Horrible company

The transfer people came 3 hours early. They stated they would come back to pick us up at the correct time. They never showed up and refused my call. I am out the money since they refused to refund me.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review! Please go back to your reservation and check the "disembarkation time" that you wrote or selected. Yes, it is 06:00 AM. You booked the transfer for 06:00 AM. We tried to contact you to reconfirm the hour (as we always do with everybody) but the phone you provided was offline and you did not answer the message we sent via Viator. So the driver was there at the boat at 06:00 as you booked. You got called in your cabin and informed the driver was there but you said you are not going at that hour so we had to treat it as a no-show. We never stated we will come back to pick you up later. We did not refuse your calls, as we answered all the calls of the employee of the bout that called on your behalf, but we couldn't do more but explain the situation to him also. We did receive a refund request just 1 day before your review, and I was thinking to accept it (even though the driver did for nothing 140 kilometres and we don't have to). In conclusion, I am very sorry for your bad experience, but, with all due respect, it is your own fault because you booked the wrong hour and then failed to answer phone calls and messages before the transfer took place.
