I'll meet you at the corner of the modern KURSAAL CONVENTION CENTER and the BRIDGE. You can't miss it. Look for MUKA Restaurante next door to the Ice Cream Shoppe. I'll be outside by the seawall along the river. I'm the guy with the curly hair and the moustache.

Many guests like for me to end the tour at a bar so they can continue on their own. I'm happy to walk you to a taxi queue or your hotel when convenient. I will NEVER leave guests lost or alone and always make sure they are safe at the end of the night.

Our guide Gregory was really great. Very fun evening with him. Very knowledgeable about history of San Sabastian as well as Which local pintxos bars to go to and what to order at each one. A very engaging guy who made it a very fun night.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Gregory was an amazing host in every regard. A great curator of food (He actually trained at Le Cordon Bleu), very considerate of our likes or dislikes and ordering the perfect combinations of food and drink and great portions. The sampling of Pinxtos bars he took us to were top notch and I have returned to a few I enjoyed them so much. A very affable fellow, I appreciated his wit, sense of humor, and he supplied alot of great social commentary and a wealth of knowledge on the history of San Sebastian. After the tour he also reached out with the list of places visited and also several lists of new recommendations (several which I'll be trying in upcoming days). Cannot recommend enough and would suggest booking on first night or two in San Sebastian as it completely changed and molded my perception of the food culture and changed my plans for upcoming restaurant reservations. If you give him a chance you wont be disappointed Aupa Hi!!

I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Gregory was fantastic throughout. The insight into Basque culture were fascinating and the Pinxtos tour was exceptional. The food was brilliant and thanks to Gregory’s top tips, we felt able to get the most out of the rest of our stay. Definitely recommend the tour and doing it early in your stay.

Gregory was very eager to meet us and show us all he could in our evening tour. He was full of information and taught us about history, food, current issues in the region, and answered our many questions. Our experience in San Sebastián is definitely richer after spending our first evening here, with Gregory. It’s a pricey tour but it’s private and feels like you have a local friend that takes you to their favorite spots and knows the best things to order. Thank you, Gregory!

This was my first small group tour...

This was my first small group tour and it was absolutely excellent. Of course the tour content was great, the food was amazing as was the history, however, what really made the tour for me, was Gregory. Both my boyfriend and I agree that it was like doing a tour with an old mate we hadnt seen for years. He was very funny and outgoing whilst also being very knowledgeable. We had so much fun we arranged to meet up again the next day to tour the markets and do a causal cooking class with him over a few drinks. If you are debating whether to do a tour or just walk around and eat the Pintxo on your own, then consider this. All the food is beautiful, but the really good food is written in spanish on the chalk boards, not prepared waiting on the bar. We tried some incredible dishes and drinks that we wouldnt have known about if it hadnt of been for the local knowledge. Just some food for thought All in all I give it 6 stars...I couldnt recommend this tour enough!
