- Large indoor relaxation lounge

- Children under 8 must be actively supervised by a caregiver in the water who is over 16 years old

There were some warm pools and a cold pool overlooking a stinky lake. The spa itself felt like a YMCA. It entertained us for an hour, but I wouldn’t do it again.

It has been good experience with hot pools , lakes view and warm seats to dry yourself. It’s has been really scenic experience with rain falling from sky and lake water was slidding. Even the cafe has got very good menu with vegan options to look forward.

Not hi end at all very commercial catering to groups of tourists from India , China. Nothing personal about it . Wouldn’t recommend it. We only did this because all others around us didn’t allow kids between 10 and 12. Very crowded and not modern looking .

Disappointed in this experience. We have visited the thermal pools in another location & enjoyed a lot more. The facilities at the Polynesian spa were very good though

Our tour guide, Linda, was great - was on time, informative and fun. Both the Wai-o-tapu and Waimangu Valley were incredible! Best tour in Rotorua!

Lovely outdoor mostly hot pools beside the lake! One small cold pool. No jets or whirlpools so no type of water massage.

built in very natural landscape shallow pools of 36 to 41 degrees, quiet. ideal after a strenuous hike, or when it is cold, clean, the somewhat expensive deluxe pools have chosen. Towels and locker included, even the attached bistro is very good

Gepflegte Anlage, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Eingang. Hatten die Deluxe Variante gewählt und waren sehr zufrieden damit. Toll in den verschiedenen Becken zu entspannen. Haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Hatten das Glück dass nicht so voll war.
Einziges Manko ist, dass es leider hin und wieder Menschen gibt, die sich ungeniert lautstark unterhalten, obwohl es ein Ruhebereich ist und keiner vom Personal darauf aufmerksam macht. Auch wurden die wenigen Liegen mit Handtüchern belegt, trotz Schild wo drauf steht, dass das nicht erlaubt ist. Auch hier schaut niemand danach. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, da wir sie eh nicht benutzen wollten, geht nur ums Prinzip.
