Highly recommend this tour. It is authentic and such a special experience. You learn a lot of interesting things about reindeer and reindeer farming and even get to enjoy a lovely sleigh ride. A highlight afterwards is having warm berry juice and biscuits around a wood fire. The tour guide was excellent and really friendly. Andrea who collected us from the tour company was lovely and so generous offering to take photos for us during the trip. There's also gorgeous scenery on the journey to the farm. We so enjoyed it, was a definite highlight for us. Don't miss out!

Fun Reindeer Experience in Rovaniemi

Reindeer Farm was a hit with kids and adults alike. We were picked up at our hotel at the designated time and driven to the farm where we were able to see a large herd of reindeer at feeding time as well as get up close and personal with a few. Everyone was then given the opportunity to take a sleigh ride. There was a frozen lake right next to the sleigh rides were everyone had a great time playing in the snow and taking photos while they waited for their turn. After the sleigh rides, we were taken to sit by a camp fire to have a hot beverage and hear history and information about the reindeer of Finland. Perfect Rovaniemi experience!

This experience was so much fun! The tour guide was accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. He voluntarily took lots of pictures of me which I really appreciated as a solo traveler. I enjoyed seeing all the reindeer, the sleigh ride, learning about the reindeer, and the cozy fire and snacks. I enjoyed this so much. 10/10 recommend! Kittos!

Sehr nette Guides, kurze Schlittenfahrt, Füttern selbst durften wir nicht, lediglich bei der Fütterung zusehen. Es waren sehr viele andere Touristen mit Bussen auch dort. Wir erhielten viel Information über die Haltung von Rentieren.
