Really poor quality of...

Really poor quality of trip. Guide was really nice but it doe snot help the fact that the van was really noisy. And there is not hiking to the moose, it is only 4 hours of driving in a vehicule in a forest were you can't really see landscape nor mooses. I would not recommend this activity as there is nothing to see exept trees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’d like to clarify that this tour is a moose safari, not a hiking trip. The aim of this tour is to quietly and safely observe moose in their natural habitat, which often involves remaining in or near the vehicle to avoid disturbing the animals. After checking with our guide we can confirm that a moose was spotted during your tour, but it crossed the road quickly before there was an opportunity to stop and observe it closely. Since you were seated in the back, it's possible you missed it before it disappeared into the woods — wild animal sightings can be unpredictable and brief. We’re sorry to hear that the vehicle noise affected your experience. While our safari vans are designed for comfort and off-road capability, we’re always working on improving both the ride and wildlife-viewing conditions for our guests.

Our guide Gigi was very informative both about the wildlife and the environment…went the extra mile to try and show us all that nature had to offer including a lifetime experience of seeing the midnight sun set over a misty lake saw a few wild reindeer and a family of reindeer with their young ones… a sight to behold

Great experience at Finland landscape

Going inside the national parks of Finland, the landscape with blue rivers and lakes and green forests is unforgettable. We saw the animals living there in the natural environment. We saw also the most important animal from those forests, the moos. Gigi in a great guide. He gave all the power to show us the important things of this trip. Gigi is really working with the heart.

Guid war sehr bemüht und freundlich, wir wurden vom Hotel abgeholt und sind dann ca. 30min in den Naturpark gefahren. Dort fuhren wir 1,5h in die eine Richtung, dann gabs Mitten auf dem Weg eine Pause mit Tee und Lebkuchen und dann fuhren wir den selben Weg wieder retour. Es ist Schade dass wir nur der Straße entlang fuhren und es keinen richtigen Platz gab von wo aus man ein bisschen die Umgebung beobachten konnte. Elche sahen wir keine. So ist das eben in der Natur. Ein Glücksspiel. War uns bewusst. Aber es es gab auch nicht wirklich Zeit um an den besonderen Stellen länger zu warten.
