Wonderful day with very kind and helpful guides. The huskies were adorable and the sledding was so much fun. The reindeer were beautiful and we enjoyed learning about them very much.

Katerina and Annabel were fantastic guides! They made the experience so much fun and really took the time to make sure the group had knowledge about Finland. The experience was planned well and gives you a taste of Finnish culture and Christmas.

Minor suggestion for the tour company, if you could share more info about the Santa Claus village, i.e. village map, must-do experience sharing, that will be more helpful…coz i was lost at beginning, but i did enjoy the exploring, although it took more time for me to figure out

We got to the farm and were immediately taken to the huskies. We very swiftly got to experience the sled ride. Once everyone had been we then got to spend 10/15mins stroking and cuddling with them - this is a good opportunity to take some photos. They really enjoyed the attention.
After that we were taken straight to the reindeer. The ride happens for everyone at the same time and as soon as you have finished, again, you can take photos of them.
To finish we went to a warm barn where we got some hot berry juice and a gingerbread. A lady talked us about reindeers in the country and this was really insightful.

Not an authentic experience. This tour is with a very large group and is only good for ticking the box wrt reindeer and husky experience. The Santa Village visit isn't relevant since that can be done independently anyway.

Dress for the weather and enjoy the fun. The youngest in our party was 4 years old , the oldest over 70. We all had a wonderful time.

Its a tour and activity designed for those willing to make quick round of the day-husky, reindeer and santa village.
If u already visited santa village, look for something else, as this combo brings u for a unguided visit. Even if rides are described as 5min each, it does not take longer 1 min, and are just intro and has nothing to compare with a real husky safari in wilderness and woods. Since i compare to a better tour i experiences precious years, i consider i know.

Very disorganised. Too many people of the trip. Reps weren't great. Alot of standing around. Told us we would have time for activities at SCV which we paid for at the office and there was no time.
Experiences were good but not worth the money.

This is purely about husky riding and reindeer riding. You have free time at Santa Claus Villagw which will leave you zero chance to get a picture with Santa. They are also doing a lot of people at the same time, so expect being herded like reindeers. On the plus side, all of their guides are great.

Seemed slightly disorganised didn't explain the plan for the day as such, my daughter was too cold after husky and reindeer ride, we told guide we were going to pop into cafe and skip reindeer info so she could warm up, not once did the say there was warm snacks given out at that point so we missed that and sat in cafe for 40mins. And let's talk about cafe I asked for 2 soups no prices were advertised apart from drinks and they seemed in line with other places however I was charged 50 euros for 2 soups, just under 80 euros in total for 4 drinks and 2 soups I couldn't believe it, it wasn't even that warm. We were away from before 11am and to have no option other than 2 varieties of soup for 25 euros and not get back to SCV until 3.30pm that wasn't good for kids. The guides were friendly and great at taking pictures etc to capture your day but unfortunately if there was just some time spent explaining the tour and what to expect would have made experience better. And pretty warning on the options for lunch.

The guides were fantastic . The activity was awesome , but the company had too many groups at the venue which lead to long cues and we were freezing while waiting our turn . I was frozen and miserable by the time I got to the tides and was unable to enjoy it .
My whole family was miserable .

The tour is not within Santas village and falls within lunch time. So if you have kids, make sure you have food for them in a thermos as we left at 11:00 and only got back after 15:00. Our one year old was starving as we had no access to food. Would not book again.
The rides were out of this world though.

Quite pricey for what we experienced. Sleigh rides were rushed and not very well organized. Seemed like a group was too big (55 people).

The husky ride was short but really fun. The reindeer a bit dissapointing - beside the little ride we didn’t have any time with them at all.
To many poeople in the group - a LOT of waiting time even though they split us in three.

Lots of time spent on the bus driving around. The staff were friendly and the experiences were great but we also had to wait our turn for rides which is fine but just be prepared for standing around in the cold.

Our Husky and Reindeer Farm tour was a let-down, especially considering its high price and high number of people in the group. While the farm staff were professional and welcoming, the overall experience fell short of expectations.
The large group size made personalized interaction difficult. Our guide seemed disinterested, and the animal experiences felt uninspiring. Communication about the day's schedule was poor, with unexpected delays and late lunch arrangements.
The reindeer and husky sleigh rides, which should have been the tour's highlight, were disappointingly lacking in magic.
For the price paid, we expected a far more engaging and well-organized adventure. The value-for-money ratio was extremely low, making it hard to recommend this tour to other travellers.

Disappointing poorly organised “meet Santa” is not guaranteed and you need more than 2 hours in santas village to do this
I would advise just visit santas village and there you can do reindeer rides / snowmobile and see Lapland pets there and save yourself about £500!!!!

Well organised, very nice people, helpful. Tour was very nice, find out a lot about reindeer and we had a lot of time in sants village, they gave us as well very good equipment (warm clothes) perfect for weather.

The tour started on time but it was delayed because we were waiting for other guests. The guide was always in a hurry, we never had a chance to enjoy the moment with the reindeer and the huskies. The huskies do not look like huskies at all and they stink, too. But all in all, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

Regarding our huskies, they are indeed Alaskan Huskies, a breed known for their endurance and suitability for the Arctic climate, which can sometimes differ in appearance from the more commonly recognized Siberian Huskies. As for the scent, we unfortunately do not have colognes for huskies.

This experience was awesome! The husky and reindeer rides were short, however enjoyable, and we got to learn a lot about reindeers. Petting the huskies and seeing the puppies was awesome as well. Totally worth it!

Very short ride and the time was too short in santa claus village, we then decided to go to the city by our self. Better buy ticket to ride riendeer and husky in santa claus village.

Sleigh rides too short, with dogs and reindeer. Barely time to realize that you already have to get off the sled. However, the price is quite high. But the guide is very friendly. Feeling like you're being tricked a little...

This was probably best if you have kids. The husky and reindeer rides were short. The Santa village was crowded and beat for kiddie things, like Santa letters and pictures with Santa.
