Our personalized service was outstanding. Samuel picked us up at the port and took us to the zip line in Honduras. He explained a lot of the history of the area and gave recommendations that we found very helpful. He took us to a coffee and ice cream place along with a chocolate shop. We enjoyed our visit and new experiences!

Driver tried to switch our excursion from zip lining to a shopping and rum tour. Zip lining was good. Tour operator was very responsive and communicated regularly about our tour.

Hi Mr Steven, Maybe here was a confusion, he was trying to give you also the tour for chocolate factory, Rum factory and city tour, as Ziplining and monkey Sanctuary, we appreciate your feedback, This tours includes everything mentioned above, it's an option if customers deny to do it.

This was an experience of a lifetime. The zip line "monkeys" were terrific, making us feel safe and secure. As if that wasn't great enough, we got to hold and play with real monkeys and sloths. Our guide was amazing! Take the whole family 🐵🦥
Our driver and guide Manual did an excellent job! I am disabled and he assisted the entire time of of our tour. I would recommend using him again. We both enjoyed our time with the monkeys, sloths and macaws. My wife thought that the zip line was excellent!
This was supposed to be a PRIVATE tour. However once we got to the zip lines our group of 8 was added to a group of 22. We waited in huge lines for everyone to finish on zipping at a time. It took FOREVER. Then they added 4 more people to our group of 30. We headed to hold sloths and monkeys, which was false advertising. We were in communication with our tour guide prior to our excursion where we asked multiple times and confirmed that we would be able to hold monkeys and slots which every time he said yes guaranteed. However, that was not the case. This excursion is just entrance into a zoo and although it claims multiple times that you will be able to hold the animals you do not. We reached out to our tour guide and explain to him what it happened and our disappointment and he said there’s nothing he can do about it. He completely lied to us and I would not go with this company ever again. False advertising. And a waste of our day at this port.

As our business always has 5 star rating, in a busy day with a double occupancy on a Royal Caribbean Cruise , we try to accommodate guests as in turns in their arrival procedure.
About holding an sloths we supposed to have a dead line for this interaction until June and the government Changed it right away and we wasn't inform, and because of a few bucks the company is rejecting to have the guest hold the sloths again, because of a big fine, not just because a guest say we want to hold a sloth, if the guest pay a fine of $5.000.00 and the closing of the ziplining and zoo company we will not tolerate no one to make our business on a bad trade.
So starting unfortunately from April 2nd no one could have Interaction with sloths on the whole country.
So my deepest apologies for this customer and if you want to continue booking for sloth interaction for all the island companies will reject you as we won't tolerate no one to don't follow rules.So will posted this review to all the monkey Sanctuary companies.

Dexter was phenomenal. If you have a family and small kids I highly recommend this tour. The pricing includes zip line and the animal sanctuary. The small location is family owned. The guides made my son who has anexity feel so comfortable. Until he got the hang of it they zip lined with him attached to one of them. After the first part our driver offered others suggestions of thing we could do. We went to eat at a local place called George’s on the beach and it was so good. I recommended the jerk chicken. We ended the day with a tour of the local chocolate factory (free) and ATV ing. This was 65 a person. My kids had the best day and still talk about it. Many places don’t take card so if you have cash being extra.

amazing experience so much fun got there early had the place to ourselves guides were excellent animals were amazing tour guide was lovely.
Eliu was our guide/host and we really enjoyed our short time in Roatan because of him. He took our personal requests for how to spend our time and didn't just take us through some sort of structured "stop by stop" tour. The ziplining was a highlight for all of my kids - they were encouraged to flip, spin, swing, jump, go upside down, etc. and everyone loved every bit of it. We'll book this exact outing again if we ever make it back to Roatan.
We had such a great time in Roatan! Samuel was a great guide. He was very accommodating and there to help us enjoy the island. He was great at communicating before our trip, which made me more comfortable as we were meeting him off our cruise ship. The ziplining was awesome and those running the ziplines were fun. They encouraged us to jump, spin, go upside down or just sit and zip, if that's what we were comfortable with. We all had a great time on the zips! The animal section was quite busy, but it was so fun when it was our turn to see the animals. Samuel took us to the rum factory and brought us to a great restaurant as well. The other part of our family wanted to snorkel and he helped them be able to do exactly what they wanted. They chose a public beach on the west side and they came back having a great experience as well. I highly recommend this tour!
