job making small talk. Once we arrived at our drop off point in Oia, since there is no road running by the hotels it was a bit confusing. However, our driver helped us identify the individual from our hotel and provided us directions. Overall, this was a very smooth and professional experience. I highly recommend this service as we had such a positive experience.

What an amazing time in Santorini and what a great driver! Our driver was Christo, and things could not have gone better. Christo was super nice, very informative, and extremely flexible. Honestly, it was great! Smooth experience and I got the help I needed via chat regarding scheduling a pick up from the airport at a certain time. It was a little hassle due to a delayed flight, lack of consistent Wi-Fi, and attempting to reschedule the pick up time but none of that was under their control. The company worked well with me to get things sorted out and although I was frustrated b/c I landed in Santorini not knowing whether or not the booking was rescheduled (again b/c I was not connected to Wi-Fi), I arrived and there was a driver waiting for me with my name on a sign! I felt so famous! lol haha. However, definitely recommend booking this service. Definitely 10/10

quick, easy, and efficient - our driver even called our hotel for us to alert them we were coming and to help bring our luggage to the hotel. would recommend for an airport or ferry pick up and drop off and we even called back to arrange our departure. fair price for the island!

Stressful

I provided our itinerary to the company which included our vessel number and time of arrival. Our ship was 30 minutes late. When we disembarked all other drivers were there looking for their passengers except ours. After all other passengers were gone and we waited under the heat of the sun for 30 minutes we kept calling the company with no answer. Then they text us with the name of the driver and said that he is there. I walked around to other terminals screaming his name and found him on the opposite side. He complained about the delay of our ship instead of apologizing for abandoning us and waiting in the wrong terminal. Then he drove too fast. Tailgating motor cycles and other vehicles. It was very stressful.

Highly recommend for private transportation!

We are a couple who booked Panos for a private transfer from Santorini airport to Andronis Boutique Hotel. We missed the connecting flight from Athens to Santorini and had to wait for hours for the next avialbale flight. I communicated with him via WhatsApp regarding this schedule change and he responded very promptly. He asked for our new flight details and tracked it to know our new arrival. I also kept him updated on our status because the new flight was also delayed. He responded to every message/update I sent. After hours of delay, we made it to Santorini and was greeted by him right at the exit of the airport. He helped carry our luggage and brought us to his shuttle which was very clean and comfortable. He was courteous and friendly the entire time. It took us about 25 minutes to reach the hotel. Our experience with him was very convenient and hassle free. His responsiveness and adaptability made the flight delays less stressful. Five stars!
