I never went in the jetskis because when I booked the trip, I was told it was closed for the holidays which is no problem except they took my money and now I cant get my funds for 5-7 days. Call ahead first!

This was the first time I drove a JetSki and I enjoyed it. I will never forget this beautiful experience. Both my wife and I do not know swimming and a bit afraid of water. Despite all my fears, the jet ski ride was super safe amd made me feel totally comfortable. The guide was very friendly amd put our safety first. He guided us all through the ride and made us experience different areas of the ocean. The ride on big tides was especially thrilling. Thanks for the guide and the operator!

We did not enjoy this. The jetskis have "training wheel" floats on them that makes them harder to steer (but they protect the company). No other company does this. Doesn't matter since I spent almost as much time idling (hands off throttle completely) as I did with hand on throttle. This place also has a number of, IMHO, excessive rules. There were 3 waivers! No other jetski company does this, so it is excessive. Last, these rules were presented by these guys who treated us all like 3-year olds for the entire trip. The main tour guide, Richard, was just not a nice person at all. He wasn't even riding a jetski, but was in a dingy. We recommend booking the other San Juan jetski trip available on Viator. It was absolutely thrilling, led by wonderful people, one waiver, etc. That other trip was so thrilling that we tried to rebook it a week later, only to find they were full (that should've told us all we needed to know). Thinking it would be really hard to mess up a jetski tour, we booked this trip instead. Sadly, we now know that it is, in fact, possible to screw up a jetski trip.

To clarify, the equipment you referred to as “training wheel floats” is actually a professional safety collar. It improves balance and flotation, particularly when two people are sharing a jet ski, and is intended to enhance overall stability and safety on the water. It does not affect steering, speed, or the fun of the ride compared to other jet skis.
Our rules and waivers are in place to meet Puerto Rico maritime regulations and insurance requirements. We aim to provide the most fun experience possible while reducing unnecessary risks, so our guests can fully trust us to show them a safe, exciting ride and enjoy the rest of their trip in Puerto Rico with peace of mind.
While different companies take different approaches, safety is something we will never compromise.

The guys were really great at giving instructions on handling the jetski. Although you have to leave your phones behind they took pics & videos for a reasonable price. We drove past several cruise ships & waved at the passengers. Lol I definitely recommend.

The staff are very friendly make you feel at home. The process was fast no issues. And the tour people were super cool and gave us history around the water area and took amazing pics & videos. Definitely 10/10 !!

Amazing experience ! Bummed out that we couldn’t bring our phones with the waterproof case with us . But over all 10/10 they took good pics on their camera they provide but it’s extra .

This prevents distractions, loss of property, and keeps everyone focused on the ride. It’s similar to not texting while driving. Jetskis are honestly my least favorite excursion. I don’t like how we weren’t able to stop and chill in the water. We literally just rode in the water for an hour straight. The waves were not settled, so it was definitely a rocky ride and I was a little nervous if this is your type of excursion, then go for it, but it’s a hard no for me.

Originally hadn't planned to do this but thought we would give it a try. OMG the best experience of our trip. Guides were amazing and it was so fun out on the water. Not your typical short trip where you slowly move around the ocean. This was amazing and the guides made it very exciting with our experience level.

The excursion itself was wonderful. The guides were great and we had a great ride. BUT the girl in the office told me we had to pay for an additional rider per jetski (we booked 2) which was no problem. Then she charged me for an ADDITIONAL jetski as well. But when the guides took us, we only used 2. I was never refunded and was told by the office staff that it would be. Over a week later, still no refund.

our guides were amazing, tour was nice, jet skis were funnn, we definitely got our moneys worth. i will say i’d recommend getting your own jet ski and not ride passenger because it slows you down when you’re trying to have fun but also keep the rider on the back . and also don’t wear any lashes girlies because i could barely see lol

Had a blast. I was back of the line that gets the most wake (waves)... Not recommended for the scaredy-cat but beginner friendly still it being all of our first time. Great experience! Will be back! Book early, spots fill up quick. They do sell footwear, call to check sizes. They have bins for your belongings.
